Obligations of the Booking Guest:
As the individual responsible for the booking, please be aware that you must ensure that your guests adhere to all House Rules.
Pre-Arrival:
Prior to your arrival we will ask you to verify the total number of guests, their respective names, dates of birth, and a copy of the IDs of all your guests over 18 years of age. Any guests who refuse to provide this information are not allowed to stay.
Shortly before your arrival, we will speak with you over the phone to ensure that everything is in order to meet your needs. The access code will not be provided without this communication. After this call, you will receive a message via your booking platform's inbox that will include a link to the Rental Agreement which you will need to sign electronically. Once the Rental Agreement has been signed, you will then receive a pre-arrival message that will include essential details, such as the property address and remote access code.
Neighbor Relations and Noise Considerations/ City Ordinance Compliance:
Respect the boundaries of our property and ensure that your guests do not trespass onto our neighbors' premises. In the event of any complaints from neighbors, prompt action will be required on your part, and failure to address the issue may result in you being asked to leave the property.
All guests are expected to adhere to the ordinances of the City of Indian Rocks Beach. A link to the city ordinances can be found in the Guest Manual.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of private property. Quiet hours must be observed from 9 PM to 9 AM. Note that our property is equipped with a noise-detecting device called NoiseAware, which monitors noise levels in decibels. If prolonged and excessive noise is detected, I will receive an alert and may contact you accordingly to address the situation. Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors can lead to forfeiture of your damage deposit and potential eviction. Please refrain from frequent nighttime entrances and exits or activating door lock remotes, as these actions can disturb our neighbors.
Parties and Events:
No parties or events are permitted. The maximum occupancy in the home is 12 people at any given time, both for gatherings and overnight stays. Prior consent is necessary to bring additional guests onto the property.
Smoking:
Smoking or vaping is prohibited within both indoor and outdoor areas of the property.
Fireworks:
Fireworks are not allowed on the premises.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted on the property unless explicit approval has been granted. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet applies to approved cases. Pets must remain off furniture and bedding and should be leashed when walked outside. Free roaming by pets on the property is not allowed. Please promptly clean up after your pet and deposit any waste in separate plastic bags before disposing of them in the regular garbage can. Remember to use a liner in the regular garbage can (95-gallon liners are available in the garage on the counter). Bully breeds are not permitted.
Waste Disposal Guidelines:
Regular trash will be picked up by the city on Tuesday and Friday around 6 AM. We hired a service to take the cans to the curb Monday and Thursday evenings after 7 PM. They will place the cans on the side of the house after the city empties them prior to 6 PM. Recycling is picked up on Wednesday morning, and the service will deliver the cans as noted above on Tuesday evening and return them on Wednesday prior to 6 PM.
Miscellaneous Items:
Parcel Deliveries: Amazon has access to the garage for parcel deliveries. If you find any packages left on the front doorstep, kindly place them inside the garage.
Toilet Usage: Please advise your guests not to dispose of tampons or sanitary napkins in the toilet. These items can clog the drain and lead to plumbing issues.
Electric Vehicle Charging: The property is not equipped for guests to charge their electric vehicles. Attempting to do so could damage the electrical system, for which you would be held responsible.
Outdoor Furniture: To thwart issues with seagulls, please cover the outdoor furniture upstairs when it is not in use.
Surveillance Equipment:
Please note that there are no recording devices situated within the interior of the home, nor the back deck, patio, or dock area. There are cameras at the front and side of the property, as well as a ring doorbell at the front door that actively captures audio and video. We loved this house, it's located near of the ocean, you can walk or take the bicycles furnished by the house to go to the beach! The house has everything that you need to have the great moments, missing only a Pool but for the people that love the ocean it's perfect.

The house is big, clean, and exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed to enjoy the town and the water, including some emergency bags for water sports. We rented jet-skis and brought them to the house to give the kids rides. Three of the four rooms had great views of the water so the only problem was choosing who would stay in the fourth.
Big thanks to the property manager who came out late to help out when they realized we had forgotten our air mattress. That's going over and above our expectations.

We had a great time at Villa Azule, everything was even nicer than expected. The house is beautiful and roomy for a large group. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and biking and other activities during the day. The host was very responsive and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had four brothers and spouses who had not been together for many years. This home was perfect! Spotless and beautiful with lovely areas to gather and visit. Patio with grill and fire pit ocean view with dolphins playing kitchen with everything you could possibly need and room for everyone to work together. Close to many Attractions we all had a wonderful time

The house was beautiful, really enjoyed hanging out in the backyard on the water. The location was perfect and a quick bike ride to most spots. The host was extremely well organized and always available to answer all my silly questions.

This place has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable rooms, and a great view with much wildlife. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and a convenient location for many family excursions. It was also a great place to stay with a toddler.

My family immensely enjoyed our stay at this property. I was able to easily communicate with the owner prior to arrival and the information she provided was comprehensive and very helpful for our visit. The house was beautiful, there was plenty of room for the 7 of us, and the view was spectacular! The location is close to the beach, close to shops, and was easy to find. We definitely hope to return to this home for a longer stay in the near future.

This was one of our best family vacations ever! The home is perfect for a family reunion - very comfortable and extremely clean. The host goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. Unlike many other places we have rented in the past, the pictures are an accurate representation. Highly recommended.

This was the best rental house we have ever stayed in. Grace had everything, and I mean everything, you could ever need on site. We flew in from Virginia so to have everything we needed was fantastic. We were so impressed! It was spotless when we arrived. We did not want to leave. Granddaughter even had dolphin friends that came right up to the dock and "played" with her as she said. All the information given prior to arriving was very detailed so we had no questions. Grace responded within minutes of me messaging her. If you get the chance to stay here you will not be disappointed! The house was beautifully decorated.

This location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood with great views on the intercoastal. The home is supper clean and full of amenities and all the items needed for a great stay. I wish I was staying longer. Great communications with the owner and everything was perfect.

The house was exactly as listed in VRBO. Bedrooms and common areas were stylish. Everyone thought the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with enough plates and cookware to produce a gourmet meal for a milestone birthday. The owner was very responsive with a few questions. The location is really great, on a inter-coastal waterway with a nice dock and close to the beach.

Beautiful Family Friendly Getaway
Big, gorgeous, clean home on the water with every amenity you could need. Just a short walk to the beach and a dock you can pull a boat right up to. Our family loved celebrating our Dad’s 60th birthday all together in one perfect spot.

Nice high end property
Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, very clean and spacious house, manicured property, great boat dock and water view. Had a little trouble entering with passcode so Maintenance help had to come but arrived very quickly, got a follow up call to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Girls Beach Weekend
This was the perfect place for all my girlfriends to come together. The house was so clean, and had so much space for all of us. The view was beautiful! The beach was a 10 minute walk and the beach chairs and wagon Grace provided were a huge hit! We had no issues checking in and we knew Grace was always available if needed.

Girls getaway
Was a great house. There were seven of us women staying for a girls getaway. Felt very safe. Having all the bathrooms was wonderful when getting ready to go out out. Evening were relaxing sitting by the fire pit. A great place to unwind and relax.

Great house, great time with our friends. Had a few glitches but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Owner was very nice and accommodating. They had kayaks, bikes, a grill, fire pit and a boat lift. Although we didn’t use any it was nice to have if we chose to do so. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Great trip!

Great location on the water !!
The property was just as advertised and Grace was so prompt and courteous with her responses. There is all the amenities you can possibly need for cooking, biking, kayaking, grilling, etc. Every bedroom has a balcony access except for one of the four. The rooms are big and the upstairs master bathroom is a woman’s dream !!

Villa Azule DID NOT DISAPPOINT
The property was pristine clean, stocked with all necessities and the location was perfect. The beds were also so comfortable, views were amazing. We stayed 2 nights and Grace/Eric answered all questions promptly. We rented Jet skis at Mad Beach Water Sports at Johns Pass which was about 20 mins away. We enjoyed lunch at Caddy’s Pub and an even better dinner at JD’s Restaurant. The bikes were a nice addition as we rode on the beach at sunset and grabbed ice cream on the way back to the property. We didn’t get around to dropping the kayaks in the water nor use the fire place, but the kids caught catfish and trout off the dock. It was a a relaxing getaway for sure. Our only very small complaint is the second level gets significantly warmer compared to the main level as heat rises and it is Florida after all, but in no way a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again. We all said we wish we didn’t have to leave!!!

Indian Rocks Beach
This property is not properly advertised. I was notified as I was checking in that the dock has been removed and they were in process of rebuilding. I was promised no construction was being done during my stay but had guys show up Tuesday loading material and cutting wood . The backyard was like a construction zone . Saw dust , nails , lumber , and debris with nails sticking out was just really bad and a major liability. I will be sending a comprehensive email with pictures of mold and cameras as well as the construction taking place during my stay shortly . I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company as I should not pay this high price for such a terrible and dirty property .

Lovely Home
We arranged a golf weekend with family who flew in. The house and accommodations were perfect for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay. You could not beat the location and the fabulous view.

Great group outing location
I brought my sales team out to celebrate winning a presidents award. We had 8 people in our group. The only thing I wish was different was the living room. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The house was very clean and everything was what we expected. The most important thing was, the whole experience was very well organized. The only reasin I gave it a four star was because the outside furniture (upstairs) and rug where not cleaned. There was bird poop and the rug was dirty, besides one of the pillows was ripped. Then my son went to go upstairs from the outside and one of the steps almost gave away. To sum it up, we truly enjoyed our stay.
Great for a family get together. (10) Yes, we would go back it was just too bad that the weather did not agree with us.
