Check in was super easy. We received all the details a few days prior to our trip. The in unit garage was a nice feature especially given the amount of snow we got during our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable and nice to hang out after a long day of skiing. The distance to the Canyons Ski Resort is within walking distance to the Cabriolet lift. Great place and would highly recommend for families looking for a spacious place to stay.

Unit #12 was nicely appointed per listing. However, the bathrooms did not look super clean and underneath the primary King bed, there was a plastic cup, paper and a hair tie! Housekeeping should be looking behind and under the beds and properly cleaning everywhere! There was only one small humidifier for the entire house - would have been nice to have one for each bedroom and the downstairs living area. Nice, plentiful towels in the bathrooms. There were two hot tubs right outside of our unit and after the first day one of them was closed down for a maintenance problem which did not get fixed during the rest of our 4 days there. Owner was accommodating to allow a family member (already out in PC) to deliver groceries to our unit ahead of our arrival on Christmas night which was very much appreciated since nothing was open.

Park City Stay
The condo was large and conveniently located. The beds were all very comfortable.
When the garage door did not work one day, I contacted the property manager and it was immediately fixed. Thank you.

Good VRBO - Would recommend with a some minor suggestions
My family stayed six nights at this VRBO. My wife and I are both 50, with two teenage sons (19, 16). Overall we enjoyed the VRBO, would stay again, and felt that the check in / check out process was convenient. Our top favs were: a) Basement Parking, b) Layout, c) Next to the Association Hot Tub ; d) Layout and Space; e) comfy beds, and f) relative closeness to Canyonlands and quick drive to Park City.
To wow us more, we would suggest that a) ensure prior guest’s food in the fridge was removed; b) repair dishwasher pod door, c) place new containers of toiletries, throw out partially used, d) ensure quality of toiletry items - shampoo was not shampoo; e) review existing TP stock, f) offer travel size dish / laundry detergent items, g) quality control turn over cleaning ; and h) do a quick one day check in with guests to see how their stay is going. These are suggestions and did not materially impact our experience.

Best two week vacation ever!
We had a great stay at this property. It presented as pictured and we were able to accommodate six people in a two-bedroom, spacious condo. We had access to a hot tub, were centrally located with convenient access to additional ski areas. We had a blast!

Family Spring Break
We spent a long time reviewing places for our family of four to enjoy Spring break. We were very happy with this condo. It was clean, with nice modern mountain architecture. Timber Wolf is its own quiet neighborhood of 4-unit buildings, a half a block off from the shuttle stop. Which was handy, since we didn't rent a car at all (although they do have underground parking). Between the free City shuttle and Lyft/Uber, we got around quite nicely. The large Master w/King bed, and the two Queens in the second bedroom worked well for us.
The manager, Jeff, was friendly and responsive, and the price was a good value. The only issue was the 2 community hot tubs are right next door; very convenient for us, but a couple of nights it was a little too close. Still I would feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone.

Delightful white winter Christmas!
This townhouse was wonderful, had absolutely everything we needed, lovely linens, comfy beds, all the kitchen gadgets we needed and the hot tubs just steps away, so perfectly positioned to tiptoe across in the snow. Communication was great and we had a fantastic stay in beautiful Park City, we’ll be back!

Better than expected
I knew it was not "ski in, ski out" when I booked. But, due to big snow this year, I was able to ski in at least, and it was fun. The condo was spacious clean and comfortable. All we needed. Good value. We would do it again.
Thanks.

Perfect place to getaway and feel at home
We loved the location of Timber Wolf, convenient to everything without being right in town. Perfect for our family of 5. A short walk to the cabriolet and the center of the Canyons, hot tub right outside the front door and a cozy atmosphere on the inside.

Beautiful and Great Location: Perfect for a Family Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay at this Timber Wolf condo. It was within walking distance (with 3 small kiddos) to numerous places. It was also SO close to the bus stop. We loved how quiet it was most of the time. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, and we were all very sad to leave!

Nice, clean, roomy condo. Well equipped for multi-day vacations.
Location is great if you have a car because gondolas up to Canyons resort were farther than I expected. I would recommend to condo association to change hot tup covers. The covers on there now are hard to remove and replace and didn t have a good method of storage during hot tub use.
