About this house rental
This newly renovated, spacious vacation home is located in Clearbrook I, with five bedrooms and three baths this multi-level townhouse offers you space to spread-out, relax and unwind.
Enter to a foyer with a bench for removing your shoes and a closet for all your outer gear. Travel upstairs to the main kitchen, dining and living areas. The living area offers a wrap-around couch, chair, flat screen cable television and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has the appliances and cookware necessary to prepare your favorite meal and offers two counter seats. The near-by dining table sits in a nook, can seat up to ten and holds an A/C unit. Also on this level is a full bath and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Up another level is a landing with an office area and the laundry room with side by side washer and dryer. One more set of stairs and you are at the upper most level of the townhouse hosting the primary bedroom with a king bed, streaming-only television with no cable access and A/C; a full bath and an additional bedroom with two twin beds and a television.
Back to the entry foyer and go down stairs to the lowest level of this town house which is designed as its own small apartment with two bedrooms and a bath as well as living and kitchenette areas. The living area offers a couch and wood burning fireplace. One bedroom on this level holds a king bed and streaming-only television while the second bedroom offers two twin beds.
Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.
Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Very enjoyable stay. Plenty of space for my group of 9 family members. Only a couple of minor housekeeping issues upon arrival but nothing that would prevent me from returning. Trash was left behind from previous rental. Pool passes were missing. Cable situation was a little confusing. Management was quick to respond. Grill needs to be replaced. The grill was unusable.

We have been coming up to Loon for many years, since my children were youngsters. Now, it is a vacation enjoyed not only by my children, their spouses also my grown grandchildren.They look forward to this week end get away the minute tge Fall comes around. They love the fact they can play tennis, swim, hike, dirt bike ride, Mimi golf and just relax in the beauty of the area.Our accommodations are beautiful and perfect for our family of 11. Tge staff at Loon reservations are wonderful; a special note to Linda who has helped with reservations and any questions I might have.We hope to continue making family memories for years to come.

Great space for multiple families
This was a very clean, updated, and well stocked condo in the Lincoln area. There was plenty of comfortable space for everyone. The check in process was one of the easiest I have done. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you might need, there were plenty of towels, and the place was nice and clean. The downstairs was like an apartment within the condo with it's own living room area and small kitchenette. Will keep this one on the list the next time I am in the area. My kids made use of both the indoor and outdoor pool facility which were nice, too.

My daughter-in-law likes to iron). The issues were addressed immediately and they even bought an ironing board and iron for us to use.

We had a great stay!
This home was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of space for us all. There is a nice big dining table we all were able to sit at for meals and card games in the evening. We also enjoyed the pools one afternoon which was a nice bonus. Many activities to do and great restaurants near by. We would definitely stay here again!
