About this house rental
This beautifully updated and decorated property is located in Forest Ridge, a well maintained premier community development in Lincoln. On a quiet cul de sac with four other townhomes and close enough to the sports center to walk there, makes this a perfect choice for multi-generational families.This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath vacation townhome easily accommodates three families with room to spare. The open concept with cathedral ceilings on the main floor along with the gas fireplace, creates a relaxing atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen with large pantry/laundry room makes meal preparation a breeze! Of note, are the new stainless steel appliances, Samsung Washer and Dryer, Cabinet Hardware, Flooring and Back Splash in the kitchen laundry area. All bathrooms have new flooring as well. The outdoor deck and gas grill with a backdrop of mature trees for privacy is easily accessed from the dining area slider. The dining table seats 12 with an additional 3 at the bar. Gleaming hardwood flooring gives this townhome extra sparkle! New Lazyboy reclining sofa and swivel rockers provide easy viewing for the 47" smart flat screen TV. If you are a reader or a cross word puzzle addict, there is plenty of light for these purposes as well. The first floor master has a king bed, his and hers closets and full bath en suite. In addition, the high rise toilet, grab bars and safety mat for the tub makes this unit handicap friendly. As an added convenience, the half bath is located just off the living room. Upstairs, has two queen bedrooms with new bedding and window treatments and a full bath. A delight to our grandsons is the black light moon and star room (closet) ) which is large enough for play or sleep for little ones. The Lower level has a wrap around sectional for easy view of the 47" smart flat screen TV. Two more bedrooms with bunk beds sleeps a total of nine people. Another full bath accommodates these two bedrooms. The Game/TV room equipped with a 47" smart flat screen TV, CD player, Movies, X Box One with games, Air Hockey, shuffleboard and foosball tables are also located in the carpeted lower level. The patio accessed from the slider in the family room provides another outdoor space for gathering. Entry to the unit is keyless with a keypad lock. Cable, WIFI, internet access, sports club, linens, bathing towels (bath, hand and face) starter paper goods and soaps are provided with your rental.
The best part is that the unit is air conditioned!
For guests with little ones, there is a child booster seat in the living room close. A Pack & Play is located in the master bedroom closet.

Stay with family of all different age ranges, the kids loved the basement with the game room while the adults were able to enjoy the porch. This cabin was in the center of almost everything , great location. Thank you for having us !

Great property for extended family. Large game room to keep children amused. 5 Bedrooms are set away from each other, so lots of privacy when you needed it. Everything is close by, stores, restaurants and attractions.

This property is really amazing. It’s our second stay here. The unit is cozy and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. We're able to all eat together and play board games around the big table. Teens like to hang out downstairs to play table games on watch TV while lounging on the massive couch.
The unit has all the equipment we enjoy like a grill and crockppt. The owner provides handsoap, dish soap, linens, and everything we needed to be at home while there.
The condo is conveniently located near area attractions. This year we hiked Flume Gorge, went tubing on the Saco River and visited the Sand Sculptures in the forest on the edge of town. Forest Ridge also has a nice pool and fitness center, some in the group played pickle ball.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had fun with the grandkids and reunited with family friends.
Marilyn is so responsive to questions or concerns. We definitely will be back if we vacation in this region again.

House was clean. You will need to bring cooking supplies butter, oils condiments etc...and coffee/ tea for your stay. A/C and heat work great. Bring your firestick if you want to watch Netflix etc...There are nice restaurants nearby and great hikes which we enjoyed. We also played pickle ball and went swimming in indoor pool. Unfortunately pool clubhouse closed at 430pm.

Place was as advertised. Great spot for 3 families with young kids. Basement was ideal for them to hang and play and sleep. Swimming pool facility was great. Great easy access to Loon. Will be back

We very much enjoyed our stay! The pictures don’t do this place justice! Beautiful home with cozy decor, was pleasantly surprised to find kids books and toys available for our children to use during our stay. We had 5 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space. Lots of fall activities to do in the area and super close to Loon. Marilyn is very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Our stay at this townhome was perfect for our annual family gathering! (We attend the NHSCOT Highland Games EVERY year. A family tradition.) There was plenty of space and accommodations. 3.5 baths was a must for us and worked out perfectly. This property is in a cull-de-sac. We played cornhole in the cull-de-sac which caused other visitors in this quaint spot to come out to meet us and hang out! We had the best family gathering ever! THANK YOU Marilyn!!!!

We stayed in Lincoln for a quick vacation with our children and grandchildren. The condo was just as the pictures with plenty of space for us to spread out and with all the items for grilling and cooking that you would need. Check-in was easy and a comprehensive list of what was supplied, what to bring, house rules, and checkout procedures.
The game room along with the kids toys was a huge hit.

The home had everything you need. The pool and hot tub were nice too. The game room was fun for the kids. The air hockey game was not working but the owner was aware and is replacing it. The house met all of our expectations. Will come back again .

We just had a wonderful family vacation--despite lots of rain! The unit was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the game room downstairs. We enjoyed the indoor and the outdoor pools and played pickle ball. Very easy to communicate with Marilyn. Highly recommend this unit and Marilyn! :)

This is the second time we held our small college retreat here. It is a perfect site for a small college or adult retreat for about 6-12 people. The neighborhood is quiet, there are plenty of games and community activities in the house, the kitchen has everything for making meals together, and Marilyn is very diligent in communicating everything and easy to work with. This is all on top of the fact that it is an affordable venue in a highly desirable area, with all the hiking and outdoor adventures one wants right outside the door. Our students have very much enjoyed their time here and we will doubtless return again.

We had a great time. The home is spotless, spacious and in a fantastic location for skiing at Loon mountain. The home was well stocked, everything you need is there. Marilyn was very available to answer all my questions. The development health club was a fun afternoon for grandchildren who loved the pool. Having all the stores, restaurants and supermarket right on the main road was great for everyone to head in different directions for a while. We had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at Marilyn’s condo. It was very spacious for our large group and the location couldn’t have been better. We were a little overwhelmed and nervous about all the agreements that needed to get signed and rules to follow but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless!

We were thrilled with our stay. The house was warm upon arrival with complimentary toiletries and everything was spotless. All of the cookware was top notch with every amenity you could possibly need or want. Marilyn called to check in with us after arrival and make sure we were happy and settled. The beds were comfortable the showers were hot and the fireplace was a wonderful way to come home after a long day of skiing. There were 8 of us total with 4 teenagers who loved the game room and the star and moon room, which was such a unique and great idea. We stay at VRBO properties a couple of times a year and this is our number one out of all them! I highly recommend you stay here! We will definitely be booking this rental again next year.

Amazing stay for 6 adults and 7 children. This place is perfect for entertainment, eating, hanging out, with trips to the pool/hot tub to break up the day as needed. Can’t recommend this place enough. Great host, amazing property, and the location is perfect for groceries to take out for a large group. We will be back again.

The house was perfect for my family (6 adults, 7 children) - the perfect amount of space and fun activities for the kids in the basement. We enjoyed the fireplace and the proximately to the mountain. The health cub was great to take kids swimming when we were taking a break from skiing. All in all great trip and wonderful spot.

Marilyn’s home is well-equipped and in a fantastic location in Lincoln, NH. The comfortable space was large enough to accommodate our group and included many games/toys for children and adults alike. Marilyn was easy to communicate with prior to, during and after check out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was our second stay at this property with our extended family and everyone had a wonderful time again. Our children really love the basement with all the games. The place has an infant seat which was also very helpful. Marilyn was great again on communication. Just an awesome property and very kid friendly.

We rented this house for a weekend. We are 3 families and we’ve been doing this trip every fall for years.
1. The unit itself is nice, clean and well equipped. There are enough rooms for at least 3 families. But parking was an issue cause there is reserved parking for 2 cars only.The additional parking js not a short walking distance to the unit otherwise the car will be towed.
2. Our biggest issue was dealing with the owner. I felt it was pretty intense and at some point felt that it almost ruined the joy of the vacation. She expects that people are going to intentionally cause damage and therefore she has to cover all bases and make sure that they are held responsible for that. Few days prior to our visit she sent us an email with 4 documents to sign. We did that a day later however she called us stating that we ignored her email and that she would not give us the door code unless we sign the paperwork. We have already done that before she called so I don't think that she checked her email. We waited all day however we never heard back from her concerning the code. Mind you this was Thursday and we were leaving on Friday. After texting and emailing we finally got the code. The owner also asked that we would take a walk through the unit and report anything that is damaged otherwise she would assume that we caused this damage and we will be charged for that.We found a water bottle trashed in one bedroom and the basement was pretty dusty. But we didn’t report it, cause it’s not worth bothering her with that. Well fast forward few days after check out we receive an email that we are charged $10 for a dirty hand towel. I mean who would expect that you're going to inspect every hand towel! We paid the $10 cause it's not worth arguing over. But, it was upsetting to pay $10 for a generic white hand towel that has been washed and used multiple times. Aren’t towels meant to get dirty?! Any good brand bleach would have cleaned a white towel, especially with the high cleaning fee that we paid. There are also some unbelievable charges like if a game DVD goes missing there's a $75 charge for an old wii. I do understand that she needs to protect her property and that is absolutely her right however there is also some risk to be taken especially the rent is expensive. we were anxious all the time. We spent 2 hours on our checkout day, tidying and cleaning but never thought of checking any dirty towels!!
