We had a very nice stay, great neighborhood and the house was spacious. Comfy beds and a well appointed kitchen. Only issue was the musty smell throughout the house, very prominent (reason for 4 instead of 5 stars)

The space was big and beautiful. Open kitchen, great floor plan, and a backyard that makes you feel like you're on a wellness retreat in the forest. Definitely plan on returning!
Thanks so much for the stay!

This was a wonderful family home and great base to visit Tulsa. It's not a typical vacation rental that has the bare necessities in the kitchen. This is more what vacation rentals used to be when people shared their homes. Although there isn't clothes or anything like that in the house, it is full of books, artwork, dishes, etc that really makes it feel homey. And the location is very private with beautiful gardens for being so close to all the attractions in Tulsa. And the owner was super helpful. I'd love to stay again next time we visit family in Tulsa.

Hosts were very prompt with necessary info to make arrival a breeze. Same for the departure. Decor may not be everyone’s cup of tea but my daughter and enjoyed it. Thanks for making our stay stress free.

The house itself needs a deep cleaning. We found dead bugs inside the cabinets and behuing and beside furniture.
The jets in the hot tub weren't working properly, the next morning (when it got daylight) I pulled off the cover to find there were leaves and twigs in the hot tub. The intake was so stopped up with leaves it could not cycle properly. I got a brush and removed the Debris. We never got back into it. Even the water was cloudy in it. Also, the front door did not work, we called and texted the owner at 3:15, she finally responded at 9:08 telling us to go through the garage. (which we had already done) THANK GOD the interior garage door was not locked. We would have had a 6 hour wait OUTSIDE if it had been locked. We also found numerous windows inside that were unlocked. When were outside we heard people talking on the other side of the fence, (the wooded side) when we looked around the corner, we found 2 men (very unkept and probably homeless) sitting on a bench next to the fence.
The location of the house was great, but it could use some better communication with the owner and some much-needed cleaning and Maintenace.

We stay here every year that we come to Tulsa for the Arabian National Championship Show. We love it.

We loved the house! We are not used to the cold weather we encountered in Tulsa, but coming “home” to this house made it all ok!

Some friends and I were in town for an event that put us in town for 5 nights. The house was close to the event site and after long days, it was cozy to come home to. Everything was just as described. If I ever come back to Tulsa I would certainly stay here again.

Property is unique and seems to be decorated by an older person. Upstairs has less of an "old" ambience. The home is in an excellent location. It is in the heart of Tulsa and close to many things, yet it is quiet. It gives the feel of seclusion. Partner and I loved it. The hot tub was an attraction for us. The gas fireplace a cozy bonus. I can see how it could easily accommodate a number of people. Only thing to be forewarned about is the step up and down between kitchen and living room. Main floor is not all one level so watch your step at first. We had a bit of an issue with house code to door not working when we arrived. A relatively quick response and all was well. An excellent stay/great value.

It was a couples trip to visit the Bass Tournament going on at the expo. This house was centrally located which made it super easy to get to everything we needed. The house itself was in a great neighborhood (corner lot) which was so peaceful and relaxing. Actually felt like we were in the country when sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather and wildlife. The house was very clean and welcoming. We had a fantastic time and will recommend this house in the future.

There was a dead animal on the front porch. There were many strong smells in the house—not necessary bad, just strong. The sheets and towels were dated. We enjoyed our family time though.

Worst experience of my life! We are still in disbelief.
Not sure where to start....at my scheduled reservation time we weren't
able to check in until two hours passed because I didn't have the code To get in the front door just the code to the garage two hours after me texting and calling the number listed i finally got a text stating that I was to use the last 4 of my phone number..... i tried calling about the wifi password...no answer/response. I never got the code.
She said that we ransacked everything that couldn't be further from the truth if the drawers were open that was to show them that they needed to be cleaned out....we photographed dirty kleenex balled up in ALLOT OF THE bedside tables drawers. The master dresser had spiders in it. The bedding was stained with urine. The bathroom upstairs had feces smeered on the door. Walking to the front door there was a dead squirrel that had been decomposing there for quite a while im guessing because it was just bones and fur. The house smelled like MAJOR MOLD. IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES YOU WONT BE ABLE TO STAY HERE. We didn't even stay one night there because my daughter was saying she felt like the house was haunted and the urine pads on the out dated dusty bed linens were scratchy. We couldn't find a trash receptacle for kitchen trash.. The ice in the freezer was brown. There was a cockroach that was so enormous I thought it was a prank.....unfortunately it was not.
The reason why the hot tub lid was off was due to the shock of opening the lid and seeing a dead mouse floating in the water! We just ran and tried to forget about it:/. Dead bugs all over the house, the air was musty and dusty with a heavy cover of glad that is still stuck in my sinuses. The lights turn on and off on their own. I could go on and on.....
I wasn't going to complain at all because I realize people go through times in their life and maybe she's having some great hardship but for her to have the audacity to call me and tell me I mistreated her belongings?!? And not even give me a chance to explain?@? As stated above all of this is documented by witnesses, video, pictures, call record, Google location time-line, text messages so if your interested in receiving a copy please feel free to reach out to me through this app. Anytime.

During our stay at this property we experienced electrical problems (outlet used for microwave & refrigerator went out), various lights throughout the house didn't function, and there was a mouse in the kitchen. We also feel uncomfortable because there was a lot of personal items of the owner throughout the house.

Great house, well furnished, friendly host!
These accommodations were excellent. The house is well furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Back yard is secluded and the hot tub was a great evening relaxer. Definitely would stay again if ever I need to go to Tulsa!

This property was just what we needed for our Christmas in Tulsa visiting our daughter. Had room enough so that we were not all on top of each other. The house is a little bit older but it suited our needs. A little too much personal stuff in the cupboards and closets for our liking, but we worked with it. Yard and back patio were an added plus for our puppy. And they didn't charge an arm and a leg pet deposit. We would stay in this home again.

Easy to book & close to amenities
This home was very close to many Tulsa attractions, as well as a beautiful public park. It was easy to book and it was easy to gain entry, etc without assistance from owners/managers, which was a nice change from the usual tech issues with locks, etc. The home was also very secluded and quiet, which was also wonderful. It was fully stocked with everything we could need in the kitchen for meal prep.
The reason for the 3 star rating was simply cleanliness-related. The booking charged a large cleaning fee, and the home is very dated (which is not a problem - everyone has grandparents) but it was also very dusty & dank/mold-smelling (especially the main living area) due to years of closed in smells and multiple layers of carpet. The home also had many cobwebs inside and out. The bedding also smelled old due to the stale smell in the home. Outside living was virtually impossible due to the mosquitoes & the dirty/broken furniture, so the hot tub was barely used. Everything about the house was as listed correctly, other than these issues. Thank you for letting us stay at your home, and I hope this honest feedback helps future guests.

The home was perfect with lots of space! Everything we could need for being at home without being at home. Very quiet and safe neighborhood and the back yard is great! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.
