About this apartment rental
Beautifully decorated and ideally located, you will vacation in style and luxury when staying at Lighthouse Watch condo. It is a top floor condo at One Ludington Place. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with the den equipped to be used as a third bedroom. From this lovely corner unit, enjoy all the comforts of home, while enjoying fabulous views of the surrounding waters and marina. The location is ideal and within easy walking distance to downtown stores, restaurants and markets, as well as beaches, parks and marinas. You could park your car in the underground parking structure and not need it again until it's time to go home! Internet access is provided at the clubhouse and within the unit. The inner courtyard has a pool and spa and a large green area. Gas grills located in common area for all to use.
Bed linens and towels provided.
**NOTE**: Summer peak 7 (seven) night minimum Saturday to Saturday. Spring, Fall, and off season 3 (three) night minimum. Callfor reservations or questions.

The condo is a great location walking distance to beach and the lovely downtown. The unit was exactly as described . Very comfortable and clean and nice decor. My favorite spot was the balcony! Communication with the rental company leading up to the stay was easy and responsive.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this Ludington condo. The views are amazing and the atmosphere is so enjoyable. Loved watching the SS Badger depart and return each day. The cleanliness of the condo and the ambiance was so welcoming when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this property!

We have been in this unit for three years now. I feel it needs some work. Paint and carpet are looking pretty bad in the high traffic areas. The cleanliness wasn't the best either. I had to wipe up hair on the floor when we arrived and I found a dirty shirt and socks behind a bedroom door when arriving.

Nikki and her staff delivered a great rental experience and we will book with West Shore again.
The only creepy crawly's we experienced on our building were the blue shirt work crew that was amazing to watch. Basically at the end of every day, My wife and I tried to identify what single piece of building they managed to install. Their occasional shouting matches helped break up the ambiance of the area birds chirping and helped drown out the Badgers horn on at least one morning.
If Nikki would like a more on this, I would be happy to provide more laughs on the workman. And I thought the Blue Man group only performed in Las Vegas!!!!

We loved the location close to the channel off Lake Michigan, 15 min walk to Lake Michigan, and convenience to walking anywhere within downtown. It was spacious and very clean.

Fantastic location, view, and property
My family and I have stayed in Ludington many times and this is our favorite place we’ve stayed her. The unit was clean, stocked with plenty of supplies (games, kitchen tools, etc) and it was greatly decorated and clean. Love the view of the water and the Badger that we could see from the deck. We home to come back to this unit again in the future. Felt like a home away from home.

love the balcony overlooking the harbor and city park. We spent many hours there enjoying the sights, dawns and sunsets. Spectacular location! Great walking around harbor, neighborhood and two blocks from downtown. Second bedroom has no windows so staying in there one loses track of time. Unit is tan so it is pretty dark unless you open all the shades. Kitchen has everything you need! We can't wait to stay here again!! Welcome the Badger every evening and adieu each evening!
