Owner is friendly to provide parchment paper for us to bake potatoes in oven for our dinner

Easy check in with digital door & owner had provided video in advance on how to unlock digital door.

The wooden staircase in the centre is occupying the Space in living room . It will be good to put the staircase at the corner to save space.

Fantastic accommodation in lovely, friendly neighbourhood.

Fantastic location, with everything you could need under one roof. The owner is very friendly and helpful and made our stay so smooth. The accommodation is spacious, very clean and tidy with little extras to make everything comfortable.

Room is very convenient and has full facilities. A bit far from downtown, but can easily take a bus just about 10 minutes to reach downtown. Free car park.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the Designer Outlet Mall for those who love shopping. Thanks for the coffee. Kitchen is well furnished if you intend to do your own cooking.

Very good

The accommodation fully met expectations and included everything that was stated in the description. I have to positively rate the option of a baby cot and high chair, which played a big role in our choice of accommodation. The connection to the center by public transport was very good. Overall we were satisfied.

Very nice apartment. Free private parking available. excellent apartment. Free high quality coffee and coffee machine is a nice touch. Nice little garden. We would come here again.

Knusperhaus was very clean and cosy. Lots of little extras that made our stay alot more comfortable and made us feel very welcome. Owners are very responsive and well organized. The small house was decorated with christmas decorations and made it feel like a home. Its close to bus stops to travel to the city centre and explore. The garden is small but enough to keep small kids busy. It was a very pleasant experience and I would strongly reccomend it.

We were traveling with 3 kids, it can be difficult putting then to bed with everything in a open space setup.

Wonderful little house in a quite area

The smart effectiveness of space in a quite area with nice neighbours, the house is located only a few km away from Salzbourg city centre. Ideal for a short city trip for families up to 5 people. The host’s hospitality is really appreciated, we were welcome with fresh drinks, coffee and tea.

Perfect vacation spot

We were so thankful for the hospitalities left for us; coffee, chocolates, and water. My kids loved the loft area as well as the swing outside. The Knusperhaus was perfect for our vacation in Salzburg.

If you are not concern about cigarrete smell, this place is great!

I contacted the house's owner, Patric, two days before travelling and he answered all my questions and concerns by WhatsApp very quick (Great Support!) - Thanks a lot! The process with the house's key is very effcient and easy. We met Patric's mom, who lives at the house besides and she is very friendly. Also, the kitchen had free ammenities (e.g. coffee, chocolate drink and water) The house has A/C which is very convinient in very hot days as most of the beds are under the roof. The location is very good. We got to the city with our bikes in 15 min. The bicycle's trails are amazing well identified. We had 2 heavy rainy days and to be in 5 min by walk at the Outlet Mall was priceless. There is a P+R system in the Outlet Mall. So, you can take a bus every 20 min which go to Salzburg City and avoid traffic and parking troubles.

The house has air fresheners everywhere. It was ok but after a while it became too much. At the beginning, I thought it was due a bad smell in the kitchen sink but after we left, I realized that the house has a very strong cigarrete smell. We normally travel with our own pillows and we have to wash them at 60°C at home because they absorb all the cigarrete smell. There is a non-smoke sign inside the house but I think some guess did not respect that or it was put afterwards. The kitchen is ok to get some breakfast ready, prepare a salad or bake some frozen food. I could not find the way to make the kitchen air extractor work.
