Хороший вариант за свои деньги, но если вам нужен белый картон, то скорее вам не сюда

Сами апартаменты - супер. Чисто, комфортно, есть, в общем, все, для проживания (особенно порадовало наличие в т.ч. посудомоечной машины). По расположению у нас тоже претензий не было, до центра удобно добираться на автобусе (порядка 30 минут), остановка в 5-7 минутах от дома. С парковкой во дворе тоже не возникло проблем. Также в 5 минутах от дома есть супермаркет Макси, так что всегда можно что-то купить и приготовить - на кухне все для этого есть.

Проблемы (а может быть и вообще отсутствие возможности) сделать белый картон! К сожалению, точно мы так и не узнали, так как хозяин просто игнорировал наши сообщения. С одной стороны - нам стоило сразу про это спросить/настоять при передаче ключей, но мы что-то так расслабились и были очарованы, что про белый картон просто забыли. Написали позже, как вспомнили - и в ответ просто тишина. И, несмотря на то, что хозяева по сути обязаны делать белый картон гостям, получается, что все на это забивают и гостям самим приходится думать об этом и заморачиваться где этот картон раздобыть. Короче, эта ситуация в итоге стоила нам нервов и денег, так что жирный минус хозяину за это.

Clean and cozy place, very nice and comfortable stay.

It is very cute, clean and cozy apartment. It is suitable for short and longer stays, as it is equipped with all necessities for comfortable stay. The host is very nice and very helpful. Also, around the apartment there is free parking and you can always find free spot. It takes only 10 minutes to reach the city center by car.

Host is great, apartment is all that you need to relax and enjoy! It has all in the kitchen, quite, and the view is amazing! Super clean is plus and bed is perfect! You will have great time here for sure!

Excellent value for money

Everything! The neighborhood is quiet, but urban, with a lot of parking spaces for free all around the buildings. A flat is spacious and bright, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The host is super nice and hospitable. And last but not least a view from the apartment is stunning (the 9th floor)!

The apartment had a really cozy feeling, like you came to your own home. The location is perfect, all the necessary things is just a 5-10 minutes away. You have buses for any part of the town. The owner of the place is very friendly and accommodating.

A great apartment to stay at.

The apartment is spacious, clean and had all the amenities I needed for a two weeks stay. It also has a great view. The bed is large and extremely comfortable, I slept very well. The host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place.

DON’T USE THIS APARTMENT !

DON’T USE THIS APARTMENT ! I reserved this flat for two of my friend (couple) from Poland and everything looked okay at the beggining. We pick up the key, my friends leave their stuff and after that they gone to city during day. When they come back they saw that somebody was in flat after them and look INSIDE THEIR LUGGAGE ! They didn’t mind about that, and the biggest thing happened in about 2 A.M, when owner knocked at door and tell them that they need to go out of flat because HIS SON NEED A FLAT !!! He didn’t return money, just put them on street with their luggage !

Nice modern apartment

Apartment was clean and host was great, all necessary things provided.

Parking was a challenge. Elevator tight and hard to operate.

Recommended for everybody, this place is perfect

This apartment is excellent. It has a modern feel to it, it is very comfortable and quiet, and it has a good view. Location is really nice, you have a big market nearby and a place where they have delicious food. Apartment was clean, we received a warm welcome and a quick introduction which was really nice. Oh, you also have a smart tv, which is great if you like to cast from your smartphone.

I liked everything. Can't wait to go again

Amazing Place!

Amazing views, very clean and modern. Would recommend anyone visiting Belgrade to stay here. The host was brilliant and couldn't do. enough for us. Welcome drink and snacks on arrival. You will not find a better quality apartment elsewhere

Buildings in the area are run down but don't let that put you off as once inside the apartment is incredible
