We had a wonderful time at Melina studios! Perfect location with a nice view and close distance to the beach!

The studio was modern and in perfect condition and we had access to the pool across the street.

An appartment with beautiful views and a luxurious walk in shower.

The huge walk in shower is amazing! The beautiful views are worth the leg exercise up the hill. The property is a 10 minute walk from the excellent Infinity Blue restaurant that we highly recommend visiting. Their service is excellent, food is delicious and they are always busy. The bus service on the island is one of the best in Greece, with regular frequent buses every 10 to 15 minutes. Bus stop 15 is not far from the property.

Take care when bending down to shave or wash your face as the tap has sharp edges. The area is a sort of mini tourist village.

Luxury modern apartment with fantastic views, close to the beach, restaurants, and local transportation.

Clean and modern apartment with excellent facilities. The view from the outside patio area is the jewel in the crown of this property, chilling in the hammock with a Mythos is the perfect end to a day at the beach. Great access to local beaches and restaurants, and the bus stop to all areas is minutes away. Friendly owners that couldn’t be more helpful.

Amazing accomodation

All! We stayed in a 3 places room- very new and modern. The terrace has sea view. The bathroom is very big. It has also a small kitchen where you can prepare a coffee, a sandwich. The host, Maria, is very friendly and she provide all the information you need. There is also a map of Skiathos which was really usefull. The location is Kolios, 15 minutes by tge car from the Port, which we found great. We could use the pool from a 2 minutes slow walking vila for free.

There is absolutely nothing to not be liked. Just the fact we stayed only 4 nights. 😪

Great small brand new apartment with nice view on the sea

Brand new apartment, very clean and confortable. Air conditionner, amazing bathroom and mattress. Nice terrasse with sea view. Host was very nice

The apartment is very small, it was ok for 2 people (same size than a normal/ small hotel room) but it would have been too small for 3 people.

Great seaside view and nice location

Great apartment with amazing seaside view from the terrace. New & clean space, highly accomodating. Nice bars/restaurants nearby and just 5min walk to the beach. Very calm & relaxing atmosphere! The host Maria is very welcoming and responding quickly at every request. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic outdoor space

Absolutely fantastic terrace with great views and the location meant it was very private, which was perfect for us. It has a very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need for a 2 week stay. The place is immaculate inside and out and we will definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice and helpful whilst leaving you in private at the same time.

A lovely villa for a self catering holiday

This is a lovely villa which is very well equipped for Self catering. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. We particularly liked the washing machine! The host Maria was very friendly and met our ferry from the port and took us to the airport at the end of our stay.
