I have read through all of the previous reviews and understand the owner will respond by saying “She is wrong! I just spent so much on updating and buying new art!” Sadly, painting over black mold again and again and turning filthy rugs does NOT a Prince Suite make!
We thought the excellent price was due to it being off season as it is a ski resort. However, we were stunned by the appalling level of dirt, outdated decor, and black mold in this unit. The main lodge of the condo has slightly cleaner carpets and furniture. The pool and hot tub seemed to be well maintained. The other buildings, however, left much to be desired.
The main rug in the living room area must have recently been turned as part of the rug was gray and matted while the other part was fresh and clean - giving us a stark look at just how much filth was in the rug! The bathroom fans did not work in either bathroom and there was black mold coming through the paint on the walls. Add to this the 5 gallon bucket of paint in the master closet and it looks as if the owner is painting over the mold each time it gets too bad. We are going home with one raging fever, and several hacking coughs thanks to mold sensitivities. If you are considering Cooper Chase for a relaxing time away, please reconsider. Your lungs will thank you!

Be careful WHO the host is (Trip dates: March 1-2, 2024): The owner left a crockpot on the top of a fridge which fell when the freezer door was opened (known hazard placing glassware/ceramics on top of a fridge). The crock pot broke. It cut my hand when picking up the pieces. I tried to notify via text message (number was provided) but I didn’t get a response. Later he messaged me about the broken pot. When I expressed that I didn’t feel I should be responsible for a fallen crockpot stored on top of a fridge and that I’d dispute credit card charges, he proceeded to state that he would charge me for item research and installation fees as well, followed by a threat for litigation and covering attorney’s fees for theft, if I did not pay.
It’s probably more of a bullying technique to get me to pay, but it goes to show what you might encounter with this host if you have any issues. Just a word of warning for anyone who may rent from this host. Also be aware that the host informed me in our message exchange that his 10 other condos have crockpots (ceramic ware) on top of their fridges and that he feels those are safe places for such items.
He was sure to point out that it was foolish to pick up broken ceramic ware with my bare hands (he’s not wrong) and proceeded to give me a step by step procedure on how to do it safely, and told me I should seek proper training. This is great and all, but it demonstrates how the host handles situations like this. He seemed more concerned about

Great place to stay. The pool is a great feature and jacuzzi was great after a day in the snow. The garage for parking was perfect. Plenty of room for our group.

They build sleep area around a 2 bedroom unit and called it sleep 14, one of the rooms is inclosed balcony with temperature at 27° and the heater unit as load as a lown mower good luck sleeping or freezing. The other 2 beds are in a closet built on top of each other.

The good: big kitchen, amazing views, close to the ski lifts by car. The pool/hot tub are nice. Big enough condo for family get togethers. Had a heated garage with enough parking so it was perfect for changing from snow clothes.
The bad: new condos block the walking path to the ski lift so this isn’t a ski in/ski out condo as advertised. You have to drive. The condo is on the 3rd floor and the pool/hot tub is in a different building so you have to walk partially outdoors in the snow from the pool back to the condo. The laundry mat is also in the other building and most of the washers were broken. The working ones were always in use.
The ugly: Need new linens really bad, the ones on the master bed room were dirty, stained and gross, I would hate to shine a black light on it. The rug in the living room was disgusting. The front door doesn’t latch well so it was a pain to close. The floor was dirty when we got there despite numerous reminders not to wear shoes. We had to unload the dishwasher when we got there as well. We were charged a pretty expensive cleaning fee for a really dirty condo.
Overall this is still a decent condo but it is old and pretty run down. Despite any of the negatives we have stayed there twice and would probably stay again.

Cross country team up from Vegas to run trails out of the heat! We were disappointed that the pool ans hot tub were not operational-but otherwise had a great stay!

Previous stay at Copper Chase (2021) was as expected, but the pool was not heated but overall good experience. Latest booking (2023) was a larger property that met our needs, with the following exceptions: 1) could have been cleaner - the great room was very dusty and the floors were dirty - a large spider and a mouse trap was found under the bunk bed. 2) The window blinds appear to have never been cleaned, with a couple damaged. 3) the bunk bed needs repaired (noted on exit report). 4) The hot tub was under construction, so the pool was closed - Scott had several opportunities to make us aware, but failed to notify us, which would have given us the opportunity to seek other accommodations. 5) The pool (had it been available) and the laundry were not easily accessible - this property is on the second floor. You have to walk down four flights of steps, walk the complete length of underground garage to door 1, up two flights of stairs, out the door to a small outside porch/walkway, then in another door, then down a fairly long hall. Very inconvenient.

What a great location! We really enjoyed the proximity to the ski resort. My kids loved that there was a pool. There were plenty of beds and clean linens for them. The price was very fair. If I had one criticism, the condo could use a spring cleaning in the books and crannies and an update on some of the furniture.

The location was good, its very close to the lifts. The kitchen is nice and makes cooking a home meal easy. There is a large dinning table so everyone has a place to sit. The capsule beds were surprisingly cozy.

Host Scott was very communicative! Plenty of room for our large family. The ski in/ski out wasnt really accesible but mainly due to the large amount of snow the are received recently. But lift access was only a short 5 minute drive away. Would recommend and stay there again.

The location was ideal for skiing. Very close, easy to get to, and covered parking for the winter months. A bit of stairs to work through but no problem for our family. Thanks Scott for being available for any need we had.

This place was close to the resort, which was nice. I had accidently booked the suite for the wrong dates and Scott was very nice about crediting me for the wrong dates and getting me in on the correct date.

We stayed at this amazing property coming from the Grand Canyon going up to Yellowstone. Super relaxing with a pool. Must warn anyone who is scared to drive on mountain roads that the drive to this property is scary, especially during the rainy season. There were hair pin turns with muddy washouts when we went in August. If you do not have a four wheel drive vehicle be cautious.

Great weekend get away with family!
This was a great place for our family to stay. We have 4 kids, 2 married, 2 teenagers and 2 grandkids that came. It was nice that everyone had their own place to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and good sized. The kids loved the pool (despite the heater not working). Although, the condo was dated it was perfect for what it was and the price point was great for what we got. We would definitely go back again.

Not worth the money!!
The condo was dirty and extremely outdated. The beds were horrible couldn't even get any sleep. About 11 PM a light turned on right outside of the bedroom window and the blinds were broken and couldn't block out any light. The place was very uncomfortable and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It feels like the owner only cares about making money and not making guests happy and comfortable.

Great property for our family's ski/snowboard trip. Clean and comfortable unit. Was able to ski out from condo which was great. Missed having access to the jacuzzi which was closed for repairs. Owner was very responsive and helpful to any questions that came up.

Excellent location and property is fully equipped
We really enjoyed our stay. The place is extremely clean and sanitized. Everything we needed was in the property. We are able to have homemade food as he has full kitchen and they have playpen which helps with our baby.

New years ski trip
The beds and space were comfy and plentiful. The kids enjoyed the European beds, they was however trash and dust back there. We were able to ski to the Navajo lift from the back of the property but were unable to ski back as it was quite an uphill. Take quarters and detergent if you plan on washing. We had a great stay and had everything we needed while we were there.

Wish we had known the pool/jacuzzi were not available
After 7 days of Mtn Biking our group of 7 were looking forward to hot showers and relaxing in the pool/jacuzzi. We found out after we arrived that it was under repair and not available. Additionally an alternative jacuzzi was also under repair and not available until after our stay. It would have been great to know this prior to booking, or even after booking. Hot water enough for 5 showers. Dated furniture.

Plenty of beds - No Privacy!
While we enjoyed our stay at Brian Head, we were very disappointed in the accommodations and felt very misled.
This condo had lots of windows with beautiful views. The keyless entry was handy with so many adults coming and going at different times. Beds, bedding, and dishes were plentiful. The sauce pans, frying pans, and cooking utensils were a potpourri of mis-matched and missing items...you can "make do" with what is there but it is decidedly inconvenient. The ice maker on the fridge was broken as well as a couple of fridge door shelves and the folding doors to the European style closet bunks.
This condo was listed as a 3 bedroom place including two master bedrooms. Unfortunately, the one master bedroom has a sunroom which has been turned into the "third bedroom" and only has access to the house and bathroom going directly through the master (no privacy). We were glad we'd brought blackout curtains to put over the glass door for a little more privacy. The other "master" is a crowded bedroom with a double sized bunkbed and a queen. This room does not have private access to a bathroom.
A more accurate description for this unit would be two bedroom including one master bedroom and lots of misc. bed-space - great unit for two couples if privacy is valued OR a great place for loads of folks where privacy is not valued.
The condo and the facilities are quite old and dated and could all stand for a solid deep cleaning.
Overall, we were able to "make do" and enjoyed all that Brian Head has to offer.

Host and Communicator Extraordinaire
The indoor swimming pool - "front page" photo featured in the listing - was the deciding factor in our choice, so it was disappointing to discover that access was limited due to repair of the spa. When we were able to get in, the water temperature was so cold that only 2 (not-to-be-deterred children) of the 6 people who planned to swim spent any time in the water. Our disappointment and frustration would have been far greater had the property host not been
thoughtful and communicative; Scott was made himself readily available by text and phone, and appeared to do everything in his power to mitigate the issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and felt the accommodations were a good value.
