The villa has 4 extremely tasteful and individual bedrooms, coordinated in detail, as well as 3 beautiful bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. Each bedroom has direct access to a terrace or balcony. The spacious, light-flooded living room with open kitchen, furnished in light colors - and like the bedrooms - with many elements from KARE Design, has large panoramic windows with a great view. Adjacent through a double door is the billiard room, also with a magnificent view, additional seating with table football and various games, an elegant bistro table with chic bar stools. Here is also the access to the main terrace. On the terrace there is a nice seating area and other seating options. The spacious pool area has numerous high-quality loungers and two double day beds. Tastefully designed glass windows protect against the wind when sunbathing.
The beaches of Luz and Burgau can be reached in a few minutes by car and invite you to linger with their numerous restaurants. Many other numerous beaches in the immediate vicinity invite you to discover them. 8km away is the pretty town of Lagos, with the large, long Meia Praia beach and smaller pretty beaches, countless restaurants, a beautiful old town and a marina. 3km west of the villa begins the Costa Vicentina National Park, with its beautiful and breathtaking nature, where you can also surf, cycle and hike.
