The house was well stocked and perfect for a family of all ages! We would highly recommend to anyone!

The property is as advertised and fit our needs exactly. It was within walking distance to the beach which was also a huge positive for us. It's a longer walk but still manageable. The neighborhood is pretty active but not at all busy or loud. The kitchen was well equipped to allow for at home cooking or grilling. All the essentials were there and then some. Thank you.

We had the best time! This house really has every detail in place - the owners have thought of everything which makes the stay even better! There are plenty of places to relax and enjoy - coffee in the morning on front porch and bonfires at night in the back. The house is very nicely decorated with nice features! We also had a 2 year old so having the crib and other things were a huge benefit since we flew in!
It’s also close to downtown Falmouth and the beaches!

Wonderful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, very comfortable beds and bedding. Extremely child friendly back yard and home with ample safety gates, cribs and child amenities. Close to many beaches, shopping and bike trails. Community pool was extremely fun for the young children in our group.

Our family had a great week at this property. It was the perfect location for kids (ours are aged 5-8) and adults. The pool was a great amenity which we took advantage of nearly everyday. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. I hope we can stay here again in the future!

This home is one of the nicest properties we've ever rented from (and we rent homes often as it is the easiest way to travel with our large family of 7). The home is very well stocked, clean, and comfortable (A/C worked perfectly even on the hottest of days). The outdoor living areas were one of our absolute favorites about the property - the front porch is expansive and comfortable with plenty of seating options and a private, relaxing ambiance. The back yard is large and has two comfortable hammocks and a fire pit where our children enjoyed hanging out, having a fire and roasting s'mores. The basement was also a fun hangout area with a bar, mini fridge, couches, tv and a connecting (open space) bedroom and a door to a little patio outside! We cooked several meals in the kitchen which was well stocked and very clean. We paid the extra fee to use the pool which was great – it is just at the end of the street, so a short walk and the water is warm, there is plenty of seating, and it is not overly crowded. The tennis courts are in close proximity to the property which was a nice bonus! The neighborhood is very quaint - we enjoyed walking through it and looking at all of the homes. Things we did in the area: we took a day trip to Martha's Vineyard - the ferry is within a 10-minute drive of the house, several times we visited the adorable town of Falmouth for souvenir shopping, or getting a bite to eat - it is also within 10-minutes of the house. We also had ice cream at Smitty’s (yummy! FYI cash only there) and the Cape Cod Winery is within 5 minutes of the house and has yummy wine slushies, flights, and a very cute beachy vibe. We found it easiest to pay to park at the public beaches – we did Old Silver beach as we’ve been before and love it there (about a 15 min drive from the house). Some of the closer beaches require a resident pass which we didn’t get. We had a delicious dinner at The Flying Bridge our last night on the Cape which was a perfect end to a fantastic trip!

What a great week in East Falmouth! The house was as described and so much more! We loved the tennis courts, playground, and pool. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard and the backyard and front porch provided a cozy oasis for us depending on our mood and activity! We have been to the cape several times but will definitely be back here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well-appointed with a stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and nice linens. The outdoor spaces were particularly appreciated. We spent a lot of time on the front deck and out back by the hammocks. The neighborhood was perfect for the kids and bike riding. We also purchased the pool pass and enjoyed that, too. Great rental! We hope to stay there again!

Our family was thrilled with this beautifully designed and decorated home - every little detail has been carefully thought through and curated in order to make anyone's stay extra comfortable, fun and easy! The property and entire neighborhood were super well-appointed and there was a lot to do keeping our whole family entertained. We have never stayed at a rental home that was so well cared for, obviously with guests in mind. Thank you, Annette!

This adorable Cape house is EXACTLY as listed, even exceeding our expectations! It's perfect for a one or two family vacation (if you don't mind sharing bathroom space). Annette and Jay took great care to make sure the property was in tip top shape when we arrived. The outdoor living and entertaining space is a dream! We had s'mores in the backyard fire pit, relaxed on the hammocks, and had dinner in the comfy outdoor sofas. Great Harbors is a really nice neighborhood -- a short drive from the Heights Beach and plenty of neighborhood activities if you want to spring for the pool and tennis pass. We would definitely rent here again!

We have been coming to the Cape for 14 years and this has been, by far, the best home we have ever rented. There is plenty of space for a large family and multiple places in and around the home to enjoy. From the large fireplace area, to the spa like outdoor seating, this stay will surely leave you wanting to stay another week. The kitchen is fully stock and the home is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. We can’t wait to book this home again next year.

We had a very nice vacation at this quaint cottage in Falmouth. Place was clean and hosts were very friendly. We loved using the fire pit to roast hot dogs and marshmallows at night. The cottage is within 5-10 mins of many area beaches. Cost to get a weeklong beach permit was $80. Community pool is right down the street. Our kids made use of the pool almost everyday. Lifeguards were always present and very friendly. Cost to use the pool was expensive - $320/week. Falmouth is a great spot to stay for your first visit to Cape Cod. Close to Martha’s Vineyard ferries, Woods Hole, golf courses, biking trails and lots of good seafood restaurants. Taking a deep sea fishing trip is a must - we went with Patriot Boats and the crew was fantastic with the kids. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Loved, loved , loved this house! It had everything we needed and so much space. The outdoor area was a dream for our two small children, and the neighborhood pool easily accessible. Also close to the beaches, loads of great restaurants and shops! Annette and Jay are also great hosts! Would definitely recommend.

Annette and Jay met us at the house to give us the keys and do a walk through of the workings of the home, which was very helpful. They are lovely and were easily accessible by phone/text with any questions. The house is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed including sheets, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. We so enjoyed the numerous outdoor living spaces, particularly the front deck, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our toddler aged son. We utilized the covered grill area many times, and loved the large dining area for meals. The bonus bed/space in the basement really makes it like a 5 bedroom home. The location is nice and quiet, but an easy drive to the beaches and town. The pool and playground were a short walk to the end of the street and were great for our young children. We also enjoyed the small stretch of sand/beach for digging and collecting shells. The air conditioning was key during the hot week in July, but there was also always a nice breeze. We had a wonderful week and hope to return next year!
