New spacious apartment near the city center, very clean and well prepared for a family of 4.

Everything impecable! Every detail, every aspect. The host also proactive and friendly.

Great Apartment near airport

Javi was a very friendly and helpful host. He answered all our questions and helped us with any queries we had. The apartment was only 10 minute drive from the airport and easy to get to by taxi. The apartment was very good value for money. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Really lovely apartment to stay in.

This was a trip to celebrate my Mothers 89th birthday and the apartment provided everything we required for a most enjoyable stay. The apartment was large with a good sized kitchen (which had a fantastic stove and coffee machine!), a roomie living area with a large sofa, dining table and chairs, plus a big flat screen TV with Netflix. The WiFi was good. The 2 bedrooms were sizable and perfect for our needs. Early one morning, one could hear voices outside in the street, which I believe were cleaners gathering to be collected? This only lasted 30 minutes or so, but was notable in such a quiet area! The shower was excellent! Only a 5 minute walk at most to the fishermen's marina with restaurants lining the harbour side. There's also a small shop/market just down the road with everything you might need. There's also a great big supermarket on the pedestrianised main street a bit further than the wee marina. Javier was the perfect host, greeted us upon arrival and always on hand to answer questions via the messaging system. There's a large car park (free), just up the street. A wonderful stay!

Comfortable and well located

Fully equipped apartment, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Walking distance from the waterfront restaurants. Owner is responsive and neighbour present to hand over the key.

Very spacious apartment with a lot of amenities to make your stay excellent. We were really happy with the free beach accessories (parasol, beach seats, toys, shovels, all kinds of stuff)

Shower holder was partly broken but still managed to hold the shower head, that's the only thing.

A wonderful overnight stop

The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. We were only there for the afternoon and evening as we were leaving to catch a flight first thing in the morning. It's an easy six minute walk to the bus station and is two minutes walk to the whale end of Charco San Gines where you'll find a number of restaurants. We were using the sofabed for our third and fourth children which worked fine for one day. One probably wouldn't want to do that for more than a few days, though.

Good city apartment.

Near to amenities in the city . Very good host . Easy to get around Lanzarote as bus station close by. The apartment was as described on Booking.com

Would be nice to have written instructions on how to use the oven No instructions on how to use washing machine which leaked so washing did not complete cycle properly

we really enjoyed stay at Javi place in Arrecife

well located, nice and very clean appartment with all that you might need. great host who recommended some nice reataurant in Arrecife.

although there is coffee machine we have missed teapot but possibly we haven’t just found it:) there is not too much light but for some it might be an advantage.

very clean and close to centre.

clean and convenient, near restaurants and the lagoon. parking a a few minutes walk behind the property which is a vacant lot and fine. On the street but it’s a quiet side street and we weren’t disturbed. Nice touches like coffee capsules provided.

Note that it isn’t a sunny apartment- but this means it keeps cooler. No aircon but we didn’t need it.

Surerly advised

Very beautiful flat, full of accessories and tools. Tastefully decorated and complete of everything, like the sun umbrella, toys for the beach, washing machine, and large place to hang out the laundry. The flat is located in a central popular block very close to the downtown of Arrecife with a lot of markets and shops. As for parking, in the street close to the building is easy to find a place, and in case there is a big park not far.

It is a suggestion: improve the FAN or install AC. The popular block, of course, lives its life, so there are many rumors and noise come from the outdoor, especially in the early morning can be annoying. So we needed to keep closed the windows but the fan provided (no AC) was inefficient (too much noise).

Nothing to actually dislike but would have benefitted from having a second set of keys.
