About this apartment rental

Our condo has been completely redone to offer you a relaxing and beautiful space. All furniture, mattresses, appliances, and kitchen amenities have been updated. The main gathering space has a large kitchen and counter-top with 3 barstools. The main table seats 8 and the screened porch table adds 4 more spaces for meals. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, plus a fully stocked cabinet of kids' games and toys, video game systems, and a massage chair after a long day at the beach.

Other amenities include new televisions in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, and a 60" Television in Living room. All TVs are “smart” and ready for you to login to your favorite apps. We offer high speed internet access, google smart speakers and a hotel safe. In the kitchen you'll find a full complement of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, spices, condiments, full size coffee maker, blender, George Foreman grill, griddle, waffle maker and portable high chair.

Each bedroom has new bedding, pillows, memory foam mattress and spare linens. There are two queen air mattresses which fit comfortably in any of the upstairs bedrooms. Bathrooms are ready with new towels, hair dryers and shower/bath toiletries. There is an ironing board and iron in bedroom 3.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 king bed in top floor master, 1 king bed in second bedroom, 2 twin bunk beds (accommodates 4 people) in third bedroom, and 1 futon bed with trundle bed in first floor (ground level) bedroom (accommodates 2 people). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, plus a half bath off the kitchen. Our condo association restricts the number of rental guests to 8 people.

The house is keyless entry. You will have 2 dedicated parking spots and access to the condo community pool and green space at no charge. The pool is only available to the 16 condo owners and guests. There is a small public parking lot by the beach access for any overflow cars.

We liked the location. We also had family in 1504Wood Ave. Just a hop and a skip. We like East End condos. Other family stays in other condos. Beach is accessible, although it’s a trek. We are already booked for next year.

The space is great and in a great location! The pool was quiet and only a short walk to the beach! There was some confusion with the cleaning crew and the unit wasn’t ready for check in at 4:00. But, other than the late check in, it was wonderful!

We had a great experience at this property. The condo had everything we needed. The location was quiet and convenient. (and we were staying on SSI for the Ga/Fla game). The owner checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would be happy to stay at this property again.

This home has everything! We enjoyed our stay so much. We love cooking and eating out, and there was every possible kitchen tool imaginable. The walk to the beach is short and the beach area is very quiet and not heavily populated. They thought of every detail a family would want on a week's vacation. Enjoyed the stay! The owners were helpful and accessible for minor questions. The property is well equipped with kitchen and many beach supplies and was immaculate and nicely decorated. Main drawback was tech - smart TV didn't work w our iPhone or Android devices so we watched Pluto free TV and used hdmi feed from laptop. missed a few playoff hockey games. Also note that the beach is very large, so it is quite a walk to waves edge...we got good workouts getting our tent etc to the beach. It might be too much for some. We enjoyed that there were preserved natural areas on the beach. Owners beach supplies included a cooler, cart chairs and umbrellas. Very good stay!

After being "quarantined" for two months we needed to get away. We chose St. Simons because we used to live there and still have family there. We loved the property! Access to beach was awesome and my grandchildren had the best time. Everything we needed was provided and we had the best time!

The beds were comfortable and the extras made things wonderful. So nice to find things you often forget provided! Bandaids, seasoning, tin foil, etc. and not having to lug our own beach chairs and wagon from home was a huge plus! Recommend this roomy townhome and will return.

The contact with the owner and management could not have been better, right from the start last August when we reserved. Although the photos were delightful, the actual unit was even better. We were delighted at the space, decoration and cleanliness. Back deck screened in and evening lights was a wonderful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied and yes, spotless. The unit is right on the beach road, about 100 steps away from the best beach on St Simon's Island We look forward to returning next year

My family and I had such a great stay here, the house is amazing and everything around. The beach was such a short walk from the house and we actually rented bikes and toured the whole island. We got to ride the bikes on the beach as well so it was pretty cool.

Our family really enjoyed East Beach. Location was great with a short walk to the beach. Condo had lots of things available to make our beach visit even more fun. Kitchen is nicely redone. Bathroom showers needed to be cleaned better. We were told we could check in early but cleaning lady wasn’t ready. We had to wait around an extra hour. Overall thought nice place.

Georgia on My Mind was an excellent rental property and highly recommended. It had so many comforts of home, spacious, and each bedroom having a bath was perfect for our situation. The property was very clean and overall, very updated. As for the pool, we never found it crowded if anyone was there at all. The additional items at the property were a huge perk, with toys for the kids, board games, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, etc. Beyond the actual property, the local agent was incredible, always responding immediately to any question or concerns. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to St. Simons.

This condo was great! It had all the comforts of home - anything we needed in the kitchen they had. It was beautifully renovated and decorated, except for two bathrooms that seem to have been forgotten about, but that didn’t bother us. Short walk to the beach. But keep in mind, east beach is the public beach, so you have more crowds and people driving by the condo to the beach access.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo, and would love to stay again. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5, is due to a tripping hazard on the main floor with the rugs in the kitchen and den. I would still book again though 😎
