Excellente situation, chambre confortable et accueil chaleureux

Très à l'écoute de nos souhaits, le personnel est accueillant et très aimable. La literie est très confortable, et la propreté est irréprochable. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Londres et vous avez l'embarras du choix des restaurants. La chambre suffisamment grande pour 3 personnes, disposait d'une kitchenette avec un frigo, un micro-ondes et un évier (avec de l'eau filtrée Brita). Les produits dans la salle de bain sont de qualité.

Un détail: absence de sèche cheveux (peut-être disponible sur demande?)

Wonderful

This was a very convenient location to Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. The hotel was very quiet and secure. The staff were outstanding and took great care of us.

Exceptional

Breakfast was not included as there was no restaurant on site. This being said, it didn't matter as there were many small eateries within a stone's throw of the hotel.

Great location, great rooms

Lovely and clean, airy room, great shower, use of Molton Brown in the bathroom, usual tea and coffee provided, ironing board, and safe. Great location for Covent Garden, theatre, Leicester Square etc. The staff are delightful, and they provide wine between 6 and 7 in a little seating area, which is a nice touch. I will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was dreadful. In fairness, the hotel doesn't provide a restaurant, so they have a company nearby, that provides breakfast for them. It was vile..I wouldn't order this again.

Will choose another hotel in the future.

Location.

We stayed here in October and told our friends. I booked them a room for two nights and one night for us pre-cruise. The price of the rooms were more and rooms were literally half the size of what we had in October. Terribly overpriced for what we received.

Great place to stay in London and surely we'll be back

The room was very clean The hotel staff were very helpful and ready to help all day long The location pf the hotel was amazing - close to many attractions in London Quick check in & out process and an option to pre order a van to the airport

Everything was great, it could be nice to have the option of breakfast at the hotel when needed

Fantastic little hotel ! stayed for only one night but really loved our stay . The room was spotlessly clean, bed super comfortable and bathroom perfect. Tea coffee and fridge and coffee machine also in the room . Staff were super welcoming and friendly. would definitely stay again .

PERFECT

The location, facilities and cleanliness are all perfect. The friendliness and personality of the staff made our vacation the best. Thanks to the staff, we had a super comfotable experience. After checking out, the staff asked us, "Are you still going out until your flight? Shall I keep your luggage?" After coming back to hotel, they asked us, "Do you want to use the bathroom?" I was impressed that everything was perfect. We found the best accommodation in London.

There was noise from the main street so I had bad sleep 2 out of 3 nights.

Good stay. Facilities were good. Great location but the extra money paid for a king room was wasted

Location was great

Paid for a king room. We got 2 single beds pushed together to make a big bed. This meant there was a large ridge in the middle of the bed from top to toe
