You have to give them props that although everything is very very worn down someone has done a fantastic job of cleaning the rooms - there wasn’t a single cobweb or speck of dust and the bathroom was spotless. Their cleaners work very hard
As mentioned earlier it was simply very very worn down, more than in the photos and for this amount of money in central London I guess that is what to expect. It is good not to have to pay a damage deposit when so many other properties take one. The lift up to the upper floors was really wobbly though and bounced when I stepped in, avoid this perhaps if you are needing to use a lift to access upper floors. There was also a huge gap between the bottom of the door and the floor like someone’s hand could literally fit in ? This was really disconcerting. But if you’re ok with that and need somewhere affordable, it is at least clean.

I loved the location close to the station! Staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Room was very cozy, bed was comfy and clean.
Breakfast was also yummy
The rooms are VERY small. So if your more than 2 people you’ll be very squished. We where 2 people
With a case each and had little space to move.
Shower is also uncomfortably small, if you’re a tall person or slightly plus size like myself it’s not comfy at all.

Location very close to Euston & King’s Cross station. Staff friendly.
Very poor condition, dirty and dated decor. Small rooms and window had broken latch so wouldn’t close. Floors and bathroom filthy very dusty. Basic facilities. Breakfast in morning very basic and small selection - had to walk through storage area with bedding & towels piled up on floor and chairs. Even factoring in London prices - this was not cheap - glad we only stayed 1 night.

My room was on 4th floor, I have a heart complaint and no lift working. Room was tiny and shower was worse. I booked 3 nights and left after one. When I woke the next morning condensation was streaming down thw windows, plaster was cracked from damp and mould. Would not recommend.

Uitstekende ligging t.o.v. attracties en voor ons belangrijk, t o.v. Eurostar station St. Pancras.
Erg vriendelijk personeel.
Thee op de kamer is top.
Ontbijt was prima in orde, lekkere koffie.

Good location
Room was so small I could barely turn round. Bed was not comfortable. Didn't look like the room had been decorated in decades - paint falling off radiator, for example. Hot water was scolding hot.
At ~£120/night, this is comically overpriced

Handy location. Clean room and good breakfast included. Shower was old and a bit shabby looking but clean
For central London for the price I thought it was reasonable

The "complimentary/included " breakfast only started at 7.30. Far too late for us and a major disappointment
Room ventilation. Any double bed with one side adjacent to the wall is below reasonable expectation.

It was a nice location, it was close to a hospital. I liked experiencing a primitive lifestyle. It encouraged us to get out more. It made us appreciate more what we have at home.
It was small ,dirty, uncomfortable ,unhygienic, the breakfast was appalling. The shower was moldy. It was so dusty that my closeted astma came back. You are better of staying in your actual suitcase. Because that’s probably much bigger.

Hotel was well placed for Kings Cross St Pancras and Euston stations all were within a short walking distance. There are plenty of eating and drinking places close by. You felt safe and secure as there was a security entry system that was maned. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good and served with a smile. We used our hotel to gather with friends with a squeeze but without any problems.
From the photo's of the rooms on line they looked spacious, we had room number 13 which was very small with what we believe to be a 3/4 bed against the wall. Very little room to walk around and the bathroom and shower were also very small but adequate.

Proximity to Euston station.
Comfy bed.
Staff 24hrs.
Fan in room.
Shower was small & hard to use for a tall person 😂, but nice hot water though.
Breakfast only 7:30-9:30am

The location, that is literally the only positive thing about this hotel.
The entire building is dirty, the lift is an old one where you need to close the door and grating for it to work, so it didn’t work ever unless you asked the staff for help, which then involved walking around anyway. A wheelchair would not fit in the elevator. The walls had holes in them and peeling wallpaper. The room was so shocking I actually took a video as I couldn’t believe the state of it. The bed was squeezed against three walls so you had to climb into it, there wasn’t a toilet roll holder, the lock to the toilet door didn’t fit, the shower was so awful I refused to step into it in case I caught a fungal infection. You can barely move in the room when you actually include a suitcase being involved, and I asked for a fan as the heat was so suffocating and was promised one would be brought up to me, which never arrived. I travel all over the country for work, and I have never stayed anywhere so appalling.

Close to Euston station
Room was ground floor next to entrance, next to a pub. Shower facilities were poor and for that cost is ridiculous.

Breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent. Location of hotel was also very good
Room was too small, not suitable for two people. Toilet was terrible, hard to flush. Shower was too small.

good location
shower was so weak and it’ll be so hot and cold you can’t hardly wash yourself I had to use a glass pour water from the sink and wash myself.
lift took forever to arrive in the morning as it’s an old type lift.
corridor smelt and overall the room was so hot and uncomfortable

My room was, as expected, small but clean with a comfortable bed.
The breakfast was excellent, quickly served by friendly, attentive staff.
The hotel was chosen because of it was near Euston Station and the British Library; and it fitted my budget.
The shower cubicle was a little small with no where to place shampoo bottles.

Tiny room. Bathroom needs updating.

The hotel is really well located. Close to both Euston and Kings Cross stations. Being down a side road too it is a little bit quieter than being on a main road. Although the rooms were small and dated I slept really well. Much better than I have slept at Premier Inn.
The place was a little tired to be honest. Although it was clean the furniture is old and has seen better days. The shower was the smallest shower I have ever seen. The window also appeared single glazed, so I can imagine in winter it could get quite cold. Although I did spot a fan heater being provided in the cupboard in the room. The breakfast was nice, but there's a bit of an odd set up that isn't explained. You tick items you want off on a little sheet and hand it to a member of staff who gets it for you. The lift is certainly an interesting experience!
