***IMPORTANT UPDATE: Beach access has been limited due to Emilia Street (the road next to our building connecting to the beach) and our building's personal beach walkway being destroyed by hurricane Milton. It's suggested that guests use the access point between Beach Club (3727 S Atlantic Ave) and Aruba (3721 S Atlantic Ave) for now, which is roughly a 6 min walk away.

Our condo is family-owned, spacious, cozy, luxurious, all encompassed by a beach in the backyard and stunning view of the ocean. Its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, den, wifi, top-grade appliances, and comfy furniture make accommodating a group of 8 a breeze. When the beach isn't calling your name, rejuvenate your mind and body in our beautiful, newly-reconstructed pool and hot tub.
Once all is said and done, make sure to take the time to explore what the area of Daytona Beach Shores has to offer. Its usual quiet and reserved atmosphere houses many delicious eateries such as the Casualbird cafe, Aunt Catfish seafood restaurant, and IHOP diner, as well as the sightseeing musts: the Ocean Shoppes, Ponce Inlet lighthouse, and Arts & Science Museum. Just minutes away is the Dunlawton bridge, a typical fishing spot, and the gateway to Port Orange to fulfill further shopping and eating desires. If the serene and peace is too much to handle, the town comes alive during the Daytona 500 in February, Spring Break in March, and Biketoberfest in October. To top it off, the Daytona Beach airport is a mere 20 min drive away, while the Ocean Center is just 15 min away.
Walking along the beach under a sunset or sky full of stars, with turtles, dolphins, and manta rays greeting you from the water, is a moment once thought to be only a dream. Truly a slice of Heaven on Earth.

This was a spacious and beautiful unit, but needed some maintenance. One toilet would not flush in the traditional way. Icemaker was broken garage remote did not work. Guest parking was not always available for our unit which was advertised as a good place for more than one family to share.

We were very disappointed when we arrived at the condo. It had not been cleaned in months. There was black mold in the toilets, carpet and rugs had not been vacuumed, the tubs and showers had black hair everywhere, dishes were left out. It was clear to us that no one had took the time to clean and get the condo ready for us. The location was great on the beach but after a long travel day we had to spend the day cleaning to get the condo ready for our family. Also, the pool was not open and that was very disappointing as well. I would not recommend this condo unless they get a better cleaning company for guests.

We arrived just before hurricane Ian. Gerald and Nathan were in constant communication with us. This is our second time staying at this condo, plenty of room for two families, we highly recommend! Pros: Very spacious condo. One of the best views of the beach we've seen compared to many of our prior beach condo visits, large sliding door views and a large balcony. Go back in time to the best shower water pressure you've ever had before all the water conservation efforts; it's amazing. Some condos have problems with the AC being able to keep up; this AC worked like a champ.
Cons: Bug problem owner is trying to get under control. Various items in need of repair.

We specifically booked this property despite the negative reviews because it boasted accommodations for 8 people. The listing stated 4 beds AND a sleeper sofa/futon. (I see they have at least rectified this in their listing now.) After driving for over 10 hours, we arrived around 11:30 pm to find that there was NO sleeper sofa/futon. Only a king bed, double bed and 2 twin beds. Owner was quick to respond, however, Upon hearing back about why there were not enough places for everyone to sleep, the owner's initial reply was that they were getting a new futon, but "Unfortunately it wasn't put in yet" We were told it would be resolved the next morning, and "In the meantime the 3 bedrooms are fully capable of accommodating 8 people." Well, there wasn't enough room for all to sleep comfortably (1 couch, and 2- 4 foot loveseats didn't exactly qualify as suitable for 2 of us) . For those who got to sleep in the beds, they were very comfortable, The next day, air mattresses were delivered. Which I appreciate, but, If I had wanted to sleep on an air mattress, I wouldn't have paid for 8 people to have a bed to sleep in!!
The issues mentioned in other reviews were also noted. Master bath toilet wobbles when you sit on it, not bolted down effectively at all. portions of paint finish on ceilings/walls peeling off. Lights in master bathroom shower not working, most bathroom fans not functional. Shower liners only cover top half of shower enclosure, so bathroom floors get soaked. Bar chair cushions peeling off every time you sit on them.
Kitchen was stocked well, appliances worked, but microwave door cracked, refrigerator ice maker was also non functional, (No ice machines in the building). Washer and Dryer worked well. Condo was definitely roomy enough for 2 families to have plenty of privacy. Balcony is nice, and the view of the ocean is great. FYI, There is only 1 guaranteed parking spot in the garage. the parking deck outside is first come first serve, and frequently full. (Also not well explained in the listing)

It has wonderful potential, the building itself is well maintained, and very secure. But the falsely advertised accommodations, and a week of sleeping on an air mattress was not at all what we had paid for.

Condo needs an over haul! Walls filthy! Carpet filthy! Furniture filthy! Closet doors off! Pictures broken! Microwave cracked! Toilets not fixated properly! Granite cracked! Upon arrival had to have cleaning service come clean again! This condo did not meet expectations especially for the price we paid! Will not be returning!

Couldn’t get ahold of anybody for days, finally did and nothing was fixed nor compensated for. Terrible service and communication, I cannot believe I’m not getting any type of compensation. Spoke with a cleaning lady who seemed to be very apologetic and specifically told me to call the owners and ask for a compensation detail and was denied and hung up on in less than 5 minutes

Have stayed in much nicer VRBO's. Bathtub in bedroom 1 had not been scrubbed in some time. Bent towel bar, peeling paint, rubbed shower liner at both ends. Very uncomfortable living room furniture, filthy covered dining room chairs. Cracked microwave door, refrigerator door sounds as though going to fall off. Basic maintenance issues that should be done. Otherwise beds were comfortable and space is great.

We came in for bike week. The residents there were awesome. We chatted with one in the garage. The condo was great for the 7 adults we had.

This is a wonderful condo with plenty of room. We only had six but could easily handle eight. Kitchen and baths are well stocked, all furniture are very comfortable. Only issues were the master bedroom ceiling fan did not work or the two receptacles on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Will also be recommending to family and friends.

Rented a condominium in Daytona Beach for the last leg of my Christmas vacation. The views were spectacular could look out into the ocean at any time the balcony was amazing the condominium is large in size. The condominium was dirty though with leftover construction debris people‘s belongings were still there in a suitcase my son said there was articles of Clothing still in his room the room my daughter took had stains on the carpet and there was a smell in the condominium that we traveled home with I don’t know if it came from the neighbors or if it was just saturated In the condominium. There were stains on the curtain The Jacuzzi in the master was not clean and ready for use. If the condominium was clean I would probably give it five stars do to the fact it was dirty I don’t know if I would stay there again

I can't say enough about this place. It is exactly the way it was pictured! The view of the ocean is breathtaking and we would open the doors to hear the sounds of the waves. Every room is spacious and clean. The family room very comfortable. We come down once a year to visit family and hope to stay here again!
