Our condo is family-owned. Spacious, cozy, luxurious, all encompassed by a beach in the backyard and stunning view of the ocean. Its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, den, wifi, top-grade appliances, and comfy furniture make accommodating a group of 8 a breeze. When the beach isn't calling your name, rejuvenate your mind and body in our beautiful, newly-reconstructed pool and hot tub.
Once all is said and done, make sure to take the time to explore what the area of Daytona Beach Shores has to offer. Its usual quiet and reserved atmosphere houses many delicious eateries such as the Casualbird cafe, Aunt Catfish seafood restaurant, and IHOP diner, as well as the sightseeing musts: the Ocean Shoppes, Ponce Inlet lighthouse, and Arts & Science Museum. Just minutes away is the Dunlawton bridge, a typical fishing spot, and the gateway to Port Orange to fulfill further shopping and eating desires. If the serene and peace are too much to handle, the town comes alive during the Daytona 500 in February, Spring Break in March, and Biketoberfest in October. To top it off, the Daytona Beach airport is a mere 20 min drive away, while the Ocean Center is just 15 min away.
Walking along the beach under a sunset, or a sky full of stars, with turtles, dolphins, and manta rays greeting you from the water, is a moment once thought to be only a dream. Truly a slice of Heaven on Earth.

My family & I (total of 5 adults & 3 - 12 year olds) stayed in this condo for a week. It was a great stay! The location is perfect for what we needed. Access to the pool & beach was so easy. The view was amazing. We had plenty of room for all of us in the condo. If the opportunity arises again, we will definitely check for availability at this condo.

Overall, I would say our stay was pretty positive. The unit was large, comfortable and well-equipped, with a huge balcony providing great views of the beach and ocean. The master bedroom and bath are huge, and the others are large and comfortable as well. The unit has great access to the beach.
Couple of not-so-great things to consider:
1. When we arrived we were told our unit was ready. However, when we entered it was obvious the condo had not been cleaned. Crumbs, sand, laundry, all over the place. Beds not made, etc. Very, very disappointing.
2. The parking here is ridiculous. Each condo only gets one reserved space in the garage. If you have other vehicles you have to park in the outside lot, which is really, really tiny. It was virtually impossible to get a space in the outside lot. Our party had multiple cars so we either chose not to leave the place, or we had to do some major car juggling. Really bad, dumb situation.
3. They were doing some major work on the retaining wall and pool area. It wasn't too bad, but during the day it was quite loud at times. Made it hard to be on the balcony. We knew they were doing work and took the risk, and it was fine. But during the day it did become annoying and bothersome.

Another great stay in this unit. I knew going in that the pool and hot tub areas were not yet repaired. So other area businesses also have not reopened since the hurricanes. There is plenty that is open, you can still have very active times and come back and relax in a luxurious, quiet condo and re-energize for you next day's adventure.

This property was in the most amazing location and just as expected according to photos. There were only a couple of downfalls. When we arrived it was very warm in the condo and took about 24-36 hours to cool down (I understand they had issues with the cooling unit but was never told that upon arrival or before). Also when we arrived there was something coating the glass table surface and not sure what it was, but did wash away once we wiped it down. The only other thing was that the pool, hot tube and spa area could not be utilized due to damage from the hurricane a few weeks before we arrived, but again we weren’t told about this prior to arriving so that was a little disappointing. Even with all of this, we would still absolutely book this condo again as we loved it and our interactions with Gerald and Nathaniel.

Grew up in the area but come back with my family once a year. This is a an awesome unit in our favorite condo in the shores. Amazing views, great amenities, and on the perfect location of the beach. Beautiful sunrises over the ocean each morning. The owners were great in communicating with us before and during the stay. Would highly recommend this place!

We’ve stayed in this building multiple times and love the location and layout. This unit however, needs some work to be up to the standards we’ve seen in the others we’ve rented. Furniture is old and very worn, several pieces of the patio furniture were unusable and borderline dangerous. One of the A/C ducts looked like it had been ripped out of the wall and not replaced properly. All in all, still a very nice place just not what we’ve come to expect at The Sanibel. Owners were very good communicating prior and during the stay and to be fair we did not share our feedback while we were there.

This was another very enjoyable trip, previously here for the Turkey Rod Run at Thanksgiving 2021 (see previous review), spent 7 days then, spent 13 days this trip, the week prior to the Daytona Speedweek and for Speedweek. I did spend a little more time in the condo this trip, used the kitchen and dining room a little more and also had a vehicle that fit in the inside parking area this trip. Very convenient parking spot inside, very short distance to the elevators, with luggage carts and a shopping cart available to assist in getting things to the unit. All appliances in the kitchen worked perfectly. Already booked for next year and am looking at the possibilities of a trip or two in between now and then. If the unit wasn't comfortable, convenient and enjoyable I wouldn't return, looking forward to my next escape to this paradise.

Our condo was in a great location, wonderful views. Most of the furniture was quite old, should be replaced. There were pillows that we used to get comfortable. All appliances worked.

Nice to be able to go right and have no cars or see cars on the beach to the left. The condo was great. Everything we needed to eat in most of the time. Beds were comfortable. The workout room had enough free weights and machines to meet all of the needs of me and my three 20+ old sons. Having the pool table was fun.
As others have mentioned the couches are a bit dated and worn but still comfortable.
We had a great time and we would recommend it to others..

Daytona Turkey Rod Run stay
Stayed Thanksgiving week. Owners were very easy to contact, we were arriving early and they responded quickly and the unit was available so we were able to start our stay early at the same rate.
Seems like the building is in a very quiet section of town and lesser traffic on Atlantic Ave. than further up town, but easy to get to many area attractions. Directions for building and unit access were spot on and easy. Unit was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Being this trip was for two car guys and we didn't use any of the appliances in the kitchen other than the refrigerator and microwave. Many of excellent restaurants close by. The stove and and dishwasher, were clean and appeared in excellent condition. The washer and drier worked well. Cabinets appeared well stocked for cooking and dining in in the unit. The unit is large and quiet. Stools at the counter, couch, and chairs on the balcony are all comfortable, plenty of places for seating. Only the master bedroom and the bedroom with the queen bed were used and both were very comfortable. All bathrooms were well cleaned. Master bathroom is very roomy with a large walk-in shower, large walk in closet. Plenty of hot water all around. Plenty of closet space.
This is definitely a luxurious unit. TV's with cable and WiFi worked well throughout the unit. Beautiful balcony with great views and receives plenty of sun.
Owners are easy to contact and quick with responses, also provided the cleaning persons contact info for even a faster response.
Looking forward to my next trip where I booked the same unit. This unit far exceeded my expectations.

Would have chosen a different condo based on amenities that were broken. Codes weren’t correct.
The jetted tub didn’t work. The hot water didn’t work. One bedroom didn’t have a working cable box so the kids had no tv at night. The gate and door codes given to us were all wrong and we spent all week trying to figure them out. The air conditioning wasn’t cooking well. One of the bars on the balcony were broken and would bang with the wind.

Amazing Condo
This is the second time we've stayed in your beautiful condo right on the beach. The building is very nice, the condo is clean, up to date in finishes and has a gorgeous view. However, the future has deteriorated since our last visit a year ago. The pillows in the master were completely flat and the mattress was hard as a rock. The main soda in the living room was also hard. It seems to have lost its cushion in the year since we stayed here last. The oversized chair is too wide for us to sit in comfortably because it's made for much taller people. You have a beautiful place please consider updating the furniture with more comfortable pieces that can withstand multiple renter's.
We also had a problem flushing the toilet in the main hallway. We had to flush it by removing the lid and manually pulling on the arm. It got increasingly harder to flush. We notified the property owner and requested they come fix it. We received an email telling us to do what we had already been doing and never saw a repair man. If you are going to rent to the public you must be willing to show up when a problem is brought to your attention. You have a beautiful condo, I'd hate for you to lose business over these fixable issues.

Great getaway!
The place was in a perfect location - right off the no drive beach and a short walk to Crabby Joe's. Cons - the oven wasn't clean and full of grease from the previous tenant so we were unable to use it for our meals for 2 days until it was cleaned. There are no beach towels, cookie sheets or hairdryer. Pros - the beds are great, plenty of hot water, plenty of space and the location can't be beat! The check in process was perfect!

Will be returning next year. Loved the condo
Our second year at the Sanibel condo. Beautiful location with ocean view.Very clean and the master bedroom and large bathroom was very nice. Owners are very accommodating and always promptly respond to any questions we may have . Looking forward to returning again in 2021.

Beautiful Beach Condo
This was a beautiful beachfront condo. Super clean when we got there and had everything we could need for the week as far as bedding, towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes and glassware of all shapes and sizes. There was no garage door opener in the unit for the underground parking when we first got there and Gerald took care of it immediately. He had even emailed me ahead of time to tell me they had updated the flooring and the unit did not match previous photos.
This condo far exceeded our expectations. We had 3 couples and the bedrooms and bathrooms perfectly met our needs. Master bedroom/bathroom was amazing. And we will definitely be back. Thank you Nathaniel and Gerald.
