About this apartment rental

This penthouse condominium is located in a private, gated ocean front complex. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious private balcony where you can relax in the living room or outside on the balcony and watch cruise ships and boats sailing in and out Port Canaveral. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stove and microwave, a new full size refrigerator with an ice maker and a regular coffee maker. We have a nice dining room table that seats four and this unit also has a new stackable washer and dryer. You can start each day watching the sun rise and end the day watching the sun set. A private, gated boardwalk takes you over the dunes to a white sandy beach where you can bask in the sun, wade in the ocean or take a casual stroll down the beach. There is also a heated pool and hot tub. This condo is located at Royal Mansions in Cape Canaveral on the beach and is great for singles, couples or families, each bedroom has its own bathroom. This unit is not on the ground floor and there are no elevators in the complex, you have to go up a set of stairs from the parking lot to reach the condo. The penthouse is a multi level condominium so you have to go up another set of stairs when you enter the condo to reach the main floor. There is also a set of stairs that takes you to a spacious bedroom and bathroom on the third floor. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom on the main floor and a king size bed on the third floor bedroom. There should be beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a small cooler for you to use but these items are not inventoried after each stay. Please note, you are not allowed to have a motorcycle or any type of trailer or RV onsite at this property per the condominium association's rules.

The condo is just as advertised, and has everything one would need for a great getaway! The property faces north, so we were fortunate to sit on the balcony and watch a night time rocket launch, which was awesome! We had a small maintanence issue, and the owners were very easy to get a hold of, responsive, and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, another wonderful stay at this condo!

My family has stayed here 3 times on our Michigan Spring Break, and every year we have so much fun. The unit is close to the pool and the location of the condo is so convenient for shopping and restaurants. The perfect spring break getaway

Love the condo complex. Have stayed on property 3 different times in the last 3 years. Enjoyed our stay. Quite, clean, easy to get to, and very close to our Florida family. Love being steps away from the beach and being able to hear the waves and see the ocean from the balcony.

We spent two months in Fred and Lisa's condo. Location was just steps from the uncrowded beach, with a view of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed watching cruise ships emerge from the Port and saw some rocket launches from the Cape. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped even for a lengthy stay. We highly recommend this unit.

Couple of things caused us to rate it a 95/100 ... view from balcony was not exactly as expected, shower heads need to be updated, and key code to and from pool was a headache ... everything else was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much and would consider returning in the near future.

My family had an awesome time at Cocoa Beach. Condo was beautiful and great location! This was our 4th stay at Royal Mansions and each time has been wonderful. Owners were very pleasant to work with and communication was easy! Will definitely be going back next year!

We had a great stay at the Royal Mansions. The condo was the perfect size. Kitchen and laundry availability was huge for us. The beach was just a short walk and the pool was perfect. We lucked out with great weather! We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal mansion resort. The view was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were clean as well as the pool area. Only drawback was the stairs but got use to them. Would definitely recommend staying here

This is a great 2 story condo with gorgeous views of the cruise ships in the jetty. The balcony is perfect for coffee in the morning and late happy hours. The condo has 2 bedrooms and baths. It is well equipped with towels and kitchen appliances. It is important to know there are several flights of stairs. It was not a problem for us. This was our second stay. I highly recommend this condo.

Issue with the maintenance guy when asked to help with the gate to the beach. Was kind of rude with us and another couple when asked for assistance. When leaving today we pulled up the cushions on the sofa and found quite a bit of candy chips, etc which we do not eat. Just wanted you to know so your cleaning person might want to check that when cleaning. Downstairs bed was not clean. Had sand in the bed. But overall the condo was very well equipped and comfortable. Beach view from balcony was spectacular. Thank you and look forward to staying at your condo.

Great unit, furnished with tons of towels, bedding, kitchen tools, dishes, glassware, Beach chairs and just about anything you need. Our only recommendation would be for your cleaning staff to up their game a notch. Runners in sliding doors needed cleaning. And bathroom shower walls could stand a good bleach and scrub. Please don't misunderstand, these were minor things but make a huge impact. Great location on the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and golf

This was great for our family of 4. Easy to the beach and the pool was good for the days when the weather wasn’t cooperating. Nice location to get to Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, and plenty of other fun spots in the area. Lisa reached out ahead of time to confirm everything and there were no surprises. Great experience!

This was a great place for my husband and my sister to stay after or cruise was canceled for the week that was located directly on the beach near Coco Beach/Port Canaveral! Right away we were amazed at how amazing the views were from the condo! Very quite, and the condo itself seemed like it was well kept. I would say only a few things about the condo itself, It only had a few paper products on the property (1 1/2 rolls of toliet paper seemed odd for a VRBO) so we needed to go and be sure to find that. I would also say that the floors were not swept/dusty and cushions looked like they have not been vacuumed (underneath) in quite some time. Other than those few minor things, the place was great! I would highly recommend it to anyone, and I would go back in a heartbeat!!! Those things did not deter us! Super cute and love the location!

There was everything we needed for time spent on the beach, and the property itself was really the best-stocked with essentials of any we've ever stayed in. Owners were wonderful and super helpful. Fred and Lisa were fantastic! Communication was excellent and checkin was super easy. Unit was clean and very well stocked with linens, dishes, and beach supplied. Great balcony view and close to pool and beach. WiFi is really good, too. They’re currently doing repairs throughout the property so it can only get better. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return! We’ll definitely rent from Lisa and Fred again!!

Fred and Lisa were very informative and helpful during extraordinary circumstances. Of no fault of the owner or VRBO we were disappointed that the pool and restaurants were closed. There was quite a bit of construction going on in the complex as well. We left early because of beach closures and Florida stay in place policies being implemented. The condo was spacious and had plenty of towels, cookware and beach items. Under different circumstances, our vacation would have been perfect. I highly recommend this condo and we hope to return next year.

The apartment is very spacious, on two levels, very nice. The complex has direct private access to the beach or you can enjoy the pool if you don't like the sand. We experienced the Space X rocket launch right from the beach. It was spectacular. Very good communication with the property manner too. We'll definitely return of you are back in the area

The property offers all he necessities although beach umbrella needs to be replaced. The newer one had broken spikes and the older one was quite rusty. Overall great unit to stay if you don’t mind stairs. Upstairs Master bedroom suite was very spacious. The mattress in the bedroom with Queen size bed doesn’t offer enough support. We decided to sleep on the day bed in the living room instead. The WiFi works great. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything you need.
