LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION at AVA Cocoa Beach! Closer to the beach than many oceanfront hotels. less than 200 feet to beach access!!! This one bedroom apartment is part of a quiet, ten unit, boutique vacation rental property offering beautiful, modern, coastal, resort-style apartments next to the beach. Turn right - the famous Cocoa Beach Pier; Turn left - rockets and cruise ships! We have over 2,00, 5-STAR reviews at this quaint 10 unit property. Beach gear provided!

Should you need anything while you are at Atlantic View Apartments "AVA Cocoa Beach", it is best to message us. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we will have someone onsite during the mornings.

A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach.

An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

This one bedroom apartment is part of a quiet duplex at AVA Cocoa Beach and features a queen bedroom, bathroom with a shower, and a futon sofa. This apartment has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Quartz countertops, original, local art work, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful tile flooring.

There is patio out front and a beautiful deck out back with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and outdoor showers.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with flat screen TV's, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and the most comfortable Stearns & Foster Luxury mattress. We also provide cable TV and high speed internet.

We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax. You only need to bring minimal items to enjoy your beach vacation, because we ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building dedicated to supplying complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! :)

We are also within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining!

A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car rental/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. There is also a Cocoa Beach trolley service that runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach (passing right by McKinley 1 block west).

We didn't stay for long, but this little apartment had just what we needed for the time we were there. Proximity to the beach was perfect, even though we didn't have time for a day at the beach. We did utilize it to watch the rocket launch - a first for our little family :) Would absolutely stay again.

The pictures online showed us what to expect, but it’s even more beautiful when you see the property in person. Very well kept! Clean. Great price. We met the manager face to face the day after check in. She treated us to a bottle of wine on the house to celebrate our marriage. Also, she upgraded our room at no extra charge! Very nice & thoughtful owners. We will stay here again. Such a short walk to the beach & you can’t beat the storage room full of beach chairs, umbrellas. Wagons, toys, etc. saved us money since we could borrow theirs (in excellent condition). Highly recommended to all!!!

This was a trip 2 1/2 years late. We had this planned in March of 2020 and Covid hit so we had to cancel this college spring break trip for my daughter. You graciously refunded our entire trip cost due to the crazy circumstances! We told ourselves that we would still take the trip someday! This weekend was amazing! (even tho Ian tried to mess things up again!) Your property is wonderful and was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the Cocoa Beach area! Would highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My cousin and I absolutely loved all of the ‘beachy’ vibes and amenities provided in our little apartment. It was very clean and brightly well decorated which helped keep us optimistic during a few rainy days. The outdoor seating was just lovely to enjoy meals and drinks with guests when the weather was nice, and the beach items were perfect to have as we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. Location is private and just a few minutes walking distance from the ocean which made going to the beach several times a day easy peasy. I recommend this to everyone!

Love this property, clean, modern and exactly as pictured. Close to the beach, all the chairs, 🌂, wagons and water toys you need included. Laundry on-site. Great outdoor space in quiet neighborhood. Close to bars, restaurants and shopping, within walking distance. We will be back.

The unit was right across from the ocean, and the beach shed provided everything we needed for our beach weekend. The unit was just as advertised, clean and nice decor. The only one suggestion I could say would be a luggage rack in the closet instead of the shoe rack, but would not stop us from returning to this property next time we’re in the area. We would definitely recommend this unit. Thanks for a great stay! Beautiful property!

Absolutely loved our apartment, it is small but had everything we needed and more. A very short walk to the beach, and close to restaurants etc which we drove to. The bed is super comfy, tastefully decorated throughout and just overall a great place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Can't say enough good things about this property. It's small but has all the amenities you'll need. It's extremely functional and beautifully appointed. Location could not be better - quiet street but so close to restaurants, shops, Publix that you can walk. Literally steps away from the beach. We'll be back!!!

Highlight was the back pergola and the awesome gas grills! Love the fact that there was so much beach stuff for us to use. We left some beach paddleball for some future guests! Sunscreen is so much more useful in the beach supply closet for guests than in the garbage can at the TSA check! Loved this place, hope we can visit the little casita again in the future!

This property is perfect! The rooms are accurately portrayed online. While the space is small, it didn’t feel like it. Everything you need for the beach is included, you can’t find that anywhere else. Also, we didn’t rent a car and realized that was the best way to go. The liquor store is a 5 minute walk away, plenty of dining options within a 0.5 mile radius and we had our groceries delivered from Publix. We will be back to this location soon!

Small one bedroom but perfect for a couple. Very clean and updated. Easy short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast after a trip to Publix for groceries. After spending the day at the beach We walked to dinner each night. The small garage in the back had beach chairs and a cooler. Also found some sunscreen and beach towels provided. Would definitely return. Cocoa beach is laid back non-party type atmosphere but the pier is fun for a drink and dinner.

Very nice updated cottage only a short distance from a nice quiet beach. Clean inside and out with nice outdoor lounge areas. Safe off street parking in quiet neighborhood. Good laundry facilities. We would definitely stay here again.
