About this cottage rental

This three bedroom, two storey town house is located in a quiet residential close on Poole Quay; the perfect location for a holidaymakers in a tasteful setting just a few minutes stroll from the beach and offering panoramic sea views. Easy travelling distance from the hustle and bustle of nearby Bournemouth and the golden sandy beaches of Sandbanks. The house is an established holiday property and has been recently redecorated (2013) to provide a fresh and comfortable living space. This property offers a good size master bedroom (king size bed) with an en-suite bathroom (bath/shower combination) and direct access to private balcony and views, second double bedroom (king size beds) located on the 2nd floor and a good size twin room (1st floor); all rooms with generous storage space. The lounge area also with private balcony with sea views is also on the 1st floor next to the main family bathroom (bath/shower combination). The ground floor offers an open plan kitchen and dining area (seating for 6) with access to a private patio with ample seating for relaxing and eating allowing you to enjoy the sunshine, the balconies also offer bistro table and chairs. W.C. available on ground floor. Off road parking is available (garage space for a small car and additional space in-front of garage).

​COVID-19 UPDATE: Cleaning is done as normal, as an exception to our ECO policies, we will use cleaning products containing disinfectants. Linen and towels are always washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.

This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. Please note - this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only - we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups/people under 25 years of age.
Please note this property is NOT suitable for children under 5 years of age or those with mobility restrictions as there are no lift facilities.
Security Deposit Refundable deposit for the amount of £450.00 is taken with your balance payment; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TRANSACTION in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are refunded within 5 days after your departure. It will take 5-7 working days to clear back into your account (time dependable on your bank)
Added extras include: Shopping Service, Transfer Service, Pilates and Metafit Classes, Beach Huts. Cleaning fee applicable.

Lovely family home on three stories, with three outdoor spaces (2 balconies and a front patio). Toilet on every floor which was a godsend! You could leave your car if you wanted as Poole harbour and a small supermarket were within 5 minutes flat walking. Lots of boat trips including Brownsea Island you could see from the house, plus public transport almost at the door. Lovely coastal walks from the door, in a quiet neighborhood.

Blue Swell sits really close to the harbours edge and has large patio doors overlooking the view on the top two floors . We enjoy this so much . Even on a bad weather day you can sit and enjoy watching activity in the harbour . The living room has a small balcony with a bistro table and chairs to sit with a coffee or glass of wine and the patio garden outside the kitchen door has a very good sized table and plenty of chairs for eating outside on sunny days . The house is extremely well equipped with everything you need and we found it beautifully clean . A delightful place .

Great house, great location
Great house, great location
A great location looking out at Poole Bay from each the 3 floor. We'll stocked kitchen and the facilities in lounge and bedrooms were very good. TVs everywhere but no SkySports nor BT Sports so no football! One important issue was the mattress in the master bedroom. We like to spend a few days in Dorset in the off season and we both agree that we would love to come back to this house as we loved Poole Quay.

It's a very well located harbour front property just off the main quayside in Poole and also close to the town and amenities. The property itself is spacious, comfortable and very well appointed and equipped. Excellent views across Poole Harbour. Sitting on the terrace and balconies in the sun was enjoying the high life. Really nice place and area!

A lovely property set in a perfect location with beautiful views of Poole harbour. A very short walk from the centre of Poole, the property provides a perfect base for exploring the surrounding Dorset coast. The parking at the rear is very convenient for unloading and loading luggage. The interior layout allows for sunny breakfast seating on the patio, and evenings on the upstairs balconies watching life in the harbour go by with ample room for people to enjoy their “own space” too.
