When we got there, George upgraded our room at no charge. The location was excellent and easy to get to. Our room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. I highly recommend Passos Rooms!

great locations and amazing service

The location was great very close to the port and the service by Dimitri was amazing. He helped us with rental atvs, also helped us with holding our bags. Absolute gentleman

Friendly, helpful owners. Clean, quiet room just next to the port shops and restaurants. Have me a late checkout at no extra cost. Highly recommended

Great rooms that I would definitely recommend and choose for another trip in Paros.

The location was great as it was very close to the port and the old city. The windows had great sound isolation which is perfect for the area where the rooms are located. Amazing and very kind stuff giving great advice on where to eat like a local.

A very small negative point could be the absence of a second door for the second bedroom, although not a problem for our stay there.

The location is perfect, close to everything - walking distance to ferry, bus stop, old town. Despite the location, the place was also quiet. The room was spacious and clean. An owner has helped us with tips what to visit on the island.

simple, nice room right in the centre of Parikia. Great when you need to catch an early ferry or just when you’re having a late night out.

The walls are thin and you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. The owner did a late checkin of other guests after midnight in the hallway, which wasn’t ideal.

Good place to stay near the port

The location was great only 3 minutes from the port. Demetrius our host had upgraded us to a 3 bed room. The room had a full length balcony. Shower pressure excellent. Plenty of room. Lots of things in the room were new like the fridge and hairdryer. Would stay here again. Comfy bed. Host really friendly and helpful. Air con was good.

the owner was very very helpful with everything and very kind! the location near the port but far enough away is perfect. you are everywhere in a few minutes

You can get much better for the same price

Very close to the port, if you have to take the ferry in the morning. We had a very early check-in in the morning.

Room n.3 is very noisy, we had the boiler just on the roof of our room so any time someone open the water for ANY reason, you will hear it. There was an electricity cable exposed outside our window, in addition there was some water leacking from the window near this electricity cable and if you have the window open, this water will fall on your bed. The owner knows exactly everything but of course nothing is done to fix all these problems. Some extra notes for the bathroom: basically there is only hot water, and some parts should be changed because really old and ruined. This is the only place in Cyclades where they didn't gave us a bottle of water. For the same price you can get much much better.

The service was incredible. All staff who worked at Passos Rooms tried their best to make my stay enjoyable and to ensure that I was comfortable the whole time that I stayed with them. The rooms were clean and Kurio Demetri was a great host, very friendly and accomodating.

Nice location!

Great location, nice family run place. Had some issues with the hot water which was fixed for a bit and then wasn't working again. It was just a short stay so I dealt with it. The room itself was fine for what I needed and the customer service was excellent. I let them know when my boat was arriving and they even prepared the room so I could have early check in. Didn't hear noise through the rooms and the AC worked very well.

Would be nice if the shower holder worked so I didn't have to hand hold. Beds were very hard and fairly uncomfortable, especially for side sleeping. Inexpensive toppers would easily fix the issue.

Location was very good. The host was very nice.

The double room was very small and with hard beds. The cleaning was bad. Dog barking in the evenings (not all night though) The other room was more spacious.

Passos Rooms could not have been better and exceeded our expectations

Our stay in Passos Rooms could not have been better. The room was very spacious, luminous, and had exceptional build quality. Both the rooms and the bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room also included a fridge, air conditioning, and a Wi-Fi connection. The owner was always helpful and provided us with the best advice on places to see. On the first day, we had an issue with the shower which the owner solved only 5 minutes after we notified him. Overall, we believe this room is an outstanding option if you visit Paros at a very competitive price and with excellent management behind it.

We have no complaints about the room, service or personnel.

Great value for money

Best value for money ever! The room is the perfect place to stay if you’re getting a ferry, just a small walk. But it’s also in a totally quiet area so we got a great nights sleep. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom was modern. Very great value for money and perfect for us after we dropped our car rental off and needed to stay somewhere for a ferry the next morning! The host was very friendly, and he spoke perfect English, we would stay again.

Excellent for our stay

Location was perfect, close to the ferry and downtown. The host is very friendly and helpful, gave us recommendations and good attention. The room had a fridge and towels, big windows, no street noise.

Eccellente and wellcoming. We surely recommend it. It is in a nice position, yet colsed to the Ferry

Dimitri was very kind and helpful. He has helped us to make our stay comfortable and easy, even if it was only for one night. The rooms are large, superclean and spacious. We slept beautifully.

As many other places we have missed an elevator, but the place is great even without it.
