The owners were AMAZING. They were super kind and gave us great tips for all kind of things around the island. They helped us with everything and we had some nice drinks with them
The rooms were a bit noisy but we weren’t bothered by this. The mattress wasn’t of the best quality, but no less than you would expect for this price.

Very colorful, exceedingly friendly and helpful hosts, great atmosphere
Mattress a little bit uncomfortable, could get cleaned a little more often

So bright and colourful. So many cute little details and trinkets. Loved the message wall to write on and the rooftop deck. The man working there was so welcoming and seemed genuinely passionate about Viva Margarita. Also so close to shops, the port and a supermarket near by.
The shower was a tad squishy but other than that everything was fab.

Such a vibrant happy place! Amazing room with a beautiful balcony. The host was amazing and came and met us at the port and walked us to the hotel, would recommend staying here!

Super close to the port and our hosts Konstantinos and Santa were lovely and super helpful. We were collected from the port and taken throught to the hotel. Konstantinos made us coffee (the iced coffee is fantastic), Santa had prepared cinnamon bread/cake which was delicious. Konstantinos sat with us and gave us a run down of the area and very good recommendations and tips!!
The room we had was a little tiny but not a deal breaker. I was aware that the hotel relies on solar power for hot water but this can be a problem when taking a shower later in the evening but again, not a deal breaker - there are worse things than a cold shower

We received warmest welcome when we arrived - picked up from the port, then ice coffee with all the informations about this beautiful island.
When we walked in the charming hotel, we just feel at home - this place is filled with rainbow colors and inspiration. With the information provided, we visited the best beaches - we learned how to access with bus and walk. We had the best time there. Thank you so much, awesome C & K!!!🌈

I enjoyed my stay. Owner picked me up from the ferry and walked me back to the hotel explaining things along the way. Super nice and gave me great tips on the area. Just for the hospitality alone I would come back. They have a great roof top terrace where you can meet other travelers. Loved sitting on my balcony and watch the sunset. I would be back. Great price and so close to cute shops and restaurants. Wifi worked great as well.

The staff is fantastic and gives you all the information you need to go around the island

I liked the staff, the decoration, the hospitality, the location.
I didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t have hot water any time of day or night, and the noise that we heard every now and then that prevented us from sleeping. Also, no air condition is used which I didn’t mine now, but it’s something to think about during the hot months of summer.

Konstantinos was such a wonderful host - he was so welcoming and provided lots of useful information about Paros and what to do on the island. He provided coffee and tea on the terrace every morning and was gracious with all of the guests. The hotel is colourful, joyful and a beautiful place to stay while in Paros. It was easy to walk to the port and centre.
Nothing - it was a great place to stay.

Quirky, colourful and comfortable, this property is in an amazing location, close to the port and town centre with an array of shops bars and restaurants.
The hosts are absolutely lovely, meeting us at the port with their little daughter and walking us back to the property showing us places of interest along the way. Once at the property we were invited up to the roof terrace to meet other guests and enjoy an ouzo where the host gave us a map of Paros and marked out bus routes, beaches and places to visit.
Room was comfortable and clean and the property was adorable in a very hippy laid back welcoming style, there were even coloured pens to write messages on the wall. Each morning you were welcomed up on the roof terrace for an amazing pot of coffee and a slice of homemade cake and generally made to feel like family. You cannot come to Paros without experiencing the welcome you receive at Villa Margarita, it was very memorable. Thank you K & S, enjoy a long and colourful life! 🌈
There is no air con which could be a problem to those staying in July/August as the room got very hot but we just kept the shutters closed all day to keep the room cool for the evening.

I am a well travelled man, however the host of this hotel is the most passionate, friendly and professional person, I have ever met. He picked me up at the port and explained everything what I can do on this Island. Besides that, the location of the apartment is just walking distance to the historical center of the city. Thank you very much for your great hospitality. If I come back to this wonderful island, I definitely book it again.

We really enjoyed our time at Viva Margarita. Konstantinos was a great host who welcomed us very warmly.
He explained us a lot about the island along with many cool recommendations and insider tips, that we‘ve all checked out and liked a lot! Thank you for having us! 🌈
It can be a bit noisy at night especially because there‘s no AC in the room and you have to open the windows at night. You e.g.hear a lot of ship horns. So if you’re sensitive to that, bring your Oropax. ☺️

The host Konstantinos is friendly and available, the place is beautiful, colorful, clean and organized. Rooms are nice and clean, with plenty of fans to stay cool.
The hotel has a beautiful terrace where we could enjoy a cold coffe made by Konstantinos while planning the day.

The room was clean and comfortable, inside the center of Paroikia. Also, the owners were really friendly, more than helpful, and pleasant. Last but not least, there was a really beautiful roof where you could drink some tea or coffee and speak with the owners who could give you useful tips about your trip and the island.

Great place. Great location and owner was super helpful in telling us things to do/see. Would recommend

Kosta was an incredible hosts and shared all the best spots for food, drinks and beaches around the island. He was available every day for any questions in person and over the phone for any advice. He even made coffee in the morning with cake. Its in a great location and everything is very clean. I would recommend everyone and anyone to stay here. I would choose this place over any 5 star resort.
Nothing ! Everything was amazing!

Amazing host! super helpful, offering suggestions for activities, and very kind meeting at the port and showing us around the room. room was quiet (at the back of the hotel) - woken up to the sounds of birds chirping! peace.
High pressure hand held shower - hold onto it before turning it on the shower or you're in for a double shower! LOL :) everything else was excellent.

The breakfast was coffee with cake which was both delicious and a good way to socialise! S&K (the hosts) were very welcoming, showed me on a detailed map what I can do in Paros, and made me feel at home. The room was very very clean and the atmosphere of the hotel was amazing. Location was also amazing, close to the centre about a 5 min walk.
