The location of this hotel is everything! Super convenient being a 1 minute walk to the bus and port, 2 minutes into the old town, food is directly downstairs, couldn’t have asked for better. The actual hotel is modern and comfortable and very safe. The walls/windows were soundproof and we were very surprised at how quiet it was during the night. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Parikia!
Our room (16) was rather small and didn’t have much space to move around but that didn’t make our stay any less appealing. The bathroom was also a little old but the shower was the best one we’ve had in all of Greece!

The room and cupboard space was small.

A nice hotel across the road from the ferry port. Room was clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to a balcony room with a sea view which was great. Staff were friendly and efficient.
We had a little trouble finding the hotel reception. We thought we were eventually in a private office as it is a tiny area and no one was at the desk. Maybe consider a sign saying "Hotel Reception" !

very clean and great location!

Brilliant location, can see it when you get off the ferry and only a 2-3 minute walk to the bus station to go all over the island. The soundproofing was great and we could barely hear anything from outside.
The balcony/roof above it was home to lots of pigeons so there was constantly bird poop all over the balcony floor and the threat of getting pooped on sitting out there which meant we didn't really use the balcony which was a shame.
They don't offer breakfast as standard but you can but it from their resturant downstairs but could get pricey if you're staying a few nights.

Very near ferry port.
Good restaurant next to hotel.
Hotel has small lift which is a bonus!
Small luggage room.
Matress is fine.
Greek pillows too hard for us.
Double room too small.
Showers can do with a makeover.
Nothing else.

Great location, close to the ferry.
Bathrooms could be renovated.

location is great especially if you are arriving by ferry, everything is accessible and gives you the chance to explore Parikia at your own rythme
the noises from the street can be a little bit much if you are a light sleeper, but its worth it for the location

Located at the port, this hotel was conveniently located. From the balcony we could watch the ferries arrive and depart. Friendly, cheerful staff, balcony attached to the room (#25), we asked for a kettle so we could have coffee in the room in the morning, elevator (small), rooftop bar/restaurant (which we did not use), easy bars and restaurants nearby. When here, don't forget not only there is a beach area to the east, but on Sunday night (maybe every night) the road is closed off to the west and so many restaurants open up and you can eat at their location seaside. Also, there are small shops located in a labyrinth of alleyways nearby. We had a car so also drove to the beaches on the island and to Naousa several times.
Room was a bit small, but we enjoyed the location. Really, everything was good.

Great location for the Port. Comfortable and the staff were helpful.
Our balcony was the smallest I’ve ever seen with only room for one person - not all rooms were like this, just ours which was in a corner.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating - allowed us to leave baggage before checking in and after checking out. Brilliant location right beside the port - closer than we thought. We could walk everywhere. The room was lovely, very clean and tidy and the view was incredible.
The bathroom was a bit small but everything else was perfect.

Paros in winter. It's cold, few people and bleak. Paros need sun.
The Oasis has a wonderful location walking distance to the port, shops and restaurants. I recommend sea view, you can spend hours just gazing out of the window mesmerized by the ever changing Med and big sky.
The Oasis restaurant delivers good food to your room which is a plus.
My second time at the Oasis, its been refurbished since my last visit. Job well done.

location and decor.
the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows weren’t great. Also the water didn’t get hot enough for a comfortable shower.
