About this apartment rental
Situated above one of Bozeman's legendary restaurants and chic galleries, Let the Sun Shine is a blend of Montana history and today's latest technology. This cozy, one-bedroom apartment has been recently remodeled and furnished with the visitor's comfort in mind. As you enter this sun-filled apartment, the lathe and plaster walls and ten-foot ceilings set the tone for this space. Adding to the Montana feel, there is an oil painting of buffalo roaming the range. In the summer months, a window air conditioner is available to further ensure guest's comfort.
The living room has a sumptuous leather sofa with faux cowhide pillows and a plaid throw. There is an oversized recliner covered in a Western, outdoor tapestry featuring moose and bears. The large entertainment center, crafted of hand hewn oak and milk glass, houses everything you need for entertainment. The TV has a great cable package. There is a DVD player with a variety of movies for you to view and a great stereo system with a library of music from which you can choose. In case you need something else to do, there is a variety of board games to play as well.
The dining area features a round, drop leaf oak table and four chairs. A wonderful wooden canoe, repurposed as a shelving unit, houses a set of stoneware and flatware for eight. Adding to the wildlife motif, there is a “Duck's Unlimited” coat rack for your convenience. Off the living room is a brand new kitchen featuring all you need for a comfortable stay.
The bedroom has an oversized, hand-hewn queen oak headboard and night table. The mattress is a top-of-the-line, pillow-top mattress with 300-thread count Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a matching dresser and mirror providing ample storage. A walk-in closet equipped with iron and ironing board. A retro set of built-in cupboards is just outside the bathroom for additional storage.
The bathroom off the bedroom is bright and new. There is a tub and shower combo. The towels are plentiful, but there are laundry facilities down the atrium hallway in a locked laundry room for your use if needed.
In the winter, nearby Bridger Bowl is a local's favorite for downhill skiing with 350 inches of snow on average, 8 lifts, and 2,000 skiable acres! You can also drive to Big Sky for even bigger downhill skiing or cross-country ski at Lone Mountain Ranch, voted #1 Nordic Ski Resort in North America. Looking for more thrills? Check out ice climbing in the Hyalite Canyon. After a day of adventuring, relax at Bozeman Hot Springs or hit the town! As a college town, Bozeman is always bustling with activity and something for everyone.
In the summer, Bozeman boasts numerous events and festivals like the Sweet Pea Festival, rodeos and MSU Graduation. It's a central home base for countless summer activities including touring Yellowstone National Park, fishing, rafting, hiking, tubing, golfing, shopping, or sampling menus at all the great restaurants nearby.

Perfect spot for a couple looking to make the most out of Bozeman.

Perfect location to walk around Bozeman. Extreme clean and all the conveniences. Extremely quiet for being on Main Street. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place. We selected it bc it had AC, but the AC didn’t work very well. Didn’t want to open window during the night bc our bedroom window was located right along the back staircase. This made sleeping tough bc AC did not reach the bedroom. Location was fantastic. Right in town. Easy access to shops and restaurants.

Great location! Pictures are good representation! Well stocked with everything, and bed was comfortable. Check in was quite frustrating. The code provided for our room didn’t work. We were on the phone with customer service for quite some time, and finally had to use the lockbox key in the laundry room.

Easily walked to every place we wanted to visit. Room was perfect for our needs. Parking lot is smallish for those with SUV’s or trucks. We would definitely rent here again.

We enjoyed a long weekend in Bozeman for a little R&R. The accommodations at the unit were just what we needed. Comfortable and clean with wonderful access to the downtown night life.

Great place very convenient, with lots of space. One of the cleanest I have stayed in. Thank you.

Nice little apartment above a good cafe. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and bars. The property manager was prompt in responding to any questions we had. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

This is a perfect location for walking to restaurants and bars! We parked our car after driving to destinations during the day and walked everywhere. The parking is a bit tricky in back of the building but we always got a spot. A couple times we parked in the 2 hour lot next door and waited until a spot cleared. Most of the time people were parking to pick up food at one of the eateries and left in a timely manner.
We loved this location and definitely recommend this property!!

We enjoyed this place in Bozeman. It was clean and very comfortable. I think it needs to be noted there is a steep set stairs outside before the entrance.
We would stay there again

Hi
This little apt was perfect. It had just what I needed.
I do wish the laundry room was labeled. That’s about it.
Everything was awesome. I was very comfortable and had everything I needed.
Great restaurants and shops all around.
Thank you.

Not everyone is able to carry luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the room. We are in our mid-70's and managed to do it, but it was difficult. If this information is included in the room description, I didn't see it and would not have booked the room.

It was just me staying in town for a few days as I helped my son wrap up the school year and pack up. Perfect location in perfect size.

Really nice property - comfortable and clean. One note: the tv is not a smarttv and therefore not very useful. This should be brought up to current standards to allow travelers to stream their preferred apps. An easy update is to add a chrome cast or similar.

Nice property, good communication except we didn’t get the entry code e mailed for our check in.
We got it faintly fast by calling “stay Montana. “

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, and cozy! I can’t say enough about this condo. We will definitely stay again when we come to town!

We enjoyed our stay in downtown Bozeman. The apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It was really hot outside and the A/C unit and fan did a good job of keeping the apartment comfortable. Yes, you are downtown in a college town, so there is some noise from the street. I kept the bedroom window open for the nice cool evening air and closed it when I was ready to sleep and slept just fine. There are numerous great restaurants, breweries, bars and shops in walking distance, and a well-stocked Town Pump 5 blocks away (for snacks, wine, etc.) We look forward to staying here again to explore more of Bozeman.

The condo is right on Main Street within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was clean and spacious for two people. It was quiet. We were very comfortable.

This was a perfect place to stay in Bozeman. The location was perfect and everything was so walkable we didn't even have to rent a car. The apartment was clean and well kept.

Nightmare!!! Extremely loud & rude communication
Warning: many better places to spend your money!!! This is over bars, restaurants & the corridor getting to it is very used and dirty. At 1pm I realized there would be no sleeping - the party crowd, music and even the floor vibrated from fans or?! No sleep and the property manager does not care one bit!! They take your money knowing it was miserable. I left and lost my money. Rented another place. Stay Montana is the worst property manager I have experienced in a long time. If you value a quiet night sleep and good communication with property manager keep scrolling

Great place
Really met all my needs. Excellent downtown location, easy to get in and out of the apartment, always could find parking behind the building, wi-fi worked, reasonable price compared to a hotel, etc. I did not try to use the TV -- that's not what I go on vacation for.

Cozy, convenient flats
From the beginning step of renting a unit to the stay and finally leaving, everything was almost perfect. The one glitch, occurred on the next to the last day. On about 2 pm, after returning from lunch, all of a sudden, the door unlocked and a man stuck in his head. He immediately closed the door. My husband opened it and asked if he had a code. He just looked at him then said, “ I have a master. I work here, then he walked off.

Downtown Bozeman
This is a great location in the heart of downtown which makes it easy to walk to the great restaurants in the area. Parking was available behind the building.
The only issue was the cable not working on the TV. We called the property manager about it but never heard back and it was not fixed during our 3 night stay.

Great stay overall!
Great downtown location and property managers are responsive!

Comfortable and Quiet
Comfortable and spacious property in convenient downtown location.

Good Basic Stay
Not a bad little spot worked great for what I needed. Runs a little hot internal AC doesn’t really keep the bedroom cool and opening windows at night brings in noise for the bar crowds below. Not a big fan of VRBO’s that make you do laundry either. Especially when it’s coin-op. Overall the place worked fine for what I needed and I’d probably stay again.
