As expected plus close to good restaurants

Pretty coastline and boardwalk is close by, and it a quick walk away from good restaurants. Close to the train station. The room is spacious and good conditioned with a nice view. Shower was good and room came with coffee and water bottles. Host was friendly.

The location and the building is in bit of a rough neighborhood (surrounding buildings that are not well maintained). The B&B is in a what seemed to be an apartment building.

Not what I had expected. Since I was there for the US Consulate, the location was brilliant.

The room is carved out of a large apartment. It feels like a holding cell even though it had all the amenities promised and was large. It was simply dreary. No windows, one door to an opening that looked towards a wall and an AC unit. Coffee machine was directly outside of my room so when folks made coffee at 6AM I was well aware of how many shots each of them had...

the location it’s perfect pretty central everything was about 10 min taxi ride and also in a walkable distance. in the building there is also a 24h concierge so very safe and the man is helpful give as a lot of advise on local good restaurants. also thank you so much to the Staff, I was In Naples for work but it was over my bday and they welcomed me with an Amazing cake and a bottle of presecco grazie mille

Great stay when in need.

They got me in after my other stay flooded. Good amenities like tea and coffee. Kind staff.

The shower door hit the bidet when trying to open.

Host was very helpful and supportive during our stay. Communication with him was very easy and reliable. Little extras in the bathroom were good and the additional facilities of coffee machine, microwave and toaster in the main hall.

Some aspects of the room in respect of wear and tear but generally all was good and the room was serviced to a high standard everyday.

Good location, perfect host, nice views. Bit loud, but it is a Main Street 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very helpful and elastic host - Luciano. Any problems with the stay, changing the rooms, leaving the scooter in courtyard- we were positively surprised. Perfect view from the balcony to the sea and Vesuvius. Quite big room.

The other room was pretty small and no balcony, so we advise to book the bigger one- not big difference in costs and it is definitely worth it!

Location, complimentary water, staff, possibility to leave the luggage after check out.

No signs of the hotel, rooms are old and needs renovation. pictures on the internet doesn’t reflect the real situation and conditions. There was trash left from the previous guests in the bathroom. Poor rooms insolation.

Very enjoyable and Luciano was very helpful giving us details of places to visit and to eat.

Unfortunately I forgot to book for breakfast so cannot comment. Location was good out of the main center but close to restaurants and shops that gave all we needed. The room was a great size and had a good balcony. We had enough kitchen equipment to make tea/coffee etc and the additional plates, glasses and cutlery allowed us to make enough food for breakfasts etc.

It could be a little noisy at the rush hour times. Unfortunately there were road works just outside the departments when we were there so you had some noise from that but as we were out most of the day it wasn't too bad.
