Good breakfast and dining area. Good location for NEU drop off, near Columbus Ave dorms.
Night noise from main street. Only breakfast and snacks in house. Had to hunt up places for eating. We did Uber eats.

Price, value, access to the city.
Location. It’s off of Melanea Cass near Mass, which is notoriously not the greatest area.

Very convenient for what we needed
The breakfast was terrible and not enough English tea with milk

I liked that the room was amazing, with a kitchen and a sofa that turns into a bed.
I didn’t like the way the personal treated us. First of all they knew that we were three people in the room and the sofa that turns into a bed wasn’t prepared (no sheets and not opened). We had to call several times for them to come give us the sheets to make it ourselves because the ones in the bedroom were way smaller that what they should. Second of all, after our first night sleeping there, we expected them to clean the room and fix the beds and for our surprise, when we came back to the room, it wasn’t clean or done. When we talked with the staff, they told us that basically as we paid less than other customers, the ones that paid more had the right to have their rooms cleaned everyday, but for people like us who “paid less”, they only cleaned the rooms every two days. Unacceptable.

Very clean and to my surprise had all I needed in the room. I wish I could stay for breakfast but I only stayed there to get rest overnight before next flight.
Definitely will stay again if I ever travel that way.
Money worth spending to enjoy coziness and comfort of the hotel room. My son was sound asleep in no time.
Nothing that I did not like. May be having complementary coffee and tea set up for those who arrive really late and travelling. I could not find hot water station so had to request water at the front desk and fixed some tea in the room. But that did not really bother me. May be I was just there during late hours.

Comfy bed, big room and great shower. Breakfast good. Coffee great. Would recommend for anyone visiting Northeastern University
Would have liked more variety of fruit at breakfast. Bread could have been fresher. Only sweet cereal.

I love the place the staff is awesome 👍😎

It was a very clean and spacious room.
Don’t pay with your debit card if you are like me and only keep a small amount on it for safety purposes.

Limited hot food for breakfast

The location is fine. Rooms are confortable and quiet.
I did not appreciate the breakfast.
3.5
Neat place, very modern and well furnished.
My apartment was very large and perfectly organised.
Collaborative staff.
Decent (but not exceptional breakfast).
A bit too far from any Metro station, can only be reached by buses which in the full of winter with -10 and snow can make for rather uncomfortable waiting.
Not exactly cheap.
4.5
Good breakfast.
Great room with kitchen & separate bedroom.
It was a little bit noisy (traffic & honking cars due to a nearby schoolbus parking)

everything, nice, well designed and so clean!

Good breakfast (they had oatmilk and other things you don't usually see at buffet breakfasts)
The room is comfortable and decent size
The hotel itself looked and felt new
The staff was very professional and helpful
Street parking was plentiful at night but looked a bit dodgy. Though not worth paying $40 a night to the hotel.
We had some questionable people stay at the hotel who had a brawl in front of the hotel entrance late at night, security and police showed up eventually. A lot of shouting and jumping around, but looks like no one was hurt apart from some fragile egos.
1.5
Clean rooms. Housekeepers quite friendly can't say same for both receptionists I had the misfortune of being served by. They quite clearly need a lot refresher training
Staff were quite unprofessional at reception. Ensure you get your incidentals deposit refunded before you leave the premises, otherwise, you have kissed your money good buy. Also, breakfast menu not worth it.
4.0
The room had a good size for 3 people and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The sofa-bed was ok. The breakfast offer was small but for us it has been sufficient. Normal coffee could have been refilled more often.
Somebody smoked in the room and the ton of deodorant used to tarnish the smell was also too much. You couldn't open the window to get it out. At breakfast plates and cutlery were all plastic. Not very environmentally friendly.
