Comfort, luxury, and top shelf service.

We’ve stayed here dozens of times. This time we stayed on the 4th floor with a package that included private check in, access to lounge and a small credit at the oak bar. The lounge offered coffee tea and soft drinks all day, happy hour w light bites from 5-7, and breakfast buffet in the morning until 10. Service was so friendly and efficient in the lounge and among the housekeeping staff. Cori is always the icing on the cake.

Hard to say, perhaps the elevators are a bit slow but it helps force a little walk up a few staircases, so…

It was ok

I like the lobby area it was beautiful.

I didn’t like how my room was not fully cleaned to its entirety. Some of wood or parts of the bed were dusty

Personal touches in a big hotel = a great experience

Staff is excellent - service in the gold room lounge universally good. Cheryl in the Oak Room was outstanding.

Old and outdated rooms. Fantastic breakfast choices. Some strange dinner items.

The histoiric lobby is beautiful. The floors above are outdated, need considerable updates, doors that fit the frames, no peeling paint on room door edges.

Oak Long Bar food is spotty. Mussel dish is so over the top with spice it kills the taste of the muscles. The Truffle Fries are wonderful. The entire staff in the Oak Long Bar are wonderful. The repeated visiit after visit same disgiusting music is aweful. Please change the music to more classic tunes and drop the electontic junk. And please lower the booming bass track. The music tracks are boring and nonsense.

Nice room, nice facilities

Food was awful, service was slow, could not help us with an internal password to make our nanny can work, waited almost an hour to get baby’s crib and roll A way bed, waiting one hour for luggage to be picked up at check out and 50 minutes for car to be brought from valet. Absurd waiting times and service.

service could be far better. from help with luggage at the door to front desk sending not sending your bags up to your room and having to schlep them yourself. Next time I might choose the Lennox where service is emphasized

Lovely stay in a classic hotel.

Lobby area is lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Facial tissues in the bathroom would be nice. The parking was expensive. Key cards were finicky and needed frequent replacement.

Very comfortable and great location.

Bed and pillows, size of room, gorgeous lobby and bar, teas and coffees in room, location right by Copley square and the metro. Nice toiletries in the rooms.

Felt a little tired overall in the corridors and the rooms. Our bathroom mirror was a little rusted, the doors didn’t quite sit flush, although the soft furnishings, chairs and lamps etc were new.

Overall the stay was quite pleasant.

The hotel is very clean. Maid service was excellent. Food is very good. The staff is very nice.

Rooms are very small. It lacks a sundry store. There is no place to sit and just have coffee. The restaurant only allows you to sit in restaurant if you are dining. You have to go to Starbucks and bring back your coffee.

Amazing stay!

The room size and clean. The hotel itself, lobby, layout, it is beautiful and the location is perfect.

It could benefit from having more than one restaurant. The noise that came from the corridors was quite loud in the bedrooms - people speaking loud and laughing with no care at all for the guests.

I come to the Fairmont every year at Christmas when I’m visiting family and it never disappoints. The history of the hotel combined with the impeccable upkeep and cleanliness is really exceptional. The staff is always lovely..

grand OLD hotel. Old and not well maintained.

well located.

- run down bathrooms. - paid a lot for a suite with two rooms. looked out at another building just a few feet away. not even a decent window - furniture old - rug felt rough underfoot. like it had herb shampooed to many times and was old.
