We had a great stay at Nick's place. Check-in was smooth, apartment was as advertised. We walked to the local Sainsbury and Tesco's grocery stores. Walk to underground. A/C and washer were fab!

This fantastic flat was the third and final stop for our family of four (two adults and two older teenagers) and hands down our favorite. The flat itself is beautifully kept and immaculately clean. The owners were both lovely…as was a neighbor walking by who took the time to ask us if we needed help when we first arrived…and truly thought of every detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location was fantastic. The tube was a short and safe walk away and gave us easy access to everything we wanted to do/see while we were in London. Being a touch outside the main hubbub of the city was a relief after long days of sightseeing. An unexpected bonus for this American mom was the discovery of separate washer and dryer units making catching up on accumulated laundry incredibly quick, easy and familiar. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and will absolutely stay there again if we are able to return to London.

Great communication with the owner and a perfect place for our family of 4. Master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and remote controlled AC unit. Separate bedroom on main level with two twin beds for our kids with their own AC unit. Full kitchen and washer/dryer/dishwasher were great offerings and came in handy. Location to the Tube was 3 minutes walk on the best line of trains. Easy to everything and we covered a ton of ground and at very reasonable cost. Uber is available but traffic is rough so it will cost you more and rarely save you much time. Knowing we were on the train almost as soon as we walked out the front door and had barely a walk when we returned home tired from the long day was valuable. Would definitely stay here for a future visit.

Our stay here was wonderful. It was close to transportation, resturants and shopping. The apartment was adorable and cozy, it had everything we could need. Nick was very helpful when checking in and gave great recommendations on the area. Would definitly stay here again.

My wife, adult daughter, and I had a great stay here. The place was an easy walk from the District tube which requires an easy transfer from the Piccadilly tube from LHR. The king bed was comfortable for my wife and I, which are used to our sleep number beds ( 30 & 45). The owners were easy to contact and left good recommendations. The kitchen was nice and bathroom adequate. The stairs are a bit narrow and the spiral stairs to the loft are a little cumbersome but very manageable. Lastly, there is a shell station close to the house which was convenient for water, snacks, and coffees. We loved our stay and will definitely put this house on the top of our list for our next trip

We stayed in the property for 4 days and 3 nights recently. The location was perfect with Stamford Brook underground station a couple of minutes away. The house was very clean, well equipped and maintained. Our hosts, Nick & Magnosia were friendly and prompt in communication. It was my family’s first visit to the UK and they loved the place.
We would recommend this property highly and would stay there again.

We loved the flat. Small but well equipped with everything you could need including a washer and dryer.
Close to Tube stop and from there, easy to get to anywhere.
As the host is very careful to point out, there is an overhead train that runs directly behind the house but do not let this deter you. The trains are electric so much quieter than what we are used to in the states and we all found the sound very soothing.
Highly recommend this flat!!

The hosts (Nick and Malgosia) were excellent - responded quickly to our questions, checked in via text, and offered wonderful suggestions, such as the river cruise from Kew Pier, Ravenscourt Park and the What the Fish eatery. The property was clean, well-kept, and functioned properly. The extras they provided, such as water and juice, were a welcomed touch, as well as the charging plugs for electronic devices. The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores.
Because the property was located just steps from the Tube station, it was close to the tracks. The trains were visible through the back windows, and can definitely be heard. Therefore if you are a light sleeper, be forewarned. The white noise machine that was provided helped to camouflage the noise slightly and the trains only really stopped running for a few hours on one night of our stay.
Please also note that the spiral staircase to the first bedroom can be challenging for any guests with mobility issues.
In summary - great hosts, great location, great place, but a tad too close to the trains for our liking.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect. We were close to the train, buses, restaurants and stores. The home was spacious and a good size for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the appliances and utensils you will need. We would stay here again on our next visit to London.

The flat is located really close to the london tube making it very easy to venture out different parts of the city. The beds were very comfortable, house clean and already had several rhings we needed for our first night stay. The owners were very helpful letting us check in early when we got an earlier flight and was just a message away if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

From the first point of contact to the last, the experience with this rental was wonderful. Nick the host was so quick to respond, kind, and helpful. He truly made our first stay in Europe so easy and comfortable. He kindly let us check in early. The property was perfect for my husband, my two kids and me. The kids enjoyed having their own beds. The king size bed was comfortable for us. It was so nice that they had some things to start us off with such as coffee pods, milk, juice, water and wine. It is a couple minute walk to the tube which was so nice and while it is not city center, we enjoyed that because we got to leave the busyness of the city and come back to a more low key area. The pub around the corner was great for our first night when we were tired. I was thankful there were extra adapters as the one I brought didn’t work. I appreciated Nick checking in to make sure we had settled in. Check out was super easy. I can’t say enough good things! Lovely stay and we would definitely stay here again when we visit London!

Spend a week with my family of three in London. Easy access to main tourist attractions and the airport. The house was spacious, well equipped and had very comfortable beds. It was everything as described and it was very easy to communicate with the owners. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay and Nick and Malgosia were very communicative and friendly. We took the tube everywhere from this location - just a short walk to it. Highly recommend!

Nick was really kind and communacative! The flat was quite darling, and Nick and family had done a little decorating for Christmas, which was very sweet Great location to pop on the tube and head in to main attractions. Beds comfy. I would book there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this flat and would absolutely stay there again. The neighborhood was welcoming and the access to public transport was so helpful with our two kids. The flat had lots of room for us all and met our needs perfectly. We loved having the tube trains running past as it added to the atmosphere without being overwhelming. This will be our number 1 choice for a place to stay anytime we come back to London.

Our first time in London the apartment was as described and suited us perfectly, close to everything having the train line just there was awesome, thank you, would definitely stay again.

Our family including two young adult daughters (18 and 21) traveled to London 6/23 to 6/27. We have been to London quite a few times and this time we wanted to find a place where we could "live like a local." Here are some great reasons we chose this property initially:
- ability to take the Tube from the airport to the flat
- accessibility to the Tube stop (right across the street)
- great selection of restaurants that are walkable
- a safe neighborhood feel
- clean, well appointed flat
Here are the reasons we fell in love with the property:
- great communication with the owners and wonderful restaurant recommendations (Indian Zing was fantastic!)
- walkable to grocery stores
- walkable to all sorts of pubs including the Dove on the Thames and the Raven on the corner apparently has great late night chips (according to my daughters)
- fresh flowers on the table when we arrived and pretty window boxes full of more flowers
- great air conditioning in the bedroom (it was VERY hot for a few days there)
- working with us to drop our luggage early to be able to explore
- water, milk and juice in the fridge to help us get started, Nespresso machine and a coffee press were very much appreciated
- well appointed kitchen - we made dinner in one night
- no loud noise from the tube line that goes right by the flat. It really sounded like a gush of wind and was not loud at all. My husband is a light sleeper and he slept right through it (sounded like his sound machine app)

Our family loved this flat! It was clean and big enough for us all to have some space. There is a well appointed kitchen, and a nice table by the window. We enjoyed having a little breakfast and watching the families going to school and work before we headed out for our day. It’s a sweet little neighborhood away from the bustle of London but perfectly close to a tube stop that took 20 minutes to get into the heart of the city. Kings Road also had lots of restaurants close by and both Tesco and Sainsburys for our own provisions. We felt right at home. It’s a perfect combination of being close and conveniently situated to food, the tube, and things to do but also very quiet and relaxing. The next time we’re in London, we’ll look to stay here first.

This was an excellent apartment for four family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). We spent five days touring the main attractions in London, and this apartment was so convenient because it is so close to the district tube line. While the tube runs begins the apartment dvd you can hear it running by, this didn’t bother us at all and was an obvious price to pay if being this close to the tube. The washer and dryer were a godsend for us because we are on a 3-week long trip, and we needed to do laundry. The main bedroom is in a loft up a winding staircase, which would be difficult to navigate for some. It was fine for us. The AC unit in the loft was powerful and cooled the room down in minutes. The host and hostess left us some OJ, milk, and little bottles of alcohol, and this was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again. Two thumbs up!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here and Nick was great at communication! We stayed for six nights & the property was perfect. It is around the corner from the tube station, and the Raven pub (fantastic place) We took the tube into the city on most days and had one full day of exploring the area. It is a really nice neighborhood and we felt very safe.
On Saturday, the shops and restaurants along King street were fun to explore. We also walked to the river.
Our grocery store was about two blocks away but Nick also left some great essentials for us to start. Unexpected, but really nice! The place has a fun nautical theme and was very clean and comfortable. Four of us adults shared the bathroom and it worked out fine. We were thankful for the washer and dryer. My husband and I (both in our 60's) managed the spiral staircase to the upper bedroom with the huge comfy bed and I was happy to find clothes storage in the wall beneath the windows. The trains didn't bother us at all and we all slept well.
The trains were off duty on our last full day and our day to get to the airport. Nick was so nice to message me and warn me in advance about the train outage during our stay. We were able to get an Uber to the airport and all worked out really well! He even sent me a photo of the train schedule and gave me tips on which trains to take to get to the city and from the airport. Really great host!
Thanks so much for having us!

Very comfortable place, with tons of restaurants and an underground station right around the corner. It was exceptionally easy to hop on the subway and get to tourist attractions. Despite being close to the trains, they were quiet and didn't disturb us at all in the apartment. Would definitely stay there again.
4.0 / 5.0
The space was ample for our family of four. Very clean, easy access to the underground, nice pubs nearby.

We were very happy with our stay. The flat is sparkling clean and well maintained. The hosts have thought about the comfort and convenience of visitors, and it shows. They left us milk, tea, juice, and even a bit of wine, which was very welcome. They also left us a list of places to eat nearby, and a broader list of recommendations of how to see many of the sights in London. Plus the flat is a three-minute walk from a handy tube station. We would love to stay there again when we come back.

I highly recommend this house. It is located in a nice area and such a beautiful space to be.

I would echo earlier reviews and this home checks all the boxes. First, Nick and his family were traffic to work with, very willing to help and answer questions and lots of small touches to make your stay comfortable. The home is a short walk to the Tube and can take you quickly into central London to all the sites. Nearby streets and Tube stops provided access to good grocery stores and restaurants ranging from American pizza to formal sit down spots. One bedroom is reached via a narrow spiral staircase so might be a limitation for some. Washer and dryer was a godsend for us. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property and rent again when I was in London.

We absolutely loved the property and the convenience to the tube. Nick was fabulous to communicate with and let us drop our bags early. Don’t worry that it backs onto the trains, you hear them but it’s not a bother. We will be back.

Nick was very responsive and helpful. The flat was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. The location is great, 2 mins from a district line tube, so very easy to get around. We could easily get to the river for walks and running. Close to the lovely wetlands centre.
Chiswick high street has plenty of places to eat and nice shops.
Beds were comfortable, shower was hot.
Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my weeklong stay at the Ravenscourt property. Nick was extremely helpful with instructions and all of my inquiries. He was always quick to respond and gave us helpful suggestions on how to get around London and what places to explore. We arrived the day before the Queen’s funeral so our experience was a bit exceptional right from the start. We didn’t expect to witness an historic event. We also got to experience neighborhood living while staying at the flat. The tube was super convenient as was the bus. We also enjoyed the coffee shop around the corner and 3 local pubs! All within a short walk of the flat. The neighborhood was safe and had a nice energy/life to it. The flat was comfortable and although it was very close to the tube the noise was not a bother. Thank you Nick for hosting us! I am a big fan of London :)

My family of 4 stayed here for a week while exploring London. The location is excellent- a cool non-touristy area with a huge park at one end of the street, tons of great restaurants, pubs and shops to walk to and the Tube stop just around the corner.
The place itself was clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed. Nice shower with good water pressure. Comfortable beds. Washer/dryer. Nice kitchen. I am a light sleeper and would suggest bringing a white noise machine or earplugs if you’re concerned about train noises. We always travel with a white noise machine (you can get it on free apps too!) and everyone slept well- the proximity to the rail line was not an issue.
Nick was easy to communicate with and took the time to check in via VRBO during our stay. He seemed to really care that we were enjoying ourselves and had what we needed.
We feel lucky to have found this place - it really enhanced our visit to London and I highly recommended it!

Perfect Stay in Chiswick
This property has everything you need for a great stay in Chiswick. It is very nicely decorated, it has a lot of light, is very cosy, very very clean, right next to the bus stop and the underground stop. We couldn’t ask for anything more! We truly had a wonderful stay!
