Pros: The house was bigger than the pictures can capture which was a nice bonus. There's a dining table with six chairs. The location was about 10 minutes away from shops, cafes, train station etc. Host was lovely and responsive. There's a washer and dryer, fans (which were a life saver in the heat wave) and most amenities that you would need.
Cons: The WiFi didn't work for the majority of our stay so we had to pay for a pricy data plan for our phones.
For us, which may not be the case for others: the king size bed was uncomfortable- thin, lumpy, you can feel every movement. The sofas weren't very comfortable to sit and relax after a long day out.
Overall, pros outweigh the cons due to location, size of the house and a responsive host.

We spent 11 nights at this location as a party of 6 women. The location was great and check-in/check out process was effortless. We had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms. The downstairs area is spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Some staple items were available upon arrival such as milk, eggs, bread and jam. The first two nights were quite warm and we only had the one fan in master. Fans in each bedroom for air circulation would make sleeping on warm nights more comfortable for all . The washer and dryer were beneficial on our extended stay as we were able to do laundry as needed. We travelled into central London on most days and walked to/from the train station which was a short walk. The path is fairly well lit so coming in after dark for the trek home was not an issue. Would recommend this location for anyone planning to visit the area.

Andrew's accommodation was really perfect in every way. There is enough space for 7/8 people and especially the kitchen with a big table offers space for everyone. The Thames is very close and there are several bus stations that go into town. There is also a train stop nearby. We would like to thank you for the nice preparation of the apartment and the friendly communication. We would love to come back to Andrews apartment again and again!

Lovely stay in Barnes
Andrew’s home is clean, bright, spacious, modern, well located, and suited our family perfectly. The upstairs layout is ideal, with a large and airy master bedroom, two bedrooms for the kids, and an en suite master bathroom + second full bath with soaking tub. The kitchen is huge and modern, and the back patio is fun bonus. The house feels sturdy and solid, without the creaks and quirks one often finds on charming, tree-lined blocks such as this one. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect!
We stayed at this property for approximately 6 weeks (except weekends). It was always spotlessly clean on arrival. Lovely crisp sheets. Comfortable beds. Nice touch with a bottle of wine, craft beers, biscuits, bread and eggs in the fridge. Convenient location, short walk to the river and lovely pub (Ye White Hart). Would recommend to anyone.
