About this apartment rental

The Apartment is located in the center of Sorrento, on the 2nd floor of a modern building with lift.
It is a beautiful and luxurious apartment of about 120m2 of new construction, completely soundproofed, with furniture and finishes design of great value and a wide range of modern comforts. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
Each room has its own balcony where you can sip a good glass of wine comfortably seated.
There is no kitchen but we are in a central position where you can taste the best typical dishes of the Sorrento peninsula and the region at affordable prices! However, we have set up an area at the entrance where there are: - kettle, coffee maker, herbal tea, instant coffee, milk cream, biscuits etc ...
It has a convenient location to enjoy the city without having to use transport, and is an excellent starting point for exploring the beauties of our magnificent Sorrento and Amalfi Peninsula and therefore of the entire Campania Region.
Distance from the historic center - 300m, from the train and bus station - 500m, from the port - 700m, from the beach establishments - 700m. Completely renovated in 2017 (July), the apartment represents an oasis of refined efficiency.
Interior design, modern and elegant with clean lines and bright colors. The light wood flooring gives the rooms a welcoming and relaxing look.
Each room of the apartment is equipped with every kind of modern comfort: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bathrooms with bidets, rain showers (some with chromotherapy), hairdryer and courtesy service, Smart LED TV of 32 '/ 40 'with international channels, safe, minibar, mosquito nets. In each room there are balconies with garden furniture where it will be nice to relax with a glass of local wine or a good book, admiring the view of the city. All rooms are fully soundproof and have electronic keys. The apartment has a fireplace, library and wine cellar (on request). At guests' disposal there are iron with ironing board and a garage with 2 parking spaces (with supplement). Breakfast is not compulsory, it can be enjoyed in the bar adjacent to the structure at the price of €. 4.00 per person. Staying in the Apartment you will be in a central position to discover the fascinating Sorrento and the incomparable beauties of the whole Sorrento and Amalfi Coast, of the islands of the Gulf of Naples - Capri, Ischia and Procida, with which Sorrento is well connected with fast ferries. From Sorrento it is possible to make excursions to Naples, Positano, Amalfi, Salerno. Moreover, if you are passionate about archeology, from Sorrento you can reach Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius by train in just a few minutes. The cities along the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts are connected by the public transport network (SITA buses, Circumvesuviana trains, ferries).

The apartment was amazing and easily held our 10 family members. Fabulous location! Mariano was the best host and even had pizza and wine for us upon arrival! 10 out of 10 recommend❤️

This property worked out fantastic for our family of 6 during a 3 night stay in Sorrento. We used the 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and had the 5th bedroom as a breakfast/gathering room. Property is represented accurately in pictures, modern and updated. A/C units in every room was a welcome relief every time we returned from a hot day of sightseeing. Easy 3 minute walk into the heart of town from the property. Mariano communicated well ahead of and during the stay, and responded quickly to a hot water problem that was rapidly resolved.

First of all, this place is spotless! We are a group of friends age 40-65 traveling in Italy. We booked this property because of its proximity to historic Sorrento, reasonable price, and so that we could all be together rather than being in hotel rooms on separate floors, etc. Basically this property is 5 bedrooms that all connect via a hall area that has a coffee station and a small dinette table. Although there isn’t room for everyone to sit down on couches to chat or anything, this space gave us the ability to catch up with each other. The bedrooms are a great size (especially for Europe) and we also hung out in the bedrooms together. It’s basically a great space for a family or group if you’re looking for a spot close to town without spending an exorbitant amount. Also loved the beds and pillows, very cute/fun decorations. They left wine and cold water in our fridges and snacks at the coffee station. Mariano is an excellent communicator and set up taxis for us on the morning we left. To get to down you will need to walk down two short flights of stairs, cross under a bridge, and within three minutes from leaving the house you’re in historic Sorrento!

Our group of 8 family members loved this location and the fact there was an elevator to move 8 pieces of luggage. The apartments were very clean and the bathrooms were great. The location was amazing - close to everything! I would highly recommend this rental.

Mariano is an amazing responsive host. Piazzo Tassa is 5 minute walk which is heart of everything. Amazing day and night! We thought there was a sitting area for our group of 10 but we weren’t in the apartment much due to nightlife and and 4 hr day trip Capri. Mariano recommended restaurants and did bookings. He also booked last minute transfer to Pompeii. Would return!

The place was exactly as pictured and the hosts were so nice and accommodating! Each bedroom had its own balcony, they left a bottle of wine in each bedroom for us and delivered us two pizzas when we arrived! The parking spots were $20 per car per day in a garage. Francesco was extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The apartments were meticulously clean with spacious bedrooms and bathroom accommodations, ideal for multi-family or friend group travel. The communication with the property owners and management was superb. Amazing service that went above and beyond just a rental. Marco helped arrange transportation and tours, and we wished we had taken up more of his suggestions. The property is just a short walk from the city center - steep incline if you have an elderly guest with you - but it's quiet, easily accessible, and a comfortable place to rest after a busy day.

We LOVED A-Suites! Beautifully renovated apartment with all the amenities. It was perfect for our group of 10. Anna was an exceptional host - she had everything set-up perfectly for our arrival. She was so helpful and went out of her way to help our friends when their travel plans were interrupted. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Sorrento!!

We were VERY pleased with our stay at A-Suites. We rented the entire suite of rooms for our family of 9. Each room was spotless fresh, updated and had all the comforts needed. Every room appeared to be newly remodeled. Great bathrooms and showers. The mini fridges were stocked with an assortment of cold drinks - complimentary. Mariano even had a Pizza and cold bottle of white wine waiting for our group upon arrival! There were a nice selection of teas and coffee for the morning -- even creamers which were pretty hard to find on our trip. The location was about a 5 minute walk from the town square and you could see the subterranean historical mills along the walk. The units and building were very quiet. Everything was very organized....altogether a 10 for our group. This couldn't have been more perfect.

The rooms were comfortable and the service was somewhat unexpected since breakfast vouchers were included for a nearby restaurant. The lack of a common area was a bit of a problem but we managed quite well.

This room was wonderful! It was a bit smaller than the 'green' room. The bathroom was a bit small, but contemporary and very clean. The decor in the room is contemporary and well designed, particularly the lighting. The room was very clean, with daily maid service. Mariano, the owner, had cold complimentary drinks in the mini fridge for us, a welcome gift given the very hot and humid weather. He also gave us a small bottle of wine to enjoy in the room. Bed and bedding were comfortable. The balcony has a view of the street out front. It was nice to have a balcony, although the street noise was loud. However, the doors leading to the balcony were solid enough to filter almost all noise from the street. We did not have difficulty sleeping. The room is part of a group of rooms with a shared hallway. The tenants of the building were either absent, or very quiet. Mariano and his staff were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this room/suite to stay. The building is on a residential street 5-10 min walk from the train station, and 5-10 min walk from the main piazza. Complimentary breakfast was a 5 min walk from the building at a very nice cafe. Air conditioning was modern and very efficient. We enjoyed our stay in Sorrento, and I would stay here again.

My family of 7 rented all 4 suites of this property for our trip to Sorrento. We all agreed that it was a great place to stay. Svetlana and Anna were extremely helpful and hospitable throughout the booking and check-in. The suites seemed brand new and were extremely comfortable. We did not have any problems with the property and would highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Sorrento with a large group. All 4 of the suites were very private with each having great bedrooms, on-suite baths, air conditioning, TVs, and balconies. One of the suites even had a large room with a couch/day bed where we were all able to gather and talk. Overall, it was a great property!
