The property was very clean and just as described and suited us and our exploration of the area in Donegal and day trips into Derry, as well. It was remote and quiet...just what we wanted! We were able to cook in the evenings allowing our driver to enjoy a glass of wine. The scenery was stunning. Beds super comfortable.

There was no way to find the property with the address, post code, the host gave us. I Used google maps, and another SatNav and neither got me close to the location. My sister put in Mamore Gap and recognized the cottage as she was driving up the hill to the gap.
A neighbor who’s number was given in the directions came to find me. We were in separate cars.

Had a great week with my family in the property on the mountainside. Great views and housing with a town about 15minuted away. PERFECT for a week getaway or a pet friendly holiday!!

Reservation was very smooth. On arrival we had difficulty with the key safe. None of us could open it and we had no coverage on our phones. We drove to Mrs Jackson's who contacted Paddy Mc Daid who sent his daughter to open the key safe. We had been given the incorrect code and incorrect phone number on the website. The rest if the holiday was Brilliant and the house great. Very high standard of equipment in the house.

Pictures don't do justice to this property, you will be taken by surprise how beautiful the cottage is. Its clean, well equipped, well stoked. All you need is your clothes and toiletries. Amazing views all around. Prompt communication from the owners. Plenty of maps and local information. Phone signals are spotty, so prepared to be cut off from the rest of the world. Please have off line maps on your phone if you are driving around. Can't wait to return next year. Thanks Ken and Diane.

Amazing house & area
The house was a home away from home with everything you need! We had the best time here & Clonmany is a great spot with friendly people! There is lots to do in surrounding areas so we had a great time going on day trips & then relaxing at night by the cosy fire in this lovely property!

Cosy home in a fabulous spot
Just had the best few days away with my family in a long time. This is a cosy, welcoming home in a stunning place. There's so much to see and do in the surrounding area. We will have to return because we couldn't fit it all in!
The house is well equipped and a joy to return to at the end of a long day exploring the area.

Maginifico Irish Vacation
Diane promised that we'd love her hillside cabin and she was surely telling a truthful story. We could tell from first entering the house that it's a loved and well cared for place. We look forward to returning with an even fuller appreciation of the home and the area.

The house was great. We stayed five nights and we would stay here again. Will sleep 7 comfortably. House has many updated features. Comfy beds, two bathrooms, family room and fully stocked kitchen. One of the best kitchens we've seen. Washer and dryer are great. Big for Irish standards and work great. Family room is kind of small if you have more than three people. TV setup is good. Internet is pretty slow. Very close to Northern Ireland and other local (less advertised) treasures.
