Family from America was over for a holiday, we had to show off one of Victoria’s star attraction - the limestone giants

It felt like a home away from home.

Lols, nothing significant really. The wind was howling like crazy during the time we were there - there’s an owl decoration on the wall on the pergola, it kept banging the whole time we were there. We just kept checking if it’s still there the following morning.

A good family holiday with plenty of board games and puzzles to compensate for indifferent weather.

The location, on the Great Ocean Road is good. The local beaches in Peterborough are accessible and there is a range of different scenarios to accommodate different weather patterns and wind directions. There is not a large range of local walks but if one has a car a number of different activities are easily available: the Maritime Museum in Warnambool, the whale watching platform (40 Mins), an Ice Cream factory, distillery and strawberry farm in Timboon (20 Mins away) the 'Twelve' Apostles and Gibson's Steps (35 Mins). The house is well stocked with light reading material, family Board games and table tennis in the garage. The upstairs living area has a view over farmland frequented by a mob of kangaroos, lots of hares and rabbits, two Wedgetail eagles and lots of other birdlife. It lacks a lemon squeezer and a sieve!

The weather in Peterborough is unpredictable no matter what time of year. So be prepared with a good book to tuck in in front of the fire (firewood is available at the local store).

Very good

The location, looking out over paddocks and a flock of kangaroos is quite special. The house is at the end of a court and is a little off the beaten track which suits our family . It is safe for children riding bicycles and the neighbours are very pleasant.

Lots of space, exceptionally clean and comfortable. House has a great vibe! Wood fire was gorgeous! Location and scenery surrounding home beautiful.

Kettle needed a desperate clean to remove whatever build up was in it from so long, so couldn't use. No Wi-Fi however this is probably due to locality of township & overall internet, not necessarily the home. TV was very confusing to use. Heater upstairs wouldn't turn on.

Just what we needed for our family to get away. We love and enjoy peterborough.

The property was great, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, shower are hot, great games selection in the cupboard, played uno for hours.

The stairs (Haha), only because we are not use to them. other then that property is great, no complaints.

Everything was perfect! The cows, the kangaroos, the proximity to the beach, the house, everything! The smart tv, which, with a little help from a tach savvy friend I was able to watch ABC iview on!

Tranquil, spacious and facilities were good.

Panaramic views, kangaroos and sunsets. It was spacious.

Clothes line didn’t work. Having to strip bedding and towels. At this price this was not an acceptable request. Access code was only provided two hours prior to arrival. Rubbish bins were cumbersome. We couldn’t just pack up and leave - we had chores to do! Access to the garage would have been beneficial.

Very good place to stay for big groups. The house is beautiful and views from the first floor were amazing. We loved our stay and have made a lot of memories.

Beautiful house which felt very homely

I really loved the house and it was presented with beautiful rooms, from the setting of furniture to cater for all the family and the games for the kids were so much fun. Absolutely enjoyed the views and the place is very homely. Walking distance to the beach and if you are going diving so much room for your gear also.

Comfortable and relaxing

Great place for families or big groups. Very clean and comfortable with modern facilities. Close to beaches and attraction sites on Great Ocean Road. Simple and easy self check in process. The host was responsive in all our communications. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Poor shower heads, water spraying everywhere.
