needs a good scrub

The rooftop is great and the location is good being near some nice cafes, bars and restaurants. Easy to get a tuk to any cultural sights, beds are comfortable, guests in dorms were respectful

The place needs a good paint and scrub. even though the bedding was clean, the whole place felt dirty including the rooftop. There is a weird energy in the whole place, I didn’t really feel welcome, we switched to another hostel and we were much happier

Un posto confortevole tra il caos della città

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura si presenta come un ostello accogliente con una bella terrazza e spazi comuni. La stanza era confortevole e pulita per gli standard generali dell’India. Noi siamo stati a fine luglio che comunque fa un caldo pazzesco.

It's a clean place to stay at. Average hospitality, Average beds, average rooms.

The cleanliness The locality Connectivity to the place.

Bunk Bed: The bed was of subpar quality and was making noise throughout the night. The Window ac was making a loud noise every 15 minutes that one couldn’t sleep. For the Delux Room: The curtain is placed in such a way that the light directly comes on your face in the early morning and you can’t Sleep. The fan was not directly on the bed and was far. For the Standard Double room: It is written in their details that the room has a cupboard. In fact, it shows in the picture also. But the room which was given had no cupboard and hardly any space to keep the stuff. The bathroom fresher is of subpar quality. Moreover, there is no exhaust fan so the smell of the fresher is gonna give you a headache. The hospitality of the hostel is not that great. They will give you next to zero attention about your concern and when you want to give them feedback. They would be like you can put it online. So here I am putting it online.

Personnel très sympathique, hostel qui propose des animations, chambre qui remplie ses fonctions principales mais aurait

L’ambiance était très sympa, le personnel aussi. Le rooftop agréable pour prendre un verre. On a même été conviés à un stand up en Hindi (donc nous n’avons pas compris grand chose), mais c’était très drôle ! Les parties communes et les chambres sont joliment peintes et décorées.

L’hygiène dans les chambres laisse à désirer. Il y avait des crottes de nez sur le mur. La fenêtre dans le dortoir (8 dans une chambre) était cassée. Donc difficile d’aérer, je vous laisse imaginer l’odeur.

Goede service maar verouderd hotel

Personeel helpt je graag en geeft goed advies. Ik wilde en een bioscoopkaartje bestellen, daar hielpen ze gelijk mee.

Het hotel is flink verouderd en zou een goede opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Kan zeker slechter in India, maar ik had wat toch wat meer ervan verwacht obv de foto's.

Dissapointing

Good location, very easy to get cabs/autos. The hostel organised for us to use one of their drivers Babu who was extremely helpful and insightful about Jaipur.

Really run down and shabby, could do with a massive clean. The bathroom had really strong cleaning products and deodorisers that give you a headache, to mask other smells. Guests are very disrespectful of a shared space - regularly playing music late at night, shouting, having conversations in the corridors at 3/4am, leaving lots of litter in shared areas. Not like the respectful/ sharing community found in lots of other hostels.

Disappointing with cramped room & very poor hospitality experience

Nothing except the terrace.

It’s cramped and suffocating. Room had no air and it felt like a prison in that small room without any ventilation. Host was also rude and cold with no support being provided, it’s more than 2x priced for its worth so quite useless.

Ruhige Lage, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, kleine essenslokale dirket nebenan

Wlan ging manchmal nicht auf dem Zimmer, kein zimmerservice, zumindest nicht ohne Nachfrage (wurde nicht getätigt), Dachterrasse im Umbau

Bon accueil et bonne communication avec le personnel

J’ai tout particulièrement aimé l’accueil du manager et de Moin, enfin de tout le personnel. Un chauffeur m’attendait à la station de Jaipur et m’a amenée à l’hôtel. Je vous remercie de votre accueil et de votre sourire.

Je n’ai pas aimé le bruit dans les chambres, de jour comme de nuit. Des voyageurs discutaient de manière assez bruyante pour moi sans faire forcément attention à leurs voisins.

The staffs were pretty much helpful and friendly, it was a pleasant stay.

Got my bed in the dormitory room on the upper deck, the bed/mattress was making squeaky noises with little movements.

perfect for solo women

Perfect place for solo travelers and especially women. Rooms are comfortable with curtains on the beds for privacy. Everyone working is super cool, kind and helpful! Will definitely come back whenever I am in Jaipur. Oh and super nice/convenient to have a resto with rooftop and a proper cafe with good coffee on ground floor. Bonus points

For the price I paid for this hostel, I could have stayed in a hotel.

The staff at the reception was a good helpful guy. For the price I paid for this hostel, I could have stayed in a hotel. The only good thing is you could possibly make some new friends. That’s all to it.

No privacy There were women in the room You can’t burp, you can’t fart, you can’t take off your shirt and pants and roam free. You can’t be what you can be in your house or a hotel room. Might suit many, but sorry, that’s not to my convenience. Won’t say this is a bad place for hostel lovers, but like I mentioned earlier, for the price of this hostel, I could get a similar quality hotel room.

Could have been cleaner The Jaipur day tour, which was recommended by the hostel was nice in the morning but in the afternoon it turned out to be in of the tours where they take you “shopping” so the Tuktuk driver can have his benefits We asked twice to stop by Hawa Mahal, he told us it is not possible and brought us to a jewellery store We told him we don’t want to buy any jewellery, but still we had to go into the shop

Wonderful stay tremendous experience

Beautiful property with amazing food and amazing host Mr. Arbaaz Khan Cleanliness was up to the mark. You don't feel like moving out of this place. The beds were very comfy. The host was super helpful and entertaining. I had a perfect time with the Hosteller Couldn't have asked for more.housekeeping guys Manoj and Mahipal were doing great work

The best place to stay in jaipur, The staff is decent and smart and always comes with the perfect suggestions about the town, they even make our itinerary where to go in the city. Pleasant stay !

We stayed with my husband on a double private room for two nights. From the very beginning they were very helpful, offering free pickup from train or bus stand to the hostel. We had the big fortune to meet Altaf Khan who picked us up and then became our driver for the next 2 days in Jaipur. We can’t speak highly enough about his services. His honest recommendations made things easier for us. Then we met the staff team at hostellers they were very friendly and helpful. We also had the opportunity to listen to live music at the rooftop. In overall we had a good experience here in Jaipur. We recommend to stay at this place with lovely people surrounding you.

Great facilities, Central location, amazing crew

Turns out that there's "western" rate and local rate, which is annoying. Not exactly the hostel fault, but in my room there were few very rude people who smoked inside the ensuite toilet, opened the light at 12:30am and watched videos loudly till 1am

Nice café, mr. Amit and other staff over the café were very jolly in nature, really had a good time with my roommates also who were staying with me in same dorm. They also have a fancy autorickshaw at the top of the roof which looks really cool. A great day for me to stay with the hosteller. I will recommend it to all my friends.

I am staying from the last month in the dorm as this is the perfect place I ever stay till now. People over here are very friendly and helpful in nature. Common area of them is very perfect where my new friends which I make friendship here only sits and enjoy the vibes of hostel. Perfect stay.
