About this apartment rental
The amazing view of the sea and the coast from our private balcony, that will be for your exclusive use, makes our apartment unique.
We’re located in the lower part of the town, in the pedestrian area next to the sea: the clients can reach the apartment walking through the characteristic streets and stairs, which are one of the main attractions of Positano.
During the whole stay, the guests can count on the assistance of our staff, who will be at your disposal for any information.
The check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm: we always suggest you communicate your time of arrival in advance.
The check-out is at 10 am.
In case you arrive after 8 pm, we ask you to contact us beforehand so that the staff will be ready to welcome you. This service has an extra cost of €50 to be paid in cash at the time of arrival.
Moreover, there are fixed cleaning fee of €80 and tourist tax of €2,50 each night per person, all to be paid in cash at the apartment.
If you stay one week or longer, we can provide you with cleaning once a week upon your request.
We have a 3-night minimum stay policy.
After one week stay, we offer a free cleaning service, which includes changing sheets etc.

We had a wonderful time at the property, the layout was perfect. The terrace was the highlight for us. It was so inviting and large and you honestly didn’t have to leave the space to just soak it all in. Grady and Francesca were super host, they gave us lots of information and even helped book our parking. We definitely would stay here again!

My husband and I along with another couple stayed at this beautiful apartment for 10 days. It was just as pictured and located on the website. The location was perfect for day trips to different spots around Positano as it is short walking distance to ferries, boats, local bus route and driver services. The apartment was clean, cozy and the veranda is spectacular! You could not find a better location for a stay in Positano.

Grady was a brilliant host – his communication was great throughout our stay. Just be mindful there are a lot of stairs to get around, but that’s Positano for you. Would highly recommend.

Located about 2/3 of the way up from the beach this apt offers 2 beds n 2 baths plus a patio overlooking Positano Beach and the coastline. The apt is fully air conditioned and the host is super responsive and a pleasure to work with. By far the best tho is the patio.
Mornings and evening relaxation with the best view of the coastline and boating activity can’t be beat.
Recommend this apt highly. I do suggest you get in shape before visiting as there are some stairs to deal with while staying there

The greatest thing about this property is the balcony with just unbelievable views. The unit itself is comfortable and charming. Has everything you need. Excellent location, but still a lot of stairs both up to main street and down to beaches. Comes with the territory I suppose!

This is the VRBO people dream about. The location was perfect, and the views from the spacious balcony were breathtaking. Grady (the host) was extremely communicative and even met us at the ferry drop off to guide us up the short walk up to the unit. The apartment is perfect for 4 people (probably even more if needed), it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were always hot. We didn’t cook, but the full kitchen has everything you would need. It’s a quick walk from the unit up to the Main Street for a stroll around town. Well located near all the great restaurants Positano has to offer. Honestly, I could have spend the whole time on the balcony - it was truly marvelous. Grady has great recommendations for boat rentals and was quick to respond via WhatsApp for any of our needs. Anyone would be lucky to spend a few nights at this property- and we were all grateful that we got to experience this unique location. Hopefully, we get the chance to visit it again one day. Truly an opulent experience all around - could not have possibly been happier.

We had a great time May 2023! It's very nicely located near both the beach and the main road for restaurants and shopping. Be prepared for stairs but that's everywhere in Positano.
The deck overlooking the sea is amazing and the perfect place for drinks before dinner. We would go back again for sure!

We had a great vacation in Positano and are so glad we chose this town as our home base. Positano seemed so much more warm and enjoyable than our drive by impression of Sorrento. Certainly a better location than Amalfi and a much more easily transportable town than Ravello. Our Casa Caldiero villa exceeded our expectations (which were pretty high). The villa was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. The patio was the highlight. We ate each breakfast outside, watching the comings and goings in the harbor each day. The view of Positano, both day and night was so perfect and relaxing. The location of the villa was convenient to a small supermarket we frequently daily and all the restaurants and shops that we visited during the week. Grady was very helpful throughout our stay answering our questions about restaurants and shops and methods of transportation. The porter service was outstanding, helping us get our luggage up and down at the beginning and end of our trip. Our Positano vacation will be one we will always charish.

The property was in pristine condition. The views from the deck were beyond our expectations. The apartment is close to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. If there was one drawback it would be the stairs—162 down to the ferry level and 150+ to the street. The stairs were fine because we knew it going in but you need to be in shape! Loved the property.

Many positives about this place. Beautifully appointed for a rental. Everything you need to cook. Deck you want to live on. Quite private. Easier to get to and from apartment from upper road which we did multiple times. Not certain if it was just that our travel plans took us there on weekend or if Positano is a late night kind of place. Music from beach went on quite late and even earplugs weren’t much help.

Casa Caldiero was simply perfect. The 2 bedroom suite was outfitted with all one needs, the beds and bathrooms were very good and the kitchen worked out well. The large terrace overlooking the water was fabulous to hang out for breakfast ad a glass of wine. Grady made the check-in process smooth and easy. We will return.

Amazing villa. Property was clean and in a very good spot to access the main road and the beach (150 steps up to the road or 150 down to the beach). Use the porters for your luggage. Grady was both friendly and helpful with answering our questions and in arranging for dinner reservations. Would recommend this spot and truly enjoyed our stay!

Incredible property!!! Walking into the apartment for the first time was a great payoff for a long travel day. The host Francesca and her cousin Grady, who checked us in, were extremely accommodating and did a great job helping us through every step of our stay. As the review title states, "Better than the pictures"...honestly, the pictures don't do justice to how nice the property is. The apartment is very well maintained, has perfect accommodations with two very nice bedrooms each with access to the balcony, two well appointed bathrooms each with a shower, which was great for four adults, a great kitchen with new appliances, AWESOME Air Conditioning, and has to provide one of the best views in Positano. The location was perfect for restaurant, shopping, beach, and port access. My suggestion for future renters is to take up Francesca and Grady on their recommendation for a porter service to take your luggage up and down the many stairs of Positano.

My family spent most of our time on the huge veranda overlooking the Sea, with breath taken views of the coastline and the historic homes climbing the cliffs of Positano. The Casa is in the heart of Positano close to restaurants, shopping, excursions and everything it has to offer. The unit has very quaint decor, spacious and very clean with a vast number of amenities as if you were living at home. Our Property Mgr Grady was very helpful with restaurant selections, shopping, activities, unit amenities and the best beach in Positano. This is truly one of the best places to stay in Positano!! Beautiful view!
The check in process was easy, Grady met us and showed us how to use everything in the apartment. It was great having air-conditioning and a washer & drying rack. The apartment was beautiful and had a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities. It’s 165 or so steps up from the ferry which was great considering how many more it could have been. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend these accommodations.

Excellent Choice for Positano
This apartment was PERFECT for our needs, and Grady was extremely attentive to our questions and needs. The location was close to everything, and the views from the terrace were jaw-dropping, We spent many an evening on the large terrace enjoying pre-dinner aperitivos while overlooking the beach scene and the boats in the water.. This is simply magnificent place that we would highly recommend.

Awesome!
This property was exactly what I had in mind when we first started planning our trip to Positano a year ago. We were four adults and had plenty of space with the two bedroom, two baths, living area, and kitchen. Other than sleeping and bathing we didn't really spend much time inside because the balcony was HUGE, with plenty of seating and most importantly, an awesome view of Positano, Montepertuso, and the Spiaggia Grande to the east, the Tyrrhenian Sea to the south, and Torre Trasita and Fornillo to the west. Checking in was a breeze as we were met upon arrival by the property manager where he gave us an overview of the property along with dining suggestions and a few other tips about the area. The location is about half way between Caffe Positano and the Ferry dock. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a balcony with an awesome view for a reasonable price.

The apartment’s terrace provides a breathtaking view overlooking Positano and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Well stocked apartment and comfortable bedrooms. Like all living spaces in Positano, there are stairs to climb. The benefit of this apartment are the good restaurants above and the easy access to beach and ferry boats below. The host was very helpful with getting porters for our luggage.

Perfectly situated in Positano
This apartment was right above the ferries and route to the beach and restaurants. It was spacious and the balcony was perfect in the mornings and watching the sunsets. Both bedrooms had access to the balcony as well. Grady was super responsive and helpful when meeting us to give us our keys. This was the best trip ever, we couldn’t ask for more.

Worth the view
Let me start by saying that getting a place close to the center of town is a must. There are stairs for days in the Amalfi Coast. This home is in almost the perfect location. You will still have to conquer some stairs, but not as many as most places. The home is clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing, pictures don’t do it justice. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The only thing that could be better is a mattress pad, the beds were very hard. But that is just me reaching a little to find a reason to not give a perfect rating. Stay here!
