Very comfortable and being right in the middle of old Rome was very special and memorable.

Close proximity to everything….. 2 minute walk to the Pantheon

Stairs to access the hotel but the staff were very helpful to carry baggage up/down. Stairs are the norm in most accommodations, suggestion: pack light

ロケーションが最高でした。窓の下はレストラン街で毎晩遅くまで賑やかで、うるさいと思う人もいるかもしれませんが、私たちはストリートミュージックや楽しそうな人々の喧騒を感じながらローマにきた実感を味わうことができました。スタッフも親切でレストランや息子のヴィンテージを探すエリアなどアドバイスをくれて助かりました。部屋は清潔感があり、周囲にＢＡＲがたくさんあるので朝食にも困りませんでした。

エレベーターがないのは残念ですが、このロケーションなら許容範囲です。

Fantastica posizione ed organizzazione

Una esperienza fantastica, staff disponibilissimo, giovane e gentile. La posizione è da sogno, a 2 minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni principali della città con autobus 30 che velocemente collega alla metro e tutto quanto non è in centro. Camera caldissima e insonorizzata, pulizia ottima e confortevole. Davvero soddisfatto!

Our stay was very comfortable and the apartment was in an excellent location.

The boardroom and room were quite spacious. 85 was very clean as well.

Lovely place near the Pantheon

Great location near the Pantheon, everything within easy walking distance. Room was compact but functional and Italian breakfast was provided at a restaurant overlooking the Pantheon, which was fabulous. The electric shutters blocked out the light really well too.

The coffee capsules provided for the machine didn't fit, causing the machine to leak water everywhere. Raised but nothing changed, so no coffee in the room.

If you don't like carrying luggage up stairs it's maybe not right for you. But we did fine.

Great location and friendly/helpful staff

The location, the friendly staff and how clean and tidy the premises were.

The air conditioning really struggled but we do need to account for the heatwave. The room had its own AC and although set on its lowest setting it never got near that. We spoke with the staff but together we could not find a solution. An uncomfortable night but did not diminish our experience and would return.

Great little hidden gem

Very centrally located on a street filled with restaurants, this hotel is a little hidden gem! Easy instructions to get in, the room (Suite) was large with lots of light. The bed was comfortable. There is 2 flights of stairs be warned.

I only had one day in Rome on this trip, but I would stay at this location the next time I visit.

The room was beautiful, spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed given that it’s on a bustling street with restaurants and shops. The location was perfect for visiting the Pantheon, which was my primary interest. There is a shop with 150 flavors of gelato a few doors away that is not to be missed! Try the basil or champagne.

There is no elevator so you need to be prepared to climb the stairs. Luckily, there were staff to help me with my luggage when I arrived. The hair dryer mounted in the bathroom did not work, and I was unaware that there was a second one in the bathroom cabinet.

Great location for seeing all the sites, spacious room.

The walls are extremely thin, our room was right on the main reception and could hear every word of people checking in and out, could also clearly hear music being played from 8 o’clock one of the morning. Check in is done via WhatsApp so make sure you get the code before you arrive. The entrance was just black door in a busy street so was a little hard to find.

Avoid, very poor, unclean and overpriced

No quilt cover, just a quilt wedged between two bed sheets. Minibar empty and the fridge was barely functioning. Stagnant water left in the coffee machine and dust all over the machine and the kettle. No tea or coffee provisions in the room. Falsely advertised as a 24 hour reception but there is never anybody there. You are checked in via WhatsApp and the host does not respond to any of your questions or issues however, will send you a message demanding city tax for an apartment that doesn’t legally qualify for city tax as it is barely meeting a 1* B&B. We paid for breakfast but no breakfast vouchers were left on the first day and so we went to a local cafe for breakfast that cost £40 and later realised it was the exact cafe the breakfast vouchers should have been provided for. Once we were given vouchers for other days, we noticed the restaurant downgraded everything eg. orange juice wasn’t fresh, pastries were half the size and the staff didn’t treat you as friendly either. You literally get a small croissant, a coffee and a half filled glass of orange juice. We gave the guy multiple opportunities to sort out the issues with polite messages and he just simply ignored us. I really would not recommend this place to stay.

The breakfast wasn't much, we had to go to a local cafe and we got tea and a croissant. The waiter was very friendly and chatty though. Some jam to go with croissant would have been nice or a choice of toast. The room was lovely though.

Central Location, Clean, Studio not 1BR

Location was perfect, very central, and the room was cleaned everyday.

The photos were not clear that the Bedroom and Living Room are one. It is actually a studio, not a 1 bedroom. Also the sofa bed was not comfortable.

Perfect location, Perfect stay!

Location was fantastic we could walk anywhere in 30 mins! The property was easy to find as it's the only door that isn't a business and has a sign adjacent to the door. The access instructions that are sent by WhatsApp are clear and easy to access the property.. We met a really kind helpful lady when we arrived an hour earlier than our check in time who looked after our bags whilst she finished preparing our room (which was perfect every day - thank you!) .. Honestly we would stay here again in a heartbeat, and recommend to all our friends if they stayed in Rome. - The Room is a great size, lovely view of a church out our window and minutes to the Pantheon where if you want you can have a free breakfast in the morning before your day exploring Rome! The window is so thick it blocks out all noise from the street below and we had very good night's sleep at the property... Thank you for hosting us as it was a perfect stay! :-D

absolutely superb!!

firstly I read a good few reviews like most people do and that made me aware of the things that caused others some bother ie getting the code to the doors and getting the tv up and running!! Charme & Chic Luxury was superb for myself and the misses!! got the codes the morning of arriving and already knew that was the case so that was sweet! asked them to sort the tv and that was done quickly and with no fuss! clean rooms and lovely decorated I really can’t speak highly enough of the place!! location absolutely on point 👍🏻

Fantastic

I've stayed at Charme & Chic Luxury about 4 or 5 times and with good reason, its location is perfect as it's a stone's throw away from the Pantheon. The WiFi signal, which is very important to me as I am often working, is very strong; they even have two WiFi connections. I have stayed in both the Diamante and Platino rooms and they are both very clean and with all relevant amenities. The cleaner on site is very friendly as well and I thank her for complimenting my Italian!
