Apartment has room for improvement

Location was quite central and in walking distance to most attractions. Host tried do be helpful via WhatsApp

The apartment is on the 1st floor in a residential complex and doesn’t get much daylight. Living room could need a more indirect lightning source. Shower sink was not working properly. Check-in process was confusing and the check-in lady (from an external agency) came 20 minutes late. We were then asked for an extra 24€ city tax which seems to be legit but we think this should be included in the price shown on here as nobody likes extra fees.

A great choice to explore lovely Bologna from.

Guido was a great host. He responded quickly to our messages prior to and during our 2 night stay. He kindly met us there early on the day we arrived and let us store our bags on the day we left, giving us a key to the basement so we could collect them in our own time. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The A/C was great as we were there during a very hot time. Extra touches like bottles of water in the fridge and coffee, sugar and biscuits very much appreciated. Good location, central enough to walk everywhere but also peaceful at night. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend both the apartment and Bologna.

Would choose again in my next trip to Bologna

Our stay in Residence Griffoni was really exceptional. The hosts was so kind to arrange our check-in patiently even our flight was delayed. Apartment was super clean, was having coffee machine, microwave oven and kitchen appliances. The heating of the flat was very well. The apartment was located 8mins walking to the historical center of Bologna and we could walk everywhere. We could also store our luggages in storage after check-out until our flight time. Residence Griffoni made our visit to Bologna very convenient:)

Superb

Although it had no outlook, the apartment received light from three light wells and the interior was colourfully and tastefully decorated in a modern style. The apartment appeared newly renovated, it was very clean and well equipped with coffee maker and kitchen appliances. The host, Guido, checked in with me several times to see if I needed anything. The apartment was easy walking distance from the main plaza all major sites, cafes, restaurants and the main market area.

There was nothing to dislike.

Beautifully decorated and plenty of space .Guido is a very generous host and nothing is too much trouble for him. He keeps in contact to ensure everything is ok.

one of the best places I have ever stayed at! great apartment with big and confy bed, new and clean bathroom, AC was working well and the neighbourhood is extremely quiet and safe even though right in the city centre and near all the attractions! we loved our stay and would recommed this to everyone :)

Well located in walking distance of anywhere in Bologna but still quiet. Air conditioning was great as the nights were quite hot. Bed very comfortable.

Well located, clean, well equipped, kind host.

The host, Guido was very kind and helpful. Everything happened as discussed in advance. The apartment is located only 2 minutes walking from the famous Piazza Maggiore. The accommodation was clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable for two adults. The air conditioner worked very well. Absolutely not negative, but perhaps useful information for the guests: due to its central location, the apartment cannot be reached by car (for local residents only) so a ~15 minutes walking should be taken into account from the first public parking place. I truly recommend this accommodation.

the host’s effort. everything was perfect - from comunication, to leaving the place. the residence has great location and it’s very confortable.

i liked everything. maybe for future travelels - if you want warmer room, scale up the heat sooner, not right before sleep :)

Great location in the city center, spacious and well designed. It`s in a quiet area and most important, has a really comfortable bed – after hours of wandering around you need a good sleep to keep doing it for a couple more days. Guido was a friendly and attentive host.

Perfect apartment for exploring Bologna

Everything was absolutely perfect. The hosts were very friendly and communicative; they met us to give us the keys and explain everything in person, and then met us again at the end, when they helped us by calling a taxi for us so we could get to the airport. The space was really perfect—it’s generously sized, especially for Italy, and the furnishings were comfortable and just right for the space. Super clean, comfortable, and relaxing! And with a great location too. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

Super location, Guido was so helpful and made sure we had anything we needed. The location is so central, you can walk everywhere in the city and get to the train station easily to visit other towns.

You can hear a lot from the neighbours but that is the old style of the buildings, you would have this anywhere in the city I expect.
