Best value for money

I have a short stopover in Ho Chi Minh so I booked a cheap option. However, it was a nice surprise since the room was cozy, well decorated and the most important, super clean. The staff was also very helpful and you can just a grab to go to main attractions. I didn't expect to have such a nice impression.

Neutral on this place, I’d stay again though

Each room is stylish, has a bathtub, small balcony.

Good enough for the money

Nice stuff, and facilities. Maybe would be easy if they all could speak more English but I understand.

The bed was bearable but you could feel the springs.

Find another place!

When you have the first look of the room, it looks nice. But it definitely needs to be repaired. Location is good if you arrive with motobike or car

There was used condom on bedside table, and reception staff just said "we are really sorry". No changing the room or any compensation what so ever... Shower is broken, sink is unstable... And the bed is the most horrendous where I have ever slept. I will never ever stay here again and nether should you.

BAD WIFI

The location is good for me- far from the center, but close to expat areas. Complimentary tea and coffee. The bed is comfortable, the decor it's nice, and the room was clean. Good job housekeeping!

The WiFi in my room was TERRIBLE. I could not finish my work because the signal was so weak. There is a smart TV, but it is useless because the WiFi is so bad. I could not watch Netflix at all🙄 the soundproofing is not good. I also had to pay cash before I checked into the room.

I can watch Netflix & YouTube. And cheap price. But anything else is terrible.

Not clean (dust, long hear) No good facility condition : TV remote control is out of order, no battery) Staff : No change towel & cleaning for 5 days Location : it takes 3~6 USD to go to the downtown

barebones facilities

alarm rang out in the middle of the night for ~45 minutes, then reception called my room to see if that was my car alarm. i did not arrive by personal car... tv wasn't working at first. really, this property barely passed as a bed and shower.

this is NOT a proper hotel this is love hotel which is popular for ppl looking for few hours sex hence No wardrobe, no desk, no microwave, dirty bed and unhelpful night auditor. I got cut and needs the bandages which they didn’t have then I asked someone could help me buy them I’ll pay the fees but the night auditor said no one can help. I’m a female and have no transportation plus it was 10pm at night, everything was closed and pharmacy was like 10-15 mins walk away and roads are dark. no tissue either they replaced by bad quality toilet roll. awful

A nice place with facilities that is convenient. Try other room option that might be better.

The bath tub is good for a restful night. Bed was soft and cosy. Hot water ok and air con works well. Only 1 night stay so we did not do much.

We wish to have a decent shower area, the room has a shower head above the toilet pan area and next to a vanity, lucky I am a slim person. We have builders working on the hotel signage while we stay. The water from tap sometimes looks yellow. We stayed for 1 night only so that is ok.

Location can accept

- this was the first time I knew a hotel wanted to hold passport of guest while they are foreigners and that was the most important for them in vn to go out. Is this a professional skill or a regulation? If it is a regulation, has the owner learned about hotel business? Wonder how the owner train the staff?? - so noisy.. for me, I could not call it hotel. Not fit with hotel standards Not as photo. Light quite dark.
