Sehr schönes riesiges Appartment etwas abseits vom Geschehen aber mit guter Strassenbahn Anbindung

Das Appartment ist riesig groß. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank kann sogar Eiswürfel produzieren. Es gab genügend Vorrat an Toilettenpapier und auch weitere Handtücher. Eine wirklich sehr komfortable Unterkunft. Die Straßenbahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Unterkunft Der Fitnessbereich ist sehr gut.

Wir haben die Unterkunft länger suchen müssen. Als Nicht-US Bürger sind wir auf Wifi angewiesen, somit konnten wir vor Ort nicht im Internet nach dem Hotel suchen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Jung Hotel, dieser Hinweis wäre hilfreich gewesen. Eine Hausnummer haben wir nicht gesehen, ebenso wenig ein Hinweis auf Sonder. Erst als wir durch die Lobby gingen und an den Aufzügen standen, haben wir ein Sonder Schild gesehen. Der Concierge wollte 20 Dollar damit er für 1,5 Stunden unser Gepäck aufbewahrt! Eine andere Gepäckaufbewahrung gibt es leider nicht. Der Pool ist in weniger guten Zustand, einige Fliesen sind abgeplatzt.

Apartamento muy nuevo y limpio. Estancias muy grandes y lavadora y secadora privada en el apartamento

La piscina sin duchas, por lo que el agua estaba muy turbia. No tiene parking y el propuesto por el hotel es extremadamente caro en comparativa con los parkings de alrededor.

El apartamento es muy amplio. Demasiado grande solo para ir a dormir. Es ideal para una familia con niños/jovenes.

Hay muchos grupos de jovenes con ganas de fiesta y fumar hierba.

Wonderful stay in New Orleans

Excellent space, two gorgeous bathrooms, full Kitchen, great location!

It requires some touches to repair small damages. You can see the property and furnitures show signs of wear & tear.

good place to stay more than three days with full kitchen and laundry

wide space, clean, kitchen, good amenities, not very much far from French Quarter

there was no blanket and sheets for a sofa bed and it took more than two hours for us to get it at night, it would be better if there was a cutting board in the kitchen,

This is the best accommodation experience, never lived in such a good room, the room is particularly large, the facilities are particularly complete, the kitchen is super beautiful, the washing machine, the dryer is super convenient. In short, especially super value.

Overall I would choose Sonder again. Everything was beautiful and the automation of the service requests/assistance

I love that the property was downtown and still secure. The separate elevators for Sonder was a GREAT security touch. Even when there was traffic in the lobby for the Jung Hotel it did not affect our ability to get in and out.

The valet service was a little hectic. The process of getting your vehicle could’ve been ALOT smoother. After using the text service for convenience and still not receiving our vehicle until 20 mins later was unfortunate. I even had to retrieve my own keys from the front desk because they were”unable to find my reservation” after I submitted payment. If it’s $45 for overnight should be much more seamless. After that experience on the 1st night we chose to park our car elsewhere for the remainder of our stay

Buena ubicación, muy cerca del centro pero lejos del ruido. Apartamento amplio, excelente baño

Proceso de verificación online como varios requisitos, fotos y documento. Luego vino un mail pidiendo que pague de nuevo. Terminó siendo un mail fraudulento, pero me quedó la duda de si los anteriores también lo eran o no. Con respecto al apartamento, la cama en la sala de estar es un sofá no muy cómodo. OK para un niño, no para un adulto. Faltaban fuentes para el horno.

We had an amazing time in New Orleans and the hotel was in a good location for our taste.

The apartment was very spacious. The building was nice and the location was good for the value.

There were a few amenities missing. Small things in the kitchen like a cutting board.

Très bon pied à terre pour un séjour de 2 semaines dans la région de La Nouvelle Orléans

Grand appartement permettant une indépendance totale poue deux couples de la partie nuit. Bien équipé en éléctroménager et linge de maison. Emplacement à proximité à pied des principales activités et des moyens de transport de La Nouvelle Orléans.

L'appartement mériterait une meilleure isolation phonique extérieure: bruit de sirène bien connu aux USA.

Nice roomy apartment convenient to French Quarter and trolley

Roomy, big fridge, stovetop+oven, dishwasher, huge modern washer+dryer, keypad entry lock, trolley-stop steps away, 15min walk to French Quarter. Sonder staff replied immediately when we requested an additional frying pan to cook with and supplied well before we needed it.

Stream-only TV can be limiting, beds large but not the most comfortable, would be nice to have a 6-seat table. None of these really detracted from our stay, though.

Loved it !

Modern , contemporary decor (which was not my goal) but added bonus. The apt space is huge! Bed and bath, kitchen and living space is clean. Hot water. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook your own meal. Washer and dryer was also an added bonus. Location was superb. Did not have to rent a car (did use public transportation). Staff was kind, friendly, helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I was change is the couch. The lime green was (facing the TV) is not very comfy. But we managed.

Beautiful, stylish and clean. Good location. Very nice gym.

They don’t have cable or satellite tv. They only have a tv on the live room, not in the bedroom and you have to download an app called Chromecast tv which is awful and doesn’t work well. This Chromecast tv has an extremely limited number of available app options and you can’t find much on these apps.

Despite the water leak, which was quickly fixed by the staff, we had a great stay.

Close proximity of public transportation and the price.

On arriving, there was small water leak in the kitchen which may have been caused by the fridge. It was communicated to Sonder staff and it was fixed the next day.

Possible bedbug situation that was not addressed by the property. The entrance protocol was weird, had to give a LOT of sensitive information to prove identity. Made me very uncomfortable. I won't stay at their properties again.

Cozy and Comfortable

The room itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The shower was wonderful. I loved the bathroom, the modern oversized tub and the "square toilet". The Sonder team allowed us to check-in a little early which allowed us to make our event on-time.

I didn't like how low the bed was to the floor. There was no TV in the bedroom. We had a hard time connecting the TV for streaming on our phones. It was incredibly hard getting inside the room every time we left. We felt as though the door needs repairing. No soap for the washing machine. No accessibility to extra face towels until a Sonder employee was available the next morning.

Its the perfect place to stay if you are going to a football game.

I really liked the fact that codes were needed to up the elevators and to also get to the room. The tub was big, and pretty much had everything you needed in the room.

The place is very nice, but the couches were a little worn out, but not a deal breaker. The bellhop was under the influence of something but didn't cause any issue, just couldn't understand him when he talked.
