Terrible

THE BEDS WERE COVERED IN BEDBUGS. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I had to leave middle of the night when they were crawling and pinching me. When I checked the bed carefully as I wear glasses there was a lot crawling everywhere. My skin is still irritated. Staff denied complete which is so wrong.

Wet floor, ordinary room, ok staff but limited hours

Reception were fine, although it would be good if there was someone available later.

Our floor was wet... The whole stay. Assume stream cleaning but so wet we couldn't walk on it without squelching, and was still wet when we checked out 🤷‍♂️

Disappointing

Hotel was walking distance to very large and busy shopping centre.

Cleanliness extremely poor- carpet filthy, shower dirty, Stayed 4 nights and room only serviced once- had to get rid of our rubbish. There is a restaurant at the front of the hotel- if you get home too late you can't get a park due to the restaurant patrons parking in all the hotel car spots. Staff seem very disorganised and not really present- cleaners took one of the swipe cards from our room and we never got it back. photos say there is a share kitchen- not usable as it is dirty, there is no cutlery or plates. If you ask for a plate the staff will give you one that is dirty. Everything in the kitchen looks broken and dysfunctional.

Gosy, quiet and central location

Great parking on-site, very quiet rooms, close to the CBD. Clean and tidy rooms.

There weren't any bread plates or knives available in the room, yet there was a toaster, fridge and microwave. So having toast for breakfast was a challenge.

The reception and hallway smelt of stale cigarettes. The elevator had a puddle in the corner. The big bed’s mattress was down to the wires and very uncomfortable. We folded the duvet over to get it more comfortable but not too successful The Shower fluctuates from good flow to a trickle and appears to be when a shower was being used elsewhere..

Very little crockery, cutlery. No local information including restaurants, etc. No phone to contact reception. Heating not working but on request a heater provided.

Good convenient location

Poorly maintained, air conditioning was not working and we were not advised. Very cold and was offered dirty blankets… in the end the nice worker had to go get us a heater from her daughters house.

Walking distance from the World Cup

The room had microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and everything we needed to make breakfast and relax. The room was spacious, the shower was excellent.

Two small flashing lights- one on the inoperable thermostat and one on the presumably inoperable fire alarm.

Terrible stay. Disgusting room.

The location is excellent.

We were not informed that this property is being used as social housing. We were confronted by social housing guests each day about whether we had free cigarettes which was confronting for our children. The room was not cleaned, and the linen was not changed after we requested it (sign on the door). We had to ask at office reception to have this done. The basin in the bathroom was not secured to the panel. What looked like semen stains on the bed headboard. Overall a terrible experience. And it takes a lot for us/me to complain.

Exceptional

The water bottles, the bath, the beds the price os great. Location was perfect for us and not close to the motorway to hear the cars driving past all night.

When we asked for an extra cup in our room as we only had one reception wasn't very helpful. They pointed me to the communal kitchen and said of there's one in there u can use it. We asked for our room to be serviced one day and only our bathroom got done. Not a biggie as we did straighten the bed up before leaving.

It’s a bit better than a hostel because of the privacy. But even for that still a bit expensive.

The receptionist extended out checkout from 10am to 11am. The location was also nice.

Unfriendly staff, very dirty kitchen and toilets.

Room and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed daily room servicing with fresh towels, toiletries and rubbish removal.

Passageways need better ventilation. Windows and window frames in room need cleaning.

Close to broadway but we won’t stay again.

Easy access to broadway and Westfield. Big room. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure. Staff were lovely.

We used the “please make up my room” sign and the only thing that was made up in the room was one new toilet roll and two water bottles. We had no towels so had to ask 4 times over a day before finally going back downstairs and asking again. The jug doesn’t work unless you hold down the on button. The shower had mold and the gel was peeling off the door and touched us when showering. The bedside lights didn’t work. It was very noisy at night around 930pm Sunday night with people exiting the restaurant below. No ventilation in bathroom or any rooms so the smell of cooking food was everywhere.
