Nothing
It is nothing like the photos. Pulling into the driveway, my heart sunk. Rooms are dated. Have a certain damp odor. There was no working TV. When asked, they say the guy working on it now. 3 hrs later, no one at reception, no answering phone. Go reception in the morning, no one.. The only positive was THANK GOD it was only 1 night. It's not worth the $

Its a budget motel but clean and is centrally located. Defnitely not a 5 star but absolute value for money paid. I have stayed here before and glad to see they have renovated the property recently. Nothing fancy but thats what I needed as well. Beds were super comfy and air con helps during a cold night. Receptionist and the housekeeping staff were friendly and gave me extra towels when asked. Will defnitely stay again.

Absolutely nothing.
It was the dirtiest most run down place imaginable.
The place was used to house homeless people.
The police knocked on my door looking for someone then they advised me not to stay there because of the drug and violence problems. I stayed one night, had no sleep and move on first thing in the morning. I would like my money back for the second night as the advertising for this place is nothing but a lie. What a disgusting place.

Not much can be done now but I really think this place needs to be closed down
Let me put it this way we stayed but only cause our car was broken down and it was a roof over our heads we had to rooms they were adjoin thruba door one didntbhave a TV no biggie but can not see how they could have them sperate both rooms were not clean at all we all slept but not very well we were getting bitten most of the night the room kids were in window was broken and would not close so draft all night like my dogs have a better bed out side my son all so got a zap off a cable just hanging off the wall it was loud and went boom with a flash of light.
The room we stayed in wasn't part of this motel but was like the next door motel that looks to have been closed for some time it also has long term tenants in most of these room some were gang affiliated and in the morining when I walked out of our room at 7am to a person using a glass bowl it was the last straw we left right there and then I am more now worried that it could of been used in the room we stayed in there was no tea coffee milk or even soap in these rooms also
If our car had not broke down and there was no 6 60 consent on at edin Park we would not have stayed but was low on options as we had 3 kids and a new born and needed a room over our heads and the price was stuipd 400 a night ibhave stayed in 5 start places for less than this and the person at the desk even made the comment that he knew there was no accommodation any where in auckland so prices were going up so feel a little robbed but like I said we had no other option

The only thing I liked, is it had clean sheets and towels
Booking a nice place by the photos on booking.com , to find it has changed to a short term /long term accommodation and has been trashed by other people . We’ve stayed there before so that is why we went back there . I was scared of the tough rough short term people that stay there, dribbles in walls , bricks for leg on bed, sticky floors and carpet, broken window latches, wholes in walls , no toaster,, no pillows on single beds , yucky . My 80 yr old mum was with me celebrating her birthday , it was so scary to stay there.

Comfortable room, good shower, free parking, handy for city centre yet quiet and safe. Good restaurants nearby
Could use a lick of paint
