The location was well lit and I felt safe. Access to my room was easy. They provided me with a wheelchair which was going above and beyond regular service.

Overall we had a decent experience.

The staff was very pleasant. Easy access to the highway and amenities.

Parking wasn't the best. Before I booked, I did not check to see if the hotel was pet friendly. There was a strong odor of urine in the hallway, but the rooms were fine.

Desk clerk Cortney was very friendly, helpful and professional but I didn’t like my room.

Mediocre

Our room was “musty”. Can’t say whether it was mildew or something in the carpet but even with humid weather the air conditioning should keep the air dryer. Desk clerk could not sense or smell anything but suffice it to say we are on an 11 day road trip staying in 6 hotels; 3 of them are Hyatts. This was the only one that had a “mold” scent.

We enjoyed staying at the Hyatt.

We appreciate the facility cleanliness and size of room.

Asked for body wash to be filled and never received any. The window shade next to the bed allows light to shine in, would have appreciated more darkness.

Nice quite and clean

The fact the staff was nice and helpful! The breakfast was just what I needed!!

No small refrigerator in room! That was all it was misssing!

Had a great time with family but will not book a room there ever again.

Location was very good

We did not get the room we paid for, was very small, we were supposed to get a 2-room suite and ended up with a match box as my wife described it for $400.00 dollars a night. The hotel clerk blamed the booking company for not describing the room properly. I would like to get some of my money back

Pleasant

The deadbolt to the door was broken. The repairman worked on it from 8:45-9:45 pm and couldn’t get it fixed. The facility did not provide any accommodations or help. The shower also leaked, creating a pool of water in the bathroom. the microwaved sparked when in use and the rooms were not cleaned daily.
