This comfortably furnished cabin has everything you need to sit back, relax and enjoy the solitude. The large sleeping loft has a king size bed and the bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and twin flip out bench. Comfort all year round with central heat/AC, gas fireplace, a wraparound deck with a hot tub, and a fire-pit outside. Entertainment abound with WiFi, cable TV in both bedrooms along with HD cable in the living room. Located close to the heart of Maggie Valley with easy access on a paved road; great for bikers and skiers alike. Firewood for the fire-pit is available for purchase by the bundle or by the truck load from Maggie Mountain Vacations.

Less than a 20 minute drive to the heart of Maggie Valley, Cataloochee Ski Area, Tony’s Tube World (snow tubing), Wheels Through Time (historic motorcycle, as featured on History Channels “American Pickers”), horseback riding and golfing. In about 15 minutes, you could be in Waynesville at Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Walmart or head to Main Street in Waynesville and enjoy additional shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

This cabin is about a 30 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, The Smoky Mountain National Park, and the Harrah's Casino in Cherokee (even if you do not gamble it has some of the best restaurants around), Pisgah National Forest, several golf courses, and just west of Cherokee is Bryson City (home of the Smoky Mountain Railway and “Polar Express” during the Christmas Holiday).

A little more than 40 minutes away, you’ll arrive in Asheville at the Biltmore Estates & Winery, several micro-breweries, and 1 hour and 25 minutes away is Transylvania County (home of the most waterfalls in the United States), and over 100 Antique Shops.

Approximately, 50 minutes away heading south to Hendersonville, you can visit Sierra Nevada Brewery (with their enormous dining and Tap Room), gem mining, white water rafting, zip-lining and much more in the surrounding areas. You are just under 1 hour 20 minutes to Gatlinburg, TN and Pigeon Forge (home of Dollywood).

The approach to this vacation rental is easily accessible, paved road right off the main road in Maggie Valley. We advise during the Fall and Winter Season (more specifically during inclement weather) guests use an all-wheel drive or 4 wheel drive for accessibility.
