THEY SHOULD GET THERE ACT TOGETHER AND HAVE A MIN COMLIMENTARY WHEN ARRIVING AS MOST OTHER DO.THEY C

THE LOCATION WAS REALLY GOOD

THE TOILET FLUSH WAS DIFFICULT TO USE THE SHOWER PLATE 30 CM ABOVE FLOOR SHOULD HAVE A SAFETY BAR TO GET OUT NOTHING COMPLEMENTARY : NOT EEVEN A TEA BAG, OR A NESPRESSO CAPSULE THE OWNER SAID CHECK OUT AT 12 THE AGENT ARRIVED AT 10 AND WAS FURIOUS WE WERE STILL THERE NO WASHING MACHINE 30 STEPS TO GET TO THE DOOR THE LIFT MAY NOT BE USED BY APARTMENT

Apartment with a water glimpse

The location was fantastic, very close to the harbour, restaurants, shops and sites. The bedrooms were very spacious, with fresh air and air-conditioning. The kitchen was basic but sufficient. There was a washing machine too. The apartment was on the first floor with only stairs going up, which is tricky with heavy suitcases. Otherwise the location was great.

The wifi dropped in and out, and the reception did not often reach the furthest bedroom. Also, there is only one very narrow shower cubicle with poor water pressure.

The owner was super nice and helpful and the apartment was very clean and comfortable with a very excellent location although we only stayed for one night but we really liked it .

The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The neighborhood had some good restaurants The bedrooms are spacious, and the 2nd half-bathroom was helpful

The apartment has a bad odor (smell). It seemed like someone was smoking in the apartment a long time ago. We reported it to the hosts, and they said they didn’t smell it, and nothing could be done to fix it. I think this is true. The smell was probably deep in the walls. It especially bothered my wife. I noticed it every time I entered and when I went near the entry and kitchen. When we arrived at our next destination, we had to wash all of our clothes to remove the smell.

Great apartment in a good location

Located in a safe area and easy distance to walk to and from the centre of town. Very nice cafe for breakfast just next door and some good bars and restaurants nearby.

Great Location

Great location and next door to an excellent restaurant and a coffee shop. There are two supermarkets and other restaurants very closeby. It was lovely to be in a traditional building so close to the seafront. The owner, Valerio was easy to contact and really friendly. We arrived at around 10a.m and the porter at the entrance contacted the cleaner and she came to take us to the apartment where we had a quick look around and left our luggage. She gave us a set of keys each and we came back at 12.30 when she had finished cleaning. Everything was very clean and in order when we returned. Overall an excellent stay.

It could do with a proper second bathroom. The first bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink but the second only has a toilet and sink, no shower or bath. That is fine if you are a family but if you are unrelated you may find it a problem sharing. Luckily we know the friends we travelled with very well! The two bedrooms are next door to each other, have their own entrance door but have an unecessary interconnecting pair of swing doors which don’t close very well. That can be a problem for privacy. However, this apartment is such good value for money and we were only there for three nights so it didn’t matter too much. We would definitely stay there again.
