It’s good size, well located
Extremely noisy, difficult to sleep there.

Property is in a good location. We had the first floor flat/apartment.
It could have been better presented. It was clear it was just set up for easy money. Cheap fittings and poor finishes in bathroom etc.

Location
Location was good but building was so old. I could literally hear people next door walking, talking, going to the bathroom..etc all night. Definitely not a place to spend a vacation in. Go for it only if you need a clean bed for a night, and nothing else. We missed our plane so we had to find a cheap place to stay for a night because we were already way over budget. I booked this place at a last minute notice. We found ourselves walking into a very tiny apartment full of beds. 3 in reception and 1 double in another tiny bedroom just a couple of inches away. Zero privacy. But we had to be all scrambled in this place till the morning because I couldnt find anything cheaper for all 5 of us. Can’t even say value for money because I can’t believe I paid $160 in that horrible place. Wish i took 2 rooms in travel lodge instead and even saved money! Won’t ever come back again.

La localisation est superbe! Juste à côté de la station Kings Cross ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer dans Londres. De plus il y a plusieurs endroits pour manger à côté de l’appartement, ainsi qu’un supermarché. Le personnel était très agréable.

The property was in a perfect location, close to King’s Cross station.
The bathroom had a lot of mould around the tiles and the shower didn’t look very good so we didn’t use it.

Perfect location.

Convenient to the train station.
Supermarket directly below.
Steep steps to get up, no room in the door way to bring your bags inside before climbing the steep steps. Understand it is an old building but it was very difficult for my mother, two kids and us to get up with all our luggage.
Three single beds crammed in the living space, although we knew about before hand that it was very tight and no where to put luggage.
Shower was dirty and there were hairs on the floor from previous guests. The toilet roll holder fell out of the wall.
Noise from the street kept us all night as well as the street lights coming through the curtains.
One of our family members had a terrible itching rash after sleeping in one of the beds that lasted a few days.
The signs throughout the rooms advising of no illegal activity tolerated and sink is only meant for washing dishes etc makes you feel uneasy about what’s gone on here before. I also wasn’t a fan of the PIN codes to get into the room.
We only stayed one night before finding alternate accommodation.

It was clean. That’s it!
It was very hard to find! There was around 30 or so stairs. It was not a good part of London. A pub across the street and they partied all night! VERY loud all night! Also before we went out I left my wallet on the table because we took cash with us and someone came in and stole my wallet!! The doors all had key pads not keys! I asked how often they change the key pad numbers and I was told they didn’t! So who knows who had the number to get in!

very close to international train station
lots of stairs, I’ll be sure to travel lighter on our next trip to Europe.

Very close to the station
The flight of stairs you have to go up to get to the room. Not so easy with loads of luggage.
Room was nothing like pictured, had 3 single beds in 1 room and double in the other, pushed right up against the wall with no bedside table or PowerPoints.
no PowerPoints in the bathroom either.
Cover on one of the beds was filthy.
calling themselves Kings Cross International is a joke, they are pretending to be a hotel.

Property was very clean and near to Pancras international..
very supportive staff..

Great value in a great location (literally 3 mins walk from Kings Cross station). Bedroom (3rd floor) was very quiet for somewhere so close to the centre. Host was extremely friendly and gave such a warm welcome. Felt secure and safe for a single female traveller.
It wasn't an issue for me, but there are a lot of stairs to get to the 3rd floor so it would be tricky with a heavy suitcase. However, this issue is traded off by being further away from the traffic and street noise so it would be my preference if/when I visit again.

Small but comfortable apartment right by King's Cross and St Pancras station, which makes it perfect if you arrive by train.
Don't be fooled by the external image of the building as it looks quite old, but the apartment is modern and clean. The facilities are quite basic but you can cook simple meals, the beds are comfy (one double bed in a separate bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room). The bathroom and kitchen are quite clean. The area is full of shops and supermarkets, and there's several metro and bus stops close by, so all very convenient.
Surprisingly, despite being on a super busy and noisy street, in the apartment you can't hear any of it; the windows face the back of the building, so at night you don't hear a thing.
The host was very friendly, responded quickly, and the access to the apartment is via door code, so you don't even need to meet - we just arrived there, called Joe, and were granted access to the apartment immediately.
The building is a bit old, so you can hear people walking up or down the stairs, or on the top floor (but nothing too serious).
It would be nice to have a broom or a vacuum cleaner, as there is nothing to clean the floor if you spill something, but as I said the apartment is quite clean overall.

The location is awesome - literally 2 minutes on foot to King's Cross. The staff was very helpful and eager to help us. The room was facing into the back fot he building so it was relatively quiet and the room was clean and cozy.

Could do with redecoration

Hotel was close to where we needed to be. It was easy to find and the manager although not on site arrived quickly when we called to say we had arrived. Good sized room for 3/4 people comfortable and clean.
