Not great

Location.

It was impossible to take a shower and not flood the entire bathroom. I understand that spaces are small but it's not that hard to create some kind of barrier for the water not to spill everywhere. Also, if you have zero space in the room to open a suitcase, please supply some hangers so that guests can unpack and hang up their clothes.

Adequate

Fairly comfortable and easy to find, big plus is that there was a pub next door. The staff were friendly and breakfast was alright.

It wasn’t much to shout about as far as the overall experience was. It was literally just a bed and a half decent room.

Nice hotel, good service, on the edge of lively Shoreditch (always something to do)

Very friendly staff, we were first offered a smaller room (306, not a nice room) but on request 205 on the streetside turned out to be possible. Also willing to provide adapters for charging phones. Good breakfast, neat host and madam, possible to bring suitcases earlier. Go to the Motorcycle Bike Shed Company, not even 5 minutes walk.

Ask for the more spacious rooms on the street side. There is a bar under the hotel, on summer evenings thee is a lot of people on the street. However, the rooms are very quiet. Bathroom furniture from 205 needs renovation.

Very good and surpassed my expectations.

Value for money is excellent. The hotel is clean, nice and comfortable. The area is very trendy and full of life, little cafes and bars and pubs. Well connected and I would consider going back definitely.

Nice and safe

I felt really safe here. I like that the reception is always manned and you need to be let through to get to the rooms

Staff didn't respond to emails before our stay. Breakfast room incredibly cramped and not much choice of what to eat. Receptionist a bit rude. Not a great area.

In all, it was beautiful and worth every dime of the money paid.

How clean and comfortable the rooms were.

Maybe work on the reception area; it’s a little clustered. looking at how cute the rooms are, w person who lacks the patience might not go in.

Staff were very accommodating. The receptionist even allowed us to leave our luggage upon checking it so we could go around the city.

The water heater in the shower is faulty. It was too hot. The breakfast is just a croissant, boiled egg and coffee.

Great location and good value for money

Great location in the middle of all things happening in trendy East London. The room has been refurbished lately and it was in very good condition. The breakfast was ideal, the bathroom was impecable. It was perfect. Great value for money.

Maybe the checjk out could have been tiny bit later.

Superb

Immaculate,well presented, and a lift. This is a victorian conversion to a high standard. Very convenient for us and local to bars & restaurants.oh and the receptionist was very pleasant. Not sure about parking but we were using public transport.

It was the worst stay of my life - I had no sleep and it was disgusting

Actually nothing - it was the worst stay I‘ve ever had!

It was very dirty and it stunk really bad, there was no cleaning at all - they did not even made the beds! The staff was very unfriendly and incompetent, the breakfast was very poor, pls see the pics

Comfy stay in Shoreditch

The location was ideal for a stay in Shoreditch. The bed was comfy and room was big enough. Bathroom was huge with lots of toiletries. Staff were helpful and we kept our bags their after check out. Chef was friendly who served us breaky.

If I had to pick something, the area around the bed was small. Only one bedside table and partner had to side step around the bed to get in. But not a big deal
