Luxury Garden Ground Floor!

It was very easy to get in and out. No long lines at registration. Just walk to your unit. We may be flexible with an earlier check in. The Unit is spacious, pool is wonderful and location is great. Kauai has become quite the destination spot and this resort is at the middle of everything.

Luxury Garden, two bedroom, three bathroom Ground Floor Condo at this Beachfront Resort located in a quiet tropical garden setting. Perfect for couples or families! just steps to the sandy beach, heated pool with water slides, sandy bottom jacuzzis, and sandy beach pool for children!

Waipouli B101 is a beautiful 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Condo at 1st Class Waipouli Beachfront Resort & Spa on the beautiful island of Kauai.Located on the ground floor in 'B' Building, this well decorated 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo offers easy access to the pool and beach with quiet privacy when returning to the condo. This Beautiful Condo features the highest quality designer furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment. Three LCD flat panel wall mounted televisions with access to On Demand movies and a large selection of channels.

Enjoy Paradise surrounded by the finest designer furnishings, lush bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state of the art equipment: The condo features the highest quality modern style furnishings for your comfort. Sub-zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf Appliances designed by Chefs with a passion, cabinets made of fine African mahogany, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king size bed, a full size dresser and a Master Bath with it's own tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower. The Second Master Bedroom Suite has both a Queen size bed and a Full size bed (extra long) with master bath of its own, with a soaking tub and a small bathroom with shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper with a new memory foam mattress to comfortably accommodate 6 - 8 people

Everything is within walking distance: pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across
the street. A beach walking path runs right past the resort, ideal for running or early sunrise strolls.

Be aware there is no property management here at the property and only one security person on staff… there was many local kids coming in and out of the pool daily and several of our pairs of shoes and items were stolen from the pool area while we were there swimming. The security guard said he knew the boys well who stole my son shoes, And that they come in there all the time but did nothing about it. many items were broken in the unit and it did not advertise that it faces the parking lot …there are zero parking spaces because all the workers park in the back parking lot and leave no room for the guest to park. they left absolutely no extra rolls of toilet paper and a half a roll of paper towels so with seven people in the unit we were out by day four or five had to go across the street and buy our own toilet paper. There’s just not enough management at this resort since it’s privately owned now. Which is really unfortunate because I’ve been staying here many times since 2006 It’s definitely gone down hill. The good things are that it’s right on the beach great central location to Princeville and Poipu and the restaurant Oasis is spectacular..

The unit is very clean with lots of space. The room was very close to the pool and a very close to the beach. We enjoyed it very much and would stay there again. Check in was very easy.

This ground floor condo was perfect for our family of 7. It was conveniently located close to the pool, gas BBQ and parking lot. Kitchen was well equipped. Master bedroom had a king size bed. Second bedroom had two queens. There is a sofa bed in the living room. It was nice having a total of three toilets for our group! Our 4 and 6 year old grandkids loved the pool with the slides and waterfalls. Management team was very responsive to our questions and requests. Kapa'a is a great central location with lots of restaurants close by. We definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location and place! Staying at the resort was, almost, as great as the island itself. Grocery store/coffee shop across the street, were so convenient. We cooked several meals, did laundry, used the beach chairs and watched some movies. Made it a truly special vacation. Thank you!

We loved staying in the condo. The kitchen was exactly what we needed. Safeway is across the street for quick grocery runs. Our kids are 12, 13 and 16. It was a bit crowded with all of us. But w liked it a lot. The kids had a great time at the pool and in the ocean.

We had a good experience with our vrbo person. The place was nice the location nice as well. However the resort is disconnected with clients. We witnessed another family who had an accident with the onsite BBQ and no one would help. Each person associated with the resort passed the blame instead of attending to the immediate need of the family. They suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns and their entire trip was ruined. Again this was nothing to with our personal vrbo property manager, just the resort facility and their staff.

Everything was great although the tile floors could have been cleaner. The WI-FI in this unit was very sporadic, which made it impossible to conduct any work ( had to go to Starbucks for a reliable connection, and to the lobby to make a phone call). The WI-FI seemed to be more reliable in other units closer to the lobby. This was a serious problem with the unit.

This condo was a great find - right by a fantastic pool (warning: it's pretty cold), on a sandy play beach (but not swimming beach), with a restaurant on site that has excellent food and drink (Oasis). The condo is right by the parking lot, but the privacy hedge between made it secluded enough that we left the doors and windows open all the time with no concerns. Being on the east side of the island we had easy drive access to the north and south shores, while still being affordable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Easy communication with property management. Loved the ground floor unit, lanai nicely secluded from from parking area with attractive vegetation. Well equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, and even a cooler. Hope to come back soon!

This property and location were perfect for us! We absolutely loved it! I love the walking/bike path right on the beach that goes for miles. We enjoyed the food trucks just up the road a bit. And my kids loved the pool and beach on property. We enjoyed the hottub too. Highly recommend!

We love this resort and this unit B101. We would definitely come back! Myself, my husband and our two adult daughters stayed here and it was very spacious in this unit. We enjoyed the pool, hot tubs and the beach. We watched the sunrise every morning on the ocean, Kapaa offers the best vantage point for the sunrise. The grounds here are gorgeous! We had a fantastic vacation!

The condo and resort are absolutely beautiful. We loved being on the ground floor with close access to our car, the lovely pool, and beach. The kids had a blast in the pool and were entertained all day with that. Our room was very quiet despite being so close to the parking lot. The condo lay out worked perfectly for our family of 6 and the beds are very comfortable. There are several stores and restaurants close by as well as every amenity you might need. The weather definitely could have been better on this trip, but of course we have no control over that! We still managed to have a great time and will be back for sure!

Centrally located to everything on the island. However there was construction going on to get to the property so a 20 min drive too 40 min. Walking distance to Safeway and by the best shave ice in my option. Perfect place to be if you have children.

This was a great property. We fit perfectly with our 3 kids. It’s conveniently located on the first floor near the parking lot for easy in and out. We loved the location and the unit. We would definitely stay here again.
