Very comfortable, welcoming and homely
Drive was a bit tricky and key lock box was quite difficult to open
4.6
The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious. There is a great view from the deck.
I felt the bed that we slept in sank in the middle, so I couldn't sleep in some positions. My partner didn't have any problems.
4.6
The apartment upstairs was excellent and Roberts care and attention to us exemplary. Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a great stay.
Parking up the hill is very tight, it there is plenty of parking at street level.

We really loved Koru Havens, the feel of the place shows attentiveness to guests. It was comfortable, immaculately clean, well stocked and the wifi worked well. Balcony was fantastic. Loved the welcome note and muffins on arrival.
Only the driveway but that is really being picky

Location, easy for late arrival from ferry, comfortable for three, clean and comfy - and loved the welcome message and muffins!
Nothing it was super

Clean and well located.
Comfortable and quiet.

Proximity to the ferry, and the gorgeous view from the property. It was very close to restaurants as well.
The remote for the air conditioner was missing - but it was too late at night to call the owner who lives on site. The only other minus was the very clumsy and ill tempered lock box just next to the front door. Luckily, the owner was home and came around the corner, which was great timing, and totally helped us.

Very nice appartment, very clean, great terrace with view over Picton and very friendly host!
4.6
Host was friendly and the place was comfy with all the needed facilities.
Good view of Picton.
The challenging carport but good instructions for options.

Loved the small touches like a welcome sign with your name on it by the door. The cute cupcakes left for us to enjoy. The milk and water left in the fridge. Every room was aesthetically pleasing and tidy. The life saving thing was the fans in the rooms because we had scorching weather high 20s🥵

Lovely terrace for a sunny evening and very handy for the ferry. Comfortable living area and bedrooms
Kitchen facilities limited for self catering

The balcony was comfortable and, in nice weather, it was a great place to sit, enjoy the scenery, and sip on a hot drink while enjoying the muffins waiting for us on arrival. Robert was very helpful and gave some good advice on local places to eat.
The wifi was at times slow, but it was able to allow us to check email and social media. This was enough for us.

It was very well located and presented. It was clean and comfortable with some nice personal touches 😃- thank you for the muffin!!! Hosts were always responsive and really helpful!! Highly recommend.

lovely location and amazing apartment , lisa and robert were exceptionally friendly and even gave us a ride to ferry terminal on our last day :)

Initially booked the smaller unit, but upgraded to the larger one at a minimum fee. Good location to shops and the ferry terminal and good overall amenities and pleasant decor touches. Felt right at home with a welcome note on our door. The outside area is perfect, pitty the weather was not!
Nothing.

Nice to be upgraded to upper room which was wonderfully spacious and well-presented. It would be a great place to stay longer than just one day. It is a lovely spot with a great view. Every where immaculately clean. I thought the welcome notes nice touch and the muffin was a welcome surprise. The instructions to operate the lockbox to get the key were clear and so I managed that without difficulty.
Only that the steps up to the front door were a little stressful to climb up. I had not noticed them when I booked but I managed ok by moving the nearby chair over to the steps to use as a hand rail. As mentioned in the information before arrival getting out of the car park near the building was snug and I did need to be careful but not a big issue at all - good practice for Wellington parking!

The pillows were too high for me I like a thinner one - perhaps there could be one of those available as an option for people like me!
