Good place a little upriver from Mainz.

It’s new and everything works and is clean. It’s also inexpensive. There is a good pizza restaurant just behind it and a very good bakery (open 06:00 to 14:00) that sells coffee in the morning. If you have a bike it’s easy to get into town on the bike path along the Rhine.

It’s a little far from town but it is right by the river and that is hard to get nearer town. They don’t have a sign and the entrance is actually on a side road next to the main road where the address is. A sign would really help.

Poor stay

The Italian was good food

,Poor location ,no parking, toilet leaked all over floor ,bed lats not fixed kept collapsing, very noisy on Sunday 21st jan,police raid at 06:00 mond 22nd Jan made us late for work and lost money ,overall stay very unsatisfactory.

Aufgrund der Bescheibung und des Preises hatte ich andere Erwartungen.

"frisch" gestrichen. Geräumiges Bad, aber mit minimaler Ausstattung, Leicht zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.

kein Schild am Haus, Schlüsseltresorcode kam per what's app Zimmertür schnappt nicht ein. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig (sehr laute Zimmernachbarn, lauter, frequentierter Flur). Fenster mit Riffelglas (statt Blick zum Innenhof wie angekündigt gegenüber ein ein Parkhaus), dafür schallisoliert. Handtücher alt. Gemeinschaftsküche (stand so nicht in der Buchung) im 2. OG verschlossen. Als sie aufgeschlossen wurde ziemliches Entsetzten über den Zustand, die "Ausstattung" und die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Ekelig. Am nächsten Tag wieder abgeschlossen. Wohl aus gutem Grund. Das Bad hätte mal einen Haken oder Handtuchhalter verdient. Aber wahrscheinlich wird in diesem Gästehaus alles vermieden, was abgeschraubt und mitgenommen werden kann.

3 Betten Zimmer gebucht und ein ganzes Apartment bekommen!

Aussicht, Struktur von dem Zimmer, es war 2 Etagen Appartement mit Küche und weiteren Schlafmöglichkeiten.

Das Bad, das Fenster im Bad und die Geräusche Nachts als ob man das Bad Fenster aufmachen will aus der Werkstatt oder Garage, das TV war nicht einprogramiert, es war kein einziger Sendung verfügbar. Die Heizung war ebenfalls Kalt, da stand ein Elektro Heizung zum Verfügung, den musste ich vor Schlafen gehen einschalten.

Für den Preist okay aber wer Ruhe in der Nacht braucht, ist hier fehl am Platz

Die Lage am Rhein war natürlich bombastisch. Man ist Recht schnell in der Innenstadt. Vor dem "Hotel" ist eine Bushaltestelle.

Leider waren Die Betten Total Ungemütlich und Wackelich, Weshalb ich mich Entschied die Matratze auf den Boden zu Legen. Vor dem Hotel ist auch direckt eine Hauptstraße die Recht Laut ist. Und der Güterzug verkehr ist auch Diereckt an dem Hotel mit sehr Dichter Tacktrate an Güterzügen

The Nightmare Stay

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, mattress was worn out and bed creaked everytime you moved. No bottle opener. Very little furniture/utensils and more like a dormitory. Lots of noise from the cars and trains until quite late at night. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Could have been better.

The location was perfect for my needs. There is a bus stop right by the entrance and amenities are available around the property

As agreed with the property, we would arrive late on the first night and they would leave the door open. When we arrived, the door was locked, nobody responded to the bell. The phone number provided did not work. Very disappointing.

It was a very comfortable place to stay. Thank you very much!

This accomodation is very good variant for several days in Mainz. It is on the shore of Rhein river, and there is a viwepoint near it. The bed is very comfortable. Also there were a small kitchen with kitchen dishes, table and barthroom. The place is not so close to the center of city, but there is a bus station near it, so you always can use it. The staff is very helping.

There was no a mosquito net on the window.

The window's curtain wasn't good and i had to walk up early because the sunlight was there !!!The room was in the third floor with no Lift !

Decent location if you don’t need to stay close to the city Center - however, a bit shady at night. Wouldn’t recommend women to sleep here

Dirt, hair, fungus in the bathroom. Bed sheets seemed to be not washed properly I left the place before even sleeping there and booked another hotel

the staff were friendly

we rent a three person room. the shower holder was broken, and they didn't care to buy a new one, they just fixed it with tape which wasn't enough and you should hold it in place all the time. the staff were friendly but they can't speak English.

Exceptional

Christel and Steven were perfect hosts. So quick and kind in their responses. The apartment was spacious and cozy, and the balcony was a plus. There was a Lidl in close Proximity. We had a great stay and a good nights sleep.

Would definitely recommend for a short comfortable stay.

This was a good mix of hotel and home-stay. While we had clean bedrooms and washrooms, we also had an equipped kitchen. Also, there is an open terrace to enjoy the view. No gimmicks, nothing fancy, but exactly what one needs for the travel. There is only one guy as a staff who handed over us the keys.

It's a tiny bit away from the city centre, but the connections are great. The bus stop is just below the place. Also, it was a bit difficult to find the place since there were no boards or anything outside the location - just an address.

Perfect Budget stay

It was perfect budget stay. The room was super clean and tidy. Its very close to the Rhine river and has many bus connections to the city centre and Mainz Central Station

The host communication with the traveller could be bit more friendly and easy
