Space and location was great. Enjoyed our first visit to London.
4.8
Great location. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Great time in London
4.8
Near two underground spots so it was very easy to travel around the city. Very clean.
You do need to bring your own shower toiletries.
4.8
This apartment was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. We were a group of two mother/daughter(s) visiting London, most for the first time. Easy access to the tube (we used both the Warren Street and Euston Square stations) made it quick and efficient to get anywhere we wanted to go. Safe neighborhood and great communication with our host Liz before and during our stay. The recommended food delivery services were helpful and a nice option for our mixed group. Great visit, we would absolutely stay again on another visit to London.
4.8
Liz was very communicative. She provides an information packet that is so helpful with information about the surrounding area. The apartment was great for 5 of us - 2 kids, my husband and I, and my mother. We each had our own space, and the kitchen made it nice so we could have meals in if we wanted. Thank you Liz!
4.8
Nice place, good location. Plenty of space for our family of 5.
4.8
Overall good stay. Can't really complain about anything. Piece of advice, I would suggest to not use the washer/dryer.
4.8
Everything was great!!
4.8
This apartment was clean and in a nice area. The host was very responsive to my inquiries. I gave it four stars because the apartment is very plain. Also, a trip to the store is necessary when you first arrive. You will need to pick up shampoo, body soap, paper towels and if you are staying over three nights with five or six people you will need to purchase toilet paper. You are allowed one small roll in each bathroom. We had five women and stayed seven nights. Fortunately we were able to drop our bags off early, so we met the maid outside the building. If not, we would have had to schlep our luggage several blocks to pick up a key.
4.8
Apartment was great for 5 adults with the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Spotless and nicely furnished with everything you need. Loved the location with access to bars, restaurants, public transportation, coffee shops and groceries. We enjoyed the neighborhood as well as the property. Can’t recommend it enough.

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed our stay in this Fitzrovia apartment. The location is fantastic. There are several tube and bus stops in close walking distance, and it's also a 15-20 minute walk to many of the places we wanted to visit, like theaters in Covent Garden and shopping on Oxford Street. In the neighborhood itself, there are several restaurants of all different types. We particularly enjoyed The Jack Horner, a pub about a 10 minute walk away on Tottenham Court Road and ate there twice; and Miel, an independent bakery on Warren Street. There are also several grocery stores in close walking distance. We liked the Marks & Spencer. The apartment itself was well laid out for our family. Each of the teenagers had their own room, which they very much appreciated. Being able to do laundry in the washing machine allowed us to pack light. Be advised, this is a European laundry situation, so you should plan a smaller load than you might be used to in the USA and use the large drying rack provided to air dry your clothes - this works well for us. The apartment matches the pictures in the listing. Communication with Liz, the property manager, was very easy. The key pick up through KeyNest worked well.
4.8
Bright and clean and modern. Although there are 3 bedrooms would not be comfortable for 6 adults. Hostess was helpful. Check in at 5 and check out at 10 is not very generous. Picking up key some blocks away not convenient. Towels were the bare minimum. This rental could be made much better if it were a little less mean and more generous

This was a great place for 3 women traveling together to stay. We each had a comfortable room to ourselves with 2 bathrooms & enough social space. The Fitzrovia area is a great foodie neighborhood with convenient access to the tube & buses. The hot & cold water in one bathroom was a little tricky—too much of one or the other—but adequate. We wrestled with the washer/dryer a bit & had a hard time getting our clothes dry. The building’s trash shoot on our floor was broken, so had to take trash down to the garage. But, these were small things that are generally just different from American conveniences. We appreciated the host’s communication & responsiveness. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with easy check-in & -out. One suggestion we have is to have a runner or shoe rack to leave shoes & a place to put wet umbrellas by the front door, we had a lot of rain & were storing umbrellas in the bathtub. Thank you for your hospitality, it was a very nice stay.
4.8
The flat was perfect. The space just right for 5 of us. Lovely & clean. The area was safe and lots of restaurants / pubs / shops to walk to. Check in and out was a breeze. Liz was great to work with as a host. We would definitely book again for a hopeful next trip!!
4.8
Our first time in London so seeing major sites was a priority. The property is located close to the underground and within walking distance to restaurants and pubs.
Recommend the property to others. The host is very organized and provided good information on the property and area.
4.8
Overall the flat was as described and met most of our needs.
It was clean and orderly.
A couple of minor issues did occur. The cold water in the hall bathroom shower did not work properly.
Unable to adjust the temperature to take a shower therefore had to resort to sponging off under the bath faucet.
More toilet paper and facial tissues would have been appreciated.
Other than that our stay was lovely.
4.8
The five of us enjoyed staying in this clean and tidy flat. The location is perfect and within walking distance to many tourist areas and underground stations. It never took us long to get to any of our destinations. If you make a right out the door, in a few blocks you will be in the midst of lots of pubs and restaurants and the Fitzrovia nightlife. It was a great way to end our days of exploring London. Our only issue was with the dryer. With not being familiar with a washer and dryer in one, we reached out to Liz. She was very helpful and quickly responded to our emails.
4.8
Our family of 5 stayed in the property for 7 nights and we enjoyed it very much. The check in process was well communicated and we knew the expectations but walking at night with kids was a little chaotic and I wish we had taken a cab from Paddington to the pickup location and then to the apartment. The washing machine worked great and we did a few loads of laundry which was very convenient. The area is cute and walkable to several tube stations. Overall, we had a great visit and the apartment suited our needs very well!
4.8
Our family of 5 had a great time staying here. The location is fantastic, it's close to lots of restaurants and shopping and transportation. There was plenty of room (considering it's in Central London) and everything was clean and comfortable. We would gladly stay here again.
4.8
Great location, great kitchen, very clean. Great for our family of 5 for our three day visit to London!
4.8
Nice apartment located near the college town of London. 30-minute walk within any major tourist attraction. Liz's manual guide to London was very helpful and she responded quickly to your needs.
4.8
The apartment was beautiful and spacious for our family. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone slept well. The location was close to a few different underground stops and the neighborhood was great. Would definitely stay here again.
4.8
We had an outstanding time at this property. The location is convenient to the Underground, many London attractions, shopping, parks, etc. Very well maintained and clean, and spacious for a family. Host is very attentive to the needs of guests, and readily available. Would highly recommend to travelers looking for a central London location.
4.8
Overall very nice property with a great location.
4.8
We were grandparents, parents and 2 children, 5 and 10 and the unit worked very well. Liz was easy to work with and very informative with a package of information that gave us restaurants, tube information and even hints for what to do with the kids. The place is cozy and will feel a bit small if you are expecting the large suite acomodations found in other countries, but it worked great for us.
4.8
So easy to explore London either by foot or any of the nearby tube stations. Great little restaurants and pubs just a short walk away. Liz our property contact was helpful and responded quickly. Will happily stay here again
4.8
The 3 of us had a great timing in London thanks to this great apartment - its location, the layout, everything was just perfect. There are fun pubs and restaurants within walking distance that made for a fun Saturday night. The beds were super comfortable which helped the jet lag recovery! The common area including great kitchen and tv room allowed us plenty of space to socialize and hang out. All around 5 star experience!
4.8
Our group had a great stay at the property. Very comfortable for three adults and had easy access to all that we needed. Liz, the property manager, is a fantastic communicator and responsive to all questions.
4.8
The flat was everything we wanted it to be - home base for my wife/I our two adult kids, and another couple. Easy access to the tube, neighborhood with plenty of restaurant/pub options, and walkable to British Museum. Though not large, we were comfortable lounging and watching
movies Christmas Day and had a nice sit down dinner there as well.
4.8
My family had a great time staying in Fitzrovia for 7 days. The unit was clean, tidy, and modern. The wifi worked very well and was able to handle all 6 of our devices & the TV. The kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to be self sufficient. The location was fantastic, being close to the supermarket, tube station, and restaurants.
We arrived on a day that was very cold, which meant that unfortunately the unit was extremely cold and took about 24hrs to heat to a comfortable level. The doonas were quite thin and there was no additional bedding so we were quite cold on our first night. The pillows were all very thin and only 1 for each person in 2 of the bedrooms, so 4 of us used cushions from the couch under our pillows. The bathrooms had a slight smell to them (seemingly due to the plumbing/toilet system), which was made worse if toilet seats were left up.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location of the unit. It seemed a reasonable price for what it was but was very compact and was a bit tight for 6 of us, particularly with big suitcases.
4.8
My family had a lovely time in London. The flat is clean and right in the heart of central London (Fitzrovia). The location is perfect and within walking distance to Soho, Covent Garden, and Oxford Circus. Plus, the Fitzrovia neighborhood is chocked full of pubs, restaurants, and street food. There are two London Underground stations (Warren Street and Goodge Street) within a 5-minute walk from the flat.
We had a few issues with the flat, but Liz was prompt with resolving them during our stay.
There are two items that travelers should be advised of:
1. There are space heaters available—and needed—due to the heaters in the living room and master bedroom being decommissioned.
2. The washer and dryer is a small washer-dryer combo and the dryer does not work properly. We had to air dry our laundry.
In closing, Liz was a very responsive host and genuinely sought to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
4.8
I travelled with my family ( wife, son and father-in-law) for a 10 day stay in London. We took a chance on this appartement, following the nice reviews.
We were not disappointed.
The appartement was ready ahead of time, and we were able to enter very easily.
The appartement was very clean and accessible with a lift for our luggages.
We had breakfast practically every morning at the flat and found the kitchen well stocked. The toaster broke and Liz was very quick to provide us a new one for the next day. Liz was very responsive to whatever question we had about the flat.
We found out we were at walking distance to most London: Leicester square , Piccadilly Circus, Soho, Chinatown, British museum, Regent park for a run, Buckingham palace is a 25 min walk…
Warren , Goodge, Great Portalnd road tube stations are within a 5 min walk.
The neighborhood is a university one and has great pubs and restaurants around.
The windows are thinner than we are used to in Canada, but the street noise was never an issue… it is a mainly quiet street.
I would recommend this flat to anyone looking to be in a lived in neighborhood , close to center of town and main tube lines.
4.8
We stayed for a full week and loved the neighborhood location and access to multiple tube stations and train station. Many good restaurants and easy access to convenience stores and markets.
4.8
Location was excellent! Easy walk to multiple tube stations and bus stops, and the neighborhood has a lot of great restaurants and pubs.
The washer/dryer in unit was convenient, and the kitchen, living area, and bedrooms were clean. The showers have plenty of hot water available, even with 4 adults showering one after the other. There are powerful desk fans available for hotter days, one for each bedroom. The elevator is fast and convenient for bringing heavy luggage up.
The mattresses were comfortable, but the pillows are very thin. There is a fitted bottom sheet, but no top sheets. So, consider bringing your own pillows and top sheets for comfort.
The master bath did have mold on the ceiling and tiles of the shower, and there were many small black flies that I believe come from the drains. There seems to be a plumbing issue with the building, as the sinks are slow to drain and the toilets sometimes had a backup of debris appear hours after they were last flushed (to make it appear as if they hadn't been flushed). The showers drain normally.
The host was very responsive and included lots of helpful information on things to do in London/elsewhere in England.
4.8
This is an exceptionally clean flat and extremely well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect. I highly recommend this flat.
4.8
Great apartment
Pros: great communication with Liz. Manual for home was thorough. Proximity to tube and bus stations was excellent. Many restaurants, pubs, and shops within walking distance.
Cons: very noisy street for those sleeping in street facing bedroom. Bar on corner has noisy patrons leaving late into the evening, coupled with busy street below, made for disrupted sleep. Building under construction, so workers begin by 8:00am. Shower floors are very slick— be careful getting out.
4.8
Perfect location
We loved our stay here. The flat was immaculately clean and perfectly located for easy access to all of the fabulous shops/cafes/pubs Fitrovia has to offer - without the noise of being right on top of them. Liz, the property manager, is also a dream to work with. She was extremely responsive and very accommodating when we had to shift our dates slightly due to a BA flight cancellation. We would love to come back to this flat on our next trip!
4.8
Fitzrovia
Clean, great location, and supportive host lead to a very nice stay in London.
4.8
Great stay for family
We had a great stay with my family. Easy to get to tube stops and plenty of places within walking distance. Three well equipped bedrooms and a really nice kitchen. Highly recommend.
4.8
Great location
The building is off the main roads and within easy walking distance of 2 undergrounds. The building is going through renovations, but it didn't bother our stay one bit. The flat itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Opening up the windows let cool air in, so it was really comfortable at night. Liz was spot on with communication the entire time - thank you Liz!
